Sora hauled a** on the way back, when he was following them he just kind of lazily followed but heading back he flew full speed, especially with this news of the shining force being a "key" to something in fyrlandt.
He heard explosions from the Geo fortress and feared the worst and flew straight in, flying through the halls as the alarm went off until he came to the room where she was practicing magic and sighed in slight relief, the annoying alarm didn't even seem to faze him. "Um... I know where edge is." He said calmly he was panting slightly but other than that he was fine. "They are at a place called the crimson fortress" He stated rather bluntly as he looked at Delaine in her exhausted state "umm.. you shouldn't strain yourself like that... I can help you with learning more magic and using it in ways that conserve energy... but doing what you are doing now is dangerous to your health..." He stated looking at her with caring eyes. "oh and I have some peculiar news......." He stated looking over at korsu as well.
"Apparently that castle has something they need the shining force for, they need it as a key to get something... something probably bad" He stated looking at them rather seriously. "But I was thinking about it on the way back that there is a slim chance that they need both halves of the shining force to open it..." He stated looking at delaine. "So we might want to be ready... be cause if they need you they will try to get you... and if they don't, we need to get there to try and stop whatever is sealed from opening..."

"Thanks." Delaine took the water bottle and nodded in gratitude, air-drinking the water. As she drank she heard the alarms go off and put her guard up, almost ready to run when she saw Sora fly in. "I'll attend to that." Zhirra said calmly and jumped off the girl's shoulder, going on all fours toward the main room to turn off the alarms. "I thank you for your concern, but I believe that I still have enough energy." She smiled nervously at Sora, hoping that he would understand and not be offended by what she said. "I guess I haven't used magic in a while is all."
She handed the water bottle back to Korsu, thanking him again. "The Crimson Fortress? D****t..." Delaine recalled the stories her elders and teachers have told her, of the place that was the home of La Vaes. "So she took Edge in her own residence...this will be tricky." She pushed the fatigue she felt away from her expression, now appearing serious and thinking of a strategy. "The Shining Force as a key for something? Strange...it would obviously be against Noswald." She crossed her arms, realizing the situation. "If they needed both halves, then she would have either taken me already or she is currently waiting for the other Shining Force…or she doesn’t know it yet…” Delaine began to pace, a habit of hers. “If we are to get Edge back, we’re going to need a team of at least three or four fighters with various ranges. Seeing our current status of having only so many people and needing people to stay back and guard the Geo Fortress as well…” Allouette heard the alarms stop, noting that Zhirra had accomplished resetting them. “We should go meet with Klaudnir and the others.” Delaine suggested. She went to the door of the room and turned toward them, one foot already in the hallway. Seeing the damage she did to the room she sighed and scratched the back of her head for a moment. "Um...I promise I'll take care of this afterward."

Korsu nodded as he put the water bottle away and then listened to Sora, wincing at the noisy alarms. As they left the room and heard what Delaine said he chuckled and said, "I'm sure you will." Then as they walked back to find the rest of the group he was thinking about what they had to do. "Well after we solve who is going and who isn't, we will need to get the needed supplies." he mused quietly, talking more to himself than anyone else.

"umm well I know you don't really know me.. umm... at all... but may I help get edge back?" He asked shyly walking with them, he knew that he wanted to stay with these people but wasn't sure he was welcomed or not, after all he had only known them for a couple of hours. "I am strong enough to protect myself and others so I wouldn't be a burden and you could use me to get a birds-eye-view of the surroundings, and I know where the Crimson Fortress is..." He stated walking with them, he wanted to save the only person that had ever called him an "ally". While lost in thought he looked over at Korsu... "Oh... umm... I'm Sora..." He said meekly, in all of this he forgot to introduce himself to Korsu.

"Ye really need ta be more self-confident lad. Nobody'll ever take ye seriously if ye're just titterin' about like some dope. Heh, no offense intended, jest be more proud o' who ye are, the rest comes naturally."
Klaudnir grinned as he entered the room. Overhearing the last few statements, he turned to Delaine with a somber tone.
"Lass, ye know ye cannae stop me from goin' with ye. I swore an oath ta me people that I would find and protect the Shining Force, at the very least its wielders. Besides, with Fyrlandt an' Noswald constantly bickering, it may give us the opening we need to slip past the frontlines in Deephallow, gettin' us closer ta the La Vaes."

At Sora's suggestion she nodded, "Yes, and you can use magic as well. Also, there is a desert on the way there. Without a dragon, there may be a slim chance of us surviving the trek." Allouette looked to Klaudnir, "Alright, since you have sworn to do so." She thought of what the dwarf said, visualizing her people going against the army of La Vaes, and couldn't help but feel sorrow and a bit of rage. The anger, and a sort of eagerness, she felt for battle scared her and allowed sadness to be the prevailing emotion. However, she pushed them aside. "True, we can use that to our advantage." She turned to the group as a whole. "So, anybody else want to go? I think it will be wise to let, at most, only one more person. Since this is a rescue, not a raid necessarily."

"How completely rude of me," Korsu said as Sora introduced himself, "You may call me Korsu." Then, hearing what Delaine said and looked toward her. "If you'll have me, I would like to accompany you to help get back Edge." He shifted slightly on his hooves, lifting his front left one and setting it back down again. He looked over the dwarf, Sora and Delaine.

Sora just looked at klaudnir wide eyed, the dwarf greatly intimidated him he silently nodded and then looked over at Delaine"um.. If we do run out of water in the desert, we can find more under the ground..... if we dig." He stated thinking. "and I know a spell that would make digging easy and we could use that rather than carrying all that water..."

"Don't forget, if I am to go with you all, we will be able to carry a lot more supplies by making them into packs and letting me carry them." Korsu said with a small smile as he looked at them.

Looking at all three of them she crossed her arms. "Alright then, is it agreed that the three of us will go?" Delaine asked. She knew that Sora was a big asset to the rescue mission, having the bird's eye view, magic, and, just as he said, the ability to gather water. Klaudnir in his wisdom will be able to help get them through the lines at Deephallow as well as battle strategy. Onner was right in assisting with the load, but he will be valuable in hand-to-hand combat if necessary.

Edge nodded and stood up from the table, wanting to do as his master wished as soon as possible. "Shall we proceed with that then?" He asked, waiting for his master's response and for her to lead him towards the seal.

"Yes, let's.." Sei stood as well and led the way to the throne room, in the back of the room there was a smaller tunnel that brought them to the sealed door, Sei pointed at the keyhole in the middle of it. "Now..use you Shining force to open that, dear?"
