Zhang reved the car to life and took off. "It's only a few minutes from here, I keep my stock close." He kept his eyes on the road as he drove. He was now determinded to get to the wearhouse. Just as promised it only took a few minutes to get to the place they needed to go. Zhang once he got close turned off the car and got out. He walked confidently to the door knocked a particular pattern and with in a second the door slid open for the tow of them to walk in. "Keep up dear!" Zhang called as he disappered into the darkness of the werahouse. ~ ~ ~ ~
Misashi noted the difrence with a rather confused smile. Misashi took a seat, still keeping her hand firmly attached to Ren's. At first she really didn't know what to say, so she did what comes naturaly to a women, talk about fashion. "Babette, I love your dress, where did you get?"

"This place better not be nasty." Leila called as she took a quick step to keep up, "If I slip I'm filing for workman's comp and walking away with all of the money."
---
Cette dress belonged to ze last Contessa of Asti, She invited Bayard and me to a party, que fifty years before ze end of Feudalism en Italy, non?" She looked over to her husband who -like others of his gender would- shrugged and gave her a bizarre look for getting as far into the story as she did. Babette rolled her eyes and continued, "It was made by 'er mother I believe, eh. She died before I ever got to return it to 'er." She shrugged, "I love more my dress from Emma of Normandy, old sentiments, tu sais." She finished like she started, with a smile.
Bayard snickered, "Old."
Babette simply rolled her eyes, "'e is four 'undred year younger zan myself. Big deal, non?"
"Oui."
Babette simply stared at her husband, as if she couldn't believe his immaturity, although she had been dealing with it this long, "You are Six 'undred and eighty years old, act like it." Despite herself, she scooted toward him on the couch and rested her head on his shoulder, "Stupide."
Bayard rolled his eyes, but smiled and laid his head on hers, "Ah moi? Ic lufie þe."
"ic i blisse" Babette smiled and forgot where the argument went before she came back to reality and noticed Ren and misashi again, "'How about you two, 'how long you 'ave graced ze world with your presence?"

Zhang just rolled his eyes. He didn't worry about her, there was no place for her to complain to even if she did slip. Approaching the guards at the little door way, he then gave a nod of his head and walked on into the small cramped hall way lined with cells. The guard walked in with him and stood off to the side, ready for what ever reason Zhang was there for. "I need you to take me to all the girls, teens, with green or blue eyes, blond or light brown hair, and thrones that are of fair health." Zhang was sure Leila had asked for those qualities.
The guard gave a sharp "yes Sir." And led the way. He stopped in front of a cell with about ten teens girls crammed in, "this would be what you are looking for sir." He said unlocking the door and sliding it open.
Zhang smiled and the shivering group of girls "Come on ladies, we just need to take a look at you all."
The girls filled out like cattle to a slaughter house. Most looking at the ground or about ready to cry, none of them tryed for eye contact with Zhang. "Alright Leila, take your pick of them." Zhang took a step back for her to have the space to walk around the line of girls. ~ ~ ~ ~
Misashi relaxed back onto the couch and snuggled into Ren's side. "Well we are old enough to have met Pierre and Tennotsukai, what I believe was for the first time, so about two hundred years or so." She could hardly believe that Babette was old as she was claiming. But why would she lie? She had no reason to. "But Li-shen and I haven't always been together, we didn't know about one another until, the other day, I had thought him dead." she sighed "Then you, Babatte made me go and get him for ice cream, so I guess we owe you a thanks." Misashi made a small nudge into Ren's side. ~ ~ ~ ~
The house was dark and smelled heavily of insents. The house was rather large and decorated with a old feel to it. Upon stepping into the house one may get the sence of walking back in time. The furniture was made of bamboo and padded with cushions with down feathers in them, the drapes that hung from windows had the same cherry blooms pattern as the couch the hung behind. A small coffee table sat in the center of the room, it was set low to the ground. Small cushions were placed around it for some one to sit on. There was a large Cabinet set to the side, once open a flat screen TV could be seen. But it remained closed for the most of the day. The inhabitants of this house normally didn't care much for the contraption. Off to the side a man sat reclining in the bamboo chair he so loved. On first glance he would appear no more then twenty five. But if you took the time to look again, some thing about him would scream a much older age. Maybe it was his chocolate colored eyes, or his expression that always seemed to be smile, one holding secrets and untold nights of adventure, mystery, danger, perhaps even sadness. Or maybe you were drawn to look again because he was just that hansom. Shang was a looker. For years he had been able to charm his way into the beds of men and women alike. Over