I know me and a couple other users used to use that site all the time. It came in very hand when dealing with the argument of translations. Yeah, people either shut up or they keep spamming with, nuh uh. Either way, fun for me, I suppose.

I figure it'd be best to make an RP in the sub-forums, so that I can arrange all the details without congesting more relevant guild discussion in the main thread. I got the mod approval alright, but I didn't see where I might have the option to create a sub forum. Then again, that may not be in my priveledges at present. Any guidance on this matter would be highly appreciated. 3nodding

At midnight last night, my hotel was robbed at gun point. I am okay and I was not shot. While I would like to see justice carried out I forgive this guy. If anything, I feel sorry that he was so desperate that he had to threaten my life over something so petty, barely $300. It's not worth it.
Please involve yourself in charity and encourage those who are in need to lower their pride and seek charity. Desperation is a horrible thing to witness. The idea of being so hopeless that nothing else matters is frightening. What even more frightening is that if I had not been blessed with risk assessment skills, a fiancée and many other people I care deeply about, that could have been me holding that gun because I know I have been in need before. If you are in need please do not be afraid to beg and ask for help. If you are capable of helping in what ever way you can do so with no strings attached. Please prevent a tragedy from happening not only to a victim's life but to the criminal's life as well.

Glad you're okay and all. 3nodding I don't know anyone that's gotten that desperate, but a few close calls sometimes. I usually have to point out people's options. A lot of the time they can get choked up in thinking they have no other options, and that is usually one of many catalysts. A lot of the people I know that run various charity networks and primarily Christian based, so I'm frequent to point people in the direction of churches and their offered services to those in need. Interestingly enough, a lot of these people find or renew their relationships with God as a result, so I figure it's like hitting two birds with one stone. It's a funny thought. It occurs to me I may go to Chrisitan hell for being an atheist, but I may just make the cut for atheist hell if I keep directing people to church. ninja I'm just that bad I guess.

Any God that would send a person like you to suffer for all eternity because you could not believe in him due to lack of an experience or "proof", is not any God I would want to serve. You are an incredible person who's been through so much, especially what your mom put you through for the sake of her gawd. The fact that you are so amazing despite all the hardships you've been through is well not to be cliche but divine. I do believe honestly that I see God in you sometimes.

Well, as most of the better Christians around here will point out, God wouldn't send me there anyway. If I got there, it'd be of my own doing. I guess you could say I'm very accepting of my fate because I'm honest about it and I don't have any regrets.

The shock of it all is finally hitting me. I'm grateful that I've been able to type what I have but I am going to need to go away for the next few days. I can barely think, focus, and type. You all that have been here for a long time and understand the spirit of this guild, help keep it running in my absence. I'll be back when I can probably by this weekend. Thank you all so much.
