A deck based around Spell Counters? I'm trying to make one of those myself from my limited collection of cards. Well, more specifically based around Legendary Flame Lord, who uses Spell Counters. Here's what I have so far, and some explanation to why they're in here:
Normal Monsters: (Basically to finish my deck sweatdrop )
> Mystical Elf
> Harpie's Brother
> Winged Dragon, Guardian of the Fortress #1
Effect Monsters:
> Royal Magical Library (3 Spell Counters = Draw a card)
> Familiar-Possessed - Hiita (Fire; can be special summoned from Library)
> Hiita the Fire Charmer (Fire; used to special summon above card from Library)
> Ultimate Baseball Kid (Fire; gains power with more Fire monsters on field)
> Raging Flame Sprite (Fire; Direct Damage)
> Little Chimera (Fire; boosts all Fire monsters' ATK)
> Rapid-Fire Magician (Deals direct damage for each normal spell card I activate)
> Element Dragon (Gets ATK boost with Fire monsters on field)
> Sonic Bird (Gets 'Incandescent Ordeal' from Library into my hand when summoned)
> Magician of Faith (Gets spell cards back from Graveyard)
> Armed Samurai - Ben Kei (Extra attack per each Equip spell card attached to it)
> Nimble Momonga x2 (LP gain)
> Armed Ninja (Destroys spell card)
> Trap Master (Destroys trap card)

> Fairy Meteor Crush (Equip card; treats battle damage as if monster in DEF was in ATK)
> Premature Burial (Equip card; Special Summons monster from Graveyard)
> Fissure (Just in case...)
> De-Spell (Can destroy any nasty Field spell card or Continuous spell card)
> Dian Keto the Cure Master (LP gain)
> Fairy of the Spring (Gets Equip card back from Graveyard)
> Soul Exchange (Reduces monsters I have to tribute)
> Ookazi (Direct Damage)
Trap Cards:
> Hidden Book of Spell (Gets TWO spell cards from Graveyard into Library)
> Covering Fire (Has one monster transfer ATK to another monster on opponent's turn)
> Just Desserts (Direct Damage)

> Minor Goblin Official (Make my opponent suffer twisted )

Someone PLEASE try to make this deck better! gonk Hmm....if you're trying to upgrade your deck with the cards from PotD, I think that this deck would be just fine without any changes. Well, the only fairy-related card that I can this of is 'Synthetic Angel', and that would only work in the counter fairy deck ^^! idea Like the one that you had posted before, the one with the Voltanis in it! That reminds me, I have to go over that deck too, since I'm in the process of trying to build a Voltanis Deck of myself! The only concern that I have in this deck is Shining Angel. Because you have majority of monsters that is >1500 Atk, the only monster that you could pull out is D.D Warrior Lady (which is good), but have you tried using Celestial Transformation? Maybe using about 2 of them, since you have a lot of tribute monsters? But then again....that's why you have Treeborn Frog, lol! xp

I like working on my deck when I got nothing to do... ... So I'm pretty bored. I only screwed with the "Remove" Fairy deck-- which I didn't think was as good as it COULD have been-- cause I was bored, so I don't think using too MANY of the same cards as it would be a good idea. xp Feel free to try though.