all he kept himself well dressed and clean shaved. He wasn't a man to like facial hair, it just seemed to bug him, weather it be on his face or not. The black hair on his head was another story. It was thick and fell to barley keep off his shoulders. Most of the time he just pushed it out of his face and let it sit in what ever way it happened to stay, and today was no different. His face was cut, but not angular manly yet soft. Eyes the shape of almonds, lips thin from being stretched into a smile most of his life. He sat perfectly still as he tuned into the twin foot steps coming down the hall way to him. He listened closely, it was two people, but the foot steps were so perfectly in sync that unless you knew better you'd only expect one person. Shang sighed and leaned back in his chair and the two beauties appeared before him. They were twins of another race then his own. Dark tan skin covered their bodies were his was white a porcelain. Both of their faces were round with sharp defining characteristics so normal for their people. Eyes so round and black it felt like you could fall into the twin pools of black that you'd never be able to come back to your senses. Both of them had nice full lips, lips Shang knew to be soft and kissable. The hair of both of them was so black it would make a raven jealous, and when the sun hit it just right streaks of blue and purple would shine through. A shapely hour glass. In every way they were identical. Or they had been, until Shang had had small moles tattooed onto opposite sides of their faces just under the eye. "Yes, Master Shang?" The twin kneeling on the left asked. " You called for use." The other on the right said. "Yes,yes I did, I have a small task for you two to do for me, unless one of you would like to stay here wile the other goes." Shang would always give them the chance to be opposite, not because he wanted them to be different, but because he wanted the chance for them to be, and then be able to punish them for not being the same. Ever since he had taken the girls in, he had this obsession with making them practically the same person as possible. Both girls caught on "No, you ask of us to do your bidding, and we will do it, together." They both spoke in practiced unison.
Shang was filled with a sense of pride and satisfaction. "Good. Now you both remember little Takehero, the little runt that used to hang around here, I do believe he changed his name to Zhang, now." Shang scratched his head then pushed more hair out of his face. "Any how, go to his house for me and give him," Shang reached over to the coffee table and picked up a envelope. "give him this for me, he should write back and give some thing to the two of you for me, or at least he should, after all, I know he isn't going to like what he reads." Shang laughed to himself.
Both girls got up and bowed "It will be done as you wish." The one on the right said.
"Tillie," Shang gave he another peice of paper, "Since your not the driver I'll give you the directions to his house, Millie, this means you are driving." Some times he talked to them as if they were stupid, but nether of the girls seemed to mind, or if they did, they never mentioned it.
~ ~ ~ ~
Upon reaching Zhang's home they were informed that he wasn't there. The guard Millie spook to didn't want to say where the master had gone to, but it was rather plan that he knew what hole Zhang had crawled off to. A few suggestions and light touches made the guard give in, and tell all. Tillie stayed out by the door way and waited for her sister to work her magic on the poor unprotected and helpless guard. Zhang really needed new men if all it took was ten minutes to tell on their master. With new information the sister's drove off to the old warehouse that Zhang was said to be at. Tillie tested the door with a few light tugs, and it jerked open on the second try. Once again, that was too easy. The room wasn't well lite, but their eyes were used to dark and dim, so they adjusted rather well. A desk sat off to the side, it was empty of occupants. They moved as one unit as they reached a door to a hall leading farther back into the warehouse. What they saw down that hall didn t bother them one bit. The people in cages, the dead and dying. They had gotten over the fear of things like that a long time ago. Millie was the first to spot Zhang standing to the side of a women and a line up of girls, all in their teen years. Tillie and Millie turned and looked at one another. Both of them weren't sure as of to bother him, or wait until he was done with what ever he was doing. Neather girl felt sorry for the group Zhang had in front of him, they were after all, just mortal girls who would end up dead in a few years any how. Zhang spotted the twins before they had time to make up their mind to bother him. He shivered, he knew who they belonged to, and he hadn't heard from him in a long time. Nore did he want to here from him, ever. Zhang walked away from the small group to let Leila do her pick. "What could you two possibly want?" The two of them gave him a creepy feeling, they never did anything with out the other, and it appeared to him, that they hadn't changed since the last time he had seen them, he knew he hadn't gotten older, but they still appeared to be ageless beauties.
