I had a somewhat awkward day.
Though I had a nice offer by some random guy in this new thread I go to for 25000 gg. ( Which I didn't take for reasons I've gone over before.)
For my whole nursing school bit this past year we had to interview a family with a pregnant mother and write a paper on them.
Well I had a partner and the mother lived in her apartment building so it worked out fairly well for interviews and the like.
Well this morning the mother ran up to my partner's door and pounded on it ( I should mention the baby was born four months ago ) and when my partner opened the door, she had a frantic mom screaming at her to save her baby and was shoved at with a bundle of blankets and an unfortunately long gone baby Isabella. My partner did the 911 and CPR thing, but the little baby'd been gone for awhile (She was already cold and stiff). They found out later the paramedics had pronounced her dead, pretty much before they left the apartment, and there were no sirens as they left.
So yeah. Bad day. Especially as thats the field of nursing my partner wants to work in and our hospital group never got to see maternity or pediatrics like we were supposed to last year.
MAN that has to suck.
Anyway this is my venting bit, so no more need for depressing stuff or sympathy, especially as I wasn't there. I just felt I had to tell people who I knew wouldn't drag it out of me repeatedly like my family tends to do.
Also oddly, I have a new baby cousin..which is just a weird thought right now but seems to be floating in my head.

Wow, I don't know if i should go religious or karma-tic with that one.
A baby passing and a baby being born.....its seems like a coincidence but then again...

Yeah, there are more circumstances than that too, sop the police were giving them a rough time yesterday. I'm just glad time is moving onward. Awful as that sounds.
Man I have like a MASSIVE bug bite at my knee. A lesser one at my ankle..but I can't get my dogs to lick them T.T Sounds gross. But look it up , dogs spit has antibodies ( or something) peopple used to get them to lick their wounds all the time. And this isn't even a wound!
