Shadow_of_Shadows I smiled back, placing a hand over her's. "If I am...then I will make sure that this dream will never end..." I leaned my head forward, kissing once more. I giggled only momentarily til we kissed agian. I relaxed again into him, holding him tightly. I held the back of his head lightly in my left hand. I closed my eyes as once again I was carried away and my heart felt ready to explode in my chest.

My arms tightly bound about her; fully clutching her so. Our bodies pressed against one another; our lips locked. Indeed, happiness was truly grasped.
I then pulled away; looking downward. My breathe was short, yet slow.

Shadow_of_Shadows My arms tightly bound about her; fully clutching her so. Our bodies pressed against one another; our lips locked. Indeed, happiness was truly grasped. I then pulled away; looking downward. My breathe was short, yet slow. "...Do you think...Do you think this day...will ever end...? I smiled, "I hope that it doesn't.....I fear the day that is coming when this day is over and it is a day closer......the day when we will have to return and fight once more", I admitted looking at him my smile faded a bit. "I will however when that day comes fight by your side......but for now", I said and smiled. "For....now.....may this day go by slowly and we enjoy our time together.....away from the world and its....pains". I looked back out at the lake....swimming would be fun but it was time to rest....

Shadow_of_Shadows "Our battles will be endless, indeed...Life will always throw challenges--big or small...However...we will overcome them...together..." I smiled, looking deep within her stary eyes. "Together", I said nodding slightly and smiling. I looked deep into his soft eyes my heart fluttering around inside my chest as if it was a butterfly. I let my hands fall to the ground and rested still smiling at him. "Yes together," I said....saying that little word, together, sent a shiver through my body that jolted my heart.

I placed my cheek upon her's; sighing heavily. My arms still around her, I lay upon the ground, motionless; not to disturb her.

My arms still around her, I lay upon the ground, motionless; not to disturb her. "Rest easy for now...You deserve it so..." (((Goodnight))) I sighed and closed my eyes, "You rest too, for you need it", I said softly as I felt my mind become light and I fell asleep smiling and into dreams of happiness and bliss with Kang and myself. I had wanted so to stay awake and take care of him but i couldn't keep my eyes open with the happiness and contentedness that I felt.

As Runa slept peacefully, I lay there awake; not to make a move. All I did was stare emptily upon the canopy. My thoughts racing, yet all else still.
"...I cannot protect her...However, I wish to be with her for all eternity...God, I must sound obsessive...Although, I know that this is all that I wish for--to be her eternal guardian...I just can't...I can't do it...If I can't even protect her from myself, then...what good am I...?"
I then tilted my head; laying them upon her. She stayed motionless and slepted blissfully. I smiled at her content.
"...Even though she wishes for me to stay with her, as well...I just...don't know..."

I dont know how long I slept but the deams were, for the first time in my life, happy and peaceful. I stirred feeling a warmth near me...I knew who the warmth belonged too and smiled, slowly waking up. My eyes fluttered open to the canopy of the trees above me and I turened my head slightly to see Kang. I smiled even more,"Hey", I said softly.

"Have you got any rest"?

With that, I began to concentrate, raising my body heat by twenty degrees. "Is that better?" "Thank-you", I said and smiled softly at him feeling much warmer now. I noticed a distant look on his face and looked down at the ground, "Is....is something wrong....did I do something wrong", I asked him looking up into his eyes sadly.