Tillie pulled the envelop from her pocket and handed it over with out a word.
Zhang ripped open the envelope and read it.
Dear Zhang, It has been a long time since we have seen one another, or even spoken. I do think you should stop by for a visit. But getting right down to busyness, I am getting back into my old trade, so I will kindly ask you to surrender my old land and back off. This will be the only time I ask, and if you don't well, you wont like what you get. Let me stop myself before I make this out to be nasty. Be a good boy and do as your told, and we wont have any problems.
Signed, Shang
Zhang was angry. But under that was fear. Shang was the only person in the world that truly scared him. Zhang looked up from the note to the two girls waiting patently as if they expected some thing. "What?!" He asked pissed at himself for shaking.
"We were told to wait and return with a note from you." They said in that oh so creepy unison.
Zhang shoved the paper into his pocket and glared. "well you're not getting one right now, I'm busy, so you'll have to wait a wile." With out saying any more he walked back over to where he had been, only glancing over his shoulder to see if the girls had moved. He shivered when he saw that both pairs of their black eyes were fixed on him.

Leila paced back and forth, slowly, inspecting the girls, telling which ones could return to their cages, until she narrowed it down to two girls. It was around this time that two strange girls had showed up with a letter for Zhang. Why it took two people to deliver a letter Leila would never know (as a metter of fact, according to Mulan, it only took one). Leila would have shrugged it off and returned to the selection process but she noticed Zhang seeming a bit uncomfortable. She stared in that direction until she was startled by her own phone going off. It buzzed in her pocket until she pulled it out, flipped it open and hissed, in a hushed tone, into the reciever, "What could you possibly want right now?"
"Hey beautiful, are you still kidnapped?" Unholy looked both ways at the corner stopsign before taking a sharp turn into the adjacent street, "Do you need me to come get you?"
"Leave me alone, I hate yo more than I hate these fools!" Leila's hoarse whisper was quite obviously not quiet enough to not be heard by everyone aroud her, but she continued, "I wish you'd back off."
Unholy laughed an unnerving chuckle, "Gotcha kitkat, so hear this one, apparently I'm going to be having my hands quite full for the next few months as I think Nagatsukai will be out of the Penn soon, and if you'll look at Zhang's own uncomfortable shift, apparently there's a ******** on the loose."
Leila whirled around both ways then snapped her chin up to search above them, "Where are you hiding?" She hissed, clutching the phone and pulling it closer to her lips, "I swear to god you'd better not try anything you stupid-"
Cillian had placed a hand on Leila's shoulder and she shut her yap. He put out a hand for the phone, which, instead of complying, she hung up and pocketed the phone. Cillian gave a smile that was too classy for his job and reminded Leila that she was in the process of choosing a daughter.
Leila jerked her shoulder away and huffed, returning to her task. Rather quickly, she had picked a girl with long hair, bright eyes who was in desperate need of a bath, and a make-over, "This one, Zhang." She glanced to the two girls near him, "You ******** want something? Because we're kind of busy at the moment."
---
Babette smiled at the mention of the first Tennotsukai and Pierre, but it was nothing sentimental or caring. It was as if, sure, she remembered, and they were now just a fleeting memory.
Bayard, on the other hand, heard the rest of what Misashi ha said and was resting his chin on his hand, his elbow on his knee when he muttered, "Our job."
Babette agreed with a distant nod, "Ouais."
Marie-Élise smiled somewhere in the tension, she had a soft smile and gentle features. She stood and bowed her head, "I'll be assisting Balthazer if you need me."
Ren gave her a light nod as he watched her exit, but he tightened his grip on Misashi's hand at the mention of this man, Balthazer, what did he want? Ren decided to ask, "So, what are we here for, anyhow?"
