Hi and thanks for joining. I'm the Vice Captain of the guild.
As this is an RP-centered guild, one of the first things you should do is go into the 'Private Offices' subforum and look for the thread titled 'Skotti's Office' or something like that. Read the first few posts (and browse through others if you want) before copying the character biography and pasting it, filled out, in a new post. This is to be your character sheet for our main roleplay if you ever jump in to it.
Oh, and these aren't exactly official rules, but they go in hand with some of our RP/character bio/guild rules:
- Only write ONE character in the Office thread. The rest of the characters you make, if you choose to make them, go in the RP Allies/Neutrals/Enemies thread.
- Don't bite off more than you can chew, whether it's from character or story writing.
- Writer's block is not an excuse to be out for more than a week. Internet access problems, illness, school assignments, employment and/or conscending parents are.
-Don't get impatient with people. We're all from different time zones and have different schedules. Once we had a guy who was posting all the way from (I think) the Middle East.
- (a personal rule, but not necessary) Put some thought into how you introduce your character into the RP and play the beginnings.
- Read the most recent 10 pages in an RP thread before asking what's going on.
Seems like a lot (hint: it's not), but it makes roleplaying so much better for everyone. Thanks again, and we hope to see you in any of our roleplays.

The important stuff is in the last post I made in this thread sans this one. The sum of it is that you guys need to get to work on a well-rounded character bio for the main RP. Please read the other biographies in the office thread, as you'll get a feel for how to structure your characters. However we have a zero-tolerance rule on godmoding/using OOC information/making Mary Sue-like characters.
If you're not sure about the roleplay, check out the first 20 pages of "The Kuro Black Ops: Right to the Night", our main RP thread. It's in the roleplaying subforum.
If for whatever reason you guys need to be inactive, slip us a note in the "Where've you been lately?" thread or go back there later.
Another thing I recommend is that you add most of the crew to your friends list ("reason: New guild member" should work in most cases) so you can keep up to date on the roleplay or at least join in on the lulz with us. :3