Babette's head shot up and she seemed to shake off her thoughts, " Eh? Oh, well, Balthazer 'as a proposition for you. The same as Chiyoko, mais without ze guns. 'e 'as already been convinced you are immortal. You're fine."
Bayard spoke this time, "Balthazer 'as 'is own ideas about what Immortals should be - and it certainly is not in 'iding, as we 'ave always been."
Ren was getting it, but he looked a little confused, "Like, positions of power?"
"S'right kid." Balthazer reentered the room, business elsewhere finished, and stood beside the couch that Ren and Misashi were sitting on, "There is no reason why we, the strongest of the living, should be forced into hiding and shame by some meaningless council that a frightened woman created. We have not only the power to preserve history, but to own it." -Babette and Bayard exchanged both knowing and exasperated looks- "I need agents though. People to go and recruit immortals for me."
Ren looked uneasy, but this time, he looked to his wife to answer for them.
---
Nagatsukai sighed and ignored Kokomi's comment,"Hey Kokomi, I'm totally fed up with this place, and Koseiburo's getting mad at Toshi because she likes him, but she's stuck here. Y'all wanna escape?" He studied his nails for a moment and sighed again, "Pierre will be mad for a while, but I can stay with him for an easy fee, I don't know, you can hide out with Koseiburo and her boyfriend."

Zhang came back to Leila as the twins laughed at her. "Ok so you want this one?" He asked jabbing her in the back to make he walk closer to her new mother. The girl yelped but walked closer any how. If Zhang had come to sell her, least it was going to be to a women.
The other man's movement were not lost on the twins, some thing was going on between the person the female was talking to, and that other man next to her. But they had no care or will to tell Zhang to watch his back with the two. Millie walked up with Tillie trailing no more then a foot behind her. "Zhang, if you don't mind, can we make this fast?" Tillie took up where her sister had paused "we don't want to keep him waiting," Once again they switched speaking "and we are sure you don't want to ether."
Zhang whipped around to stare coldly at the two of them "No I do mind, and if you two think threatening into doing as you say will work, you have another thing coming, I swear I'll make you two hurt then send you back!" Zhang hardly ever stopped smiling, but when dealing with these two and their master, he couldn't help be scared, wich of course made him angry.
Both twins looked at each other as if exchanging a small joke, then laughed "You know, Zhang," again they laughed "You couldn't hurt us if you tryed." they both said.
The girl Leila picked out was now almost touching her. She had never seen Zhang so angry, and she didn't like seeing him mad now. He already scared her, but when he yelled, he seemed twenty times bigger.
Zhang was at a lose with what to do with the two girls. He knew it was pointless to threaten them. But what else could he do? "Fine, what ever, go wait out in the front office area, and leave me the hell alone."
Again they laughed, and to add to his anger they both came close and kissed him on the cheeks. "We knew you were a smart man." they walked out of the room laughing.
Zhang stood to angry to move. Taking in a deep shaking breath he tried to calm down. after a moment or two he was calm as he was going to with those two creepy girls around. Turning around he faced Leila "Ok so now you have a daughter, what are you gonna do with her?" ~ ~ ~ ~
Misashi was a little stunned. "well this isn't some thing I was expecting." She tightened her hold on her husbands hand. Hoping she would be able to say the right things. "I don't like having to hide. But I'm sure none of us do. But I really can't say it would be the best if we ran things." She paused just a second "Every leader needs to be replaced at one time or another, or the empire he built will crumble." Misashi changed the subject to something else he had said "But I do think it would be for the best of human kind if we could help them, I mean we could give them so much information on what the past was like, and as you said the history, we could use it to help prevent things from happening." Now Misashi tried to not answer the part about agents, until she could think of a good way to answer that wouldn't upset any one.

Leila smirked a small and rather sensual smile in Zhang's direction. Starnge, as she hated his guts. She slinked over to him and grabbed him by the front of his shirt. She pulled him close to her by the fabric she held pinched between her fingers. Her free hand she snaked around his neck while the hand on his shirt walked up slowly to his chect, there she pinched the fabric again plucking something off of it with a less amused smile, "You're wired, and very careless it appears." She let go of his to take his hand and place the small, nearly-invisible [[or as Chekov would say "inwizibul!"]] camera into his palm. "Maybe you should do your own laundry from now on, you've got on of Unholy's spies." Leila winked and walked back to the girl, throwing and arm over her shoulders, "C'mn sweetheart, we're getting you a bath and some food." ---
Balthazer chuckled lightly to himself before finally speaking, "Misashi, Ren, I don't think you're understanding the power that I, that we can wield. The power that I already wield." He dipped his hand into his pocket quickly and pulled out a small glass vial of a murky blood-colored solution, "Misashi, Ren, I have what Chiyoko refuses to give you. An immortality serum." He paused for a moment to let it sink in, "Don't you have somebody, Misashi? Ren? Who you just can't let go of? Can't let go of again?"
Babette had already stood and walked out of the room, but Bayard had stayed, looking to Ren and Misashi, sitting across from him on the couch.
Ren's eyes danced with the reflection of the blood-red liquid, and shone with the ideas swimming through his head. He sucked in a quick breath at a thought before he was able to blink and look back to Misashi, "Babe?"

Zhang grumbled as he was chastised for be careless. He knew she was right. He had gotten careless with all his resent power. And now he had showed back up to take it all away. Then to add to his worries, he stared down at the little camera, Unholy had a way into his network of crime. Nothing good was happening today. It worried him more that he had been wearing a bug, how could he have not noticed? He was going to have to clean up his act, or end up in jail.
The girl was still rather tense and jumped slightly when Leila put her arm around her. she relaxed as her stomach growled to remind her how hungry she really was. "Ok." she said quietly. ~ ~ ~ ~
Misashi stared in wonder at the little vial of liquid. "That is a cruel taught if I have ever seen one," she peeled her eyes off the vial. They were being sucked into the middle of a power fight. Misashi knew she had uneasy feelings about the hole thing. "I do, but I'm sure you already knew that, or you would have never shown us, I mean if we say no, who is to say we wouldn't go back to Chiyoko and tell her, I'd say your betting that that little vial will make us take your side." Misashi let go of Ren's hand to smooth out her dress on her lap, it didn't need it, but it was a nervous habit of hers. Once done she took Ren's hand again. "But if I do take your side it wont be because of some vial filled with a liquid, it would have to be because I truly agree with what you have planed, but so far you have shown me and told me me nothing that makes me what to jump my ship and swim to your." Misashi looked him in the eyes "Mortals are meant to stay mortal, even if we wished them to live like us, it wouldn't be right, they wouldn't be able to handle it." Misashi leaned into Li-shen "So why do you want us?" ~ ~ ~ ~
Kokomi lite up. "Oh goody, I want outa here, even if I do end up with the love birds, it would keep me outa death row." Kokomi smiled "So when are we getting outa here?"

Leila smiled and glanced back to Zhang, "Don't worry sweet'eart! If I didn't know Unholy so well, I'd never have spotted it either." She winked, "Guess you're in a pickle." Leila walked the girl to the car and opened the door, helping her into the back, "Hurry up, slowpoke! This is why you're getting beat! You're getting old!" ---
"Oh and you can handle it?" Balthazar raised both eyebrows and folded one arm under that which held the vial, "Because I'm dying to know how you cope when you see your children die. Actually, have you seen your children die? You ran away right? It's nothing to be ashamed of, we all run away sometimes, but you'll live for an eternity, can you really run that distance?" He took a seat on the arm of the couch and renewed his smile, "Humans, mortal or otherwise, don't need a noble cause to go forward, they just need a little convincing, bargaining, bribe." He tossed up the vial and caught it in his grasp again, "Now, I've got your bribe. Where's my team of go-getters?"
Bayard stood this time and brushed off his pants, "You call me back 'ere when you 'ave a serum zat works ze opposite way. 'Tis what we 'ave wanted all along." He exhaled through his nose and stared at the vial for a second before his eyes darted back up to Balthazar, "We 'ave 'ad nobility, 'appiness, sadness, children, riches and now fame. It's all the same in ze end. Rather, it never ends."
Balthazar nodded, "For every eternal happiness, you will also have eternal woe." He smiled at Bayard, "I am shocked, my friend, stone to happiness, I figured that sadness couldn't get to you at the same time." He noticed Bayard look in the direction that Babette had walked off to. Then wlak in that direction himself. "Unfortunately, we don't have that option. Our mutation has a virus effect, it gets to everything we take in, others' blood, others' organs, everything. It's a way of preserving us. Eternally." He held up the vial once more, "and this, this can preserve our love."

Zhang sighed and walked with the women and the new girl. "Yeah I know now." He looked behind him to see the twin girls bringing up the rear and shivered again. They saw him and smiled back. God they freaked the hell out of him. "I'm gonna have to start watching my back again, what with Naga, Unholy and now their boss back in the picture, I'm not gonna get out of all this with out a scratch." Zhang climbed into the driver's seat and and revved the car to life. He started down the road to home. "That bug also means I got me some traders."
The girl climbed into the car and looked around the interior. It was nice, and she had never been in a car before. Least not that she remembered.
The twins were in their car and ready to go, they planed to follow him around until they got their note. They had no intention of returning to Shang with out one. Neater of them wanted to risk his anger. ~ ~ ~ ~
Misashi sighed "No I didn't run, not at first, I saw was around to see my daughter die I witnessed my first husbands death, then later I was there when my son was murdered, I had two more kids, but as you said, I ran, not for fear of how they would die, because I stayed out of side and watched over them for a time, but because I knew I didn't belong in their normal mortal lives." She glared at him "I'm ashamed that I had another child, ashamed that I will have to leave him again because of his mortality, and it is some thing I will live with, but being infected with immortality is nothin I would wish on another, not even to for fill my selfish needs, least not any more." Once again she squeezed tight Li-shen's hand "what is your plan for that vial? do you plan to infect the world, or just use if to infect who the ones you bring over wish?" She had to know. Because at one time she would have gave anything to keep her kids alive, but over the last few short years, she realized that it wouldn't be fair. And if he planed to infect every one, she would never be able to join up with him. ~ ~ ~ ~
Kokomi leaned out of her nurse bed and looked over the plan. "Ok that all sounds good to me." Then she realized she would have to walk witch was a pain at the moment. "Guess I'm gonna have to do some thing with this ankle then." Why did she have to go and sprain her ankle today?

Leila smiled a knowing smile, one to remind Zhang that they weren't exactly friends, "Do you?" She returned to looking out the window of the passenger's seat and watched the world go by outside. On her face stayed that same smile, must have been something she and her brother shared.
---
Nagatsukai too, at that moment, wore the same expression, smug, knowing, on-top, all in spite of his predicament, "Of course darling, we'll be using you to our advantage." He picked himself up and proceeded out of the room. The man was a leader with orders to issue. And Koseiburo needed to be let in on their little plan.
---
Behind the car following Zhang's, followed a small sports car, a sleek black car that was low to the ground with all of its window's tinted and its driver's silhouette untracable. All until, of course, the car pulled up to the left lane to ride alongside the car containing the twins, and the passenger rolled down his window. But the passenger, wearing dark shades and all black as well as a morbid expression, pulled out a gun and shot the side of the car, towards the back. Nothing happened. However, the passenger was done. He rolled up his window and the sports car sped off, appearing to have completed its task.
Soon after, there was a knock on the door where the man awaiting the twins resided. Outside of it stood two figures, clothed in black, both armed. The man, whose black hair was mostly covered by a plain black beanie, held his gun at the ready. His associate though, female, held her gun at her side. Her black clothes were form-fitting and she wore boots, without heels, choice for her work obviously. Her extremely long black hair was braided perfectly and swung past her waist. "Baby," The female in black addressed the man beside her, "if he doesn't answer we can just take in the door."
"I know, I know." He replied in a hushed tone, "We'll huff and we'll puff and we'll blow his house down."
"You're so cute when you're a smartass." The woman return to the door to knock with her foot this time, "Open the door, we know you're in there."
---
Balthazer pocketed the vial and sighed, "How truly noble of you, Misashi." He stood from the arm of the couch and sighed, "I didn't know a murderer could have so much class." He turned to the large doorway where Babette and Bayard had both disappeared, "Marie-Élise, darling."
The girl entered soon after being called and approached obediently, "Sir?"
"Darling, please escort Mr. and Mrs. Shenkotsu to the kitchen where you worked so hard to prepare that meal."
Ren stood, "I'm sorry, I think we have to decline." His face was a little more serious than Ren had been in a while, "Our new organization may be missing us."
"I can't let you do that." Balthazar's expression was serious, this time, "I'm going to have to remain a secret to Chiyoko if you want to avoid problems, which I believe you do. So hear this, My bribe is officially a threat. I can use this to make your worst nightmares come to life, so you had best keep your little mouths shut." He kept his eyes on Ren and Misashi but spoke to the girl before him, "Marie-Élise, show them to the door."
Marie-Élise nodded and did as instructed.

Zhang was well aware that Leila may be the one that was betraying him. But he wasn't willing to bet his life that she was the one. She was getting alot out of him as of late. So why would she want to end a good little gige as the one she had now? "Well then, I guess I'm gonna have to keep a eye on you then." He said taking his eyes off the road to star at her. The car was a good one, so it didn't try to drift off to the side, but not good enough that when the lane shifted that it would drive it self. Zhang was forced to look back to the road or crash.
The poor girl in the back was so confused with what all was going on. It was sad to think she was being brought into such a crazy life. Like the women sitting in front of her she stared out the window, trying not to get car sick.
One twin saw the car, but didn't see the gun. Her only though when the car passed was "I want a car like that." But as soon as she thought it, the car was gone. And the thought soon left her mind when they pulled up behind Zhang and his house.
Zhang got out the car and walked to the front door. He unlocked it and walked in with out looking back. He didn't bother to say hello to any one in the house, he just took up hi laptop and went to his room to work.
The new daughter slowly got out of the car. The house was so pretty she was beginning to think this all was some crazy dream, and moving too fast would make it all go away. ~ ~ ~ ~
Shang was by nature a lazy man. So when he heard the knocking on his door he called for the twins. Realizing his mistake he sighed and got up to answer the door himself. What he saw really didn't impress him. But seeing their guns made him draw his own in the blink of an eye. He smiled kindly at the two "Can I be of some help to the two of you?" ~ ~ ~ ~
Misashi opened her mouth to retort that she was no murder. But more she thought about it, she realized he was right, just by getting pregnet she was a murder, for her kids would die, she had giving birth to a life that would die, unlike her. Thous thoughts stopped her from saying any more on the subject. Pulling Li-shen's hand she tried to get him to not start and argument. "Now Shen Shen, why don't we just eat, we don't want her work to go to waist," then she added just loud enough for him to hear "Then we can get out of here." ~ ~ ~ ~
The party was done and Aidan was fully clothed once again. It was getting cool out side and he didn't want to freeze wile waiting outside for a ride home. he had tried to call his boyfriend, but the a*****e hadn't picked up the phone. So he had resorted to calling another friend, the problem was, he was an hour away. Aidan knew he could call him mom, and she would come and get him, but he hated calling her to come get him. He always felt like a five year old again. Cindy was feeling a little ill and had walked out side to get some fresh air. The party was getting to be too much for her. Looking around she spotted Aidan, standing out on a corner looking rather miserable. Walking over to him Cindy had to laugh, he looked like a little kid waiting out in a snow storm for him mom to get him from school. "Lord Aidan, it's not that cold out."
Aidan had to jump "Cindy," he put a hand to his heart, it jumped and bumped around in his chest "You scared the hell outta me," He sighed "I know it's not too cold, but my clothes arn't the warmest, hun."
Cindy looked around "So what are you doing standing around here for?"
Aidan sighed again "I'm waiting on a ride, I want to get home and go to bed, I got work tomorrow." He realized with a small shock, that he actually cared that he had to go to work tomorrow.
"Why didn't you say some thing?" Cindy asked sounding offended 'I'll give you a ride home."
"I couldn't do that, your postta be inside enjoying the party!" Aidan pushed her lightly on the back with his left hand, "Go, go on, get, go back to the party."
Cindy laughed "No, I was getting kinda sick, let me take you home, I would feel bad knowing your out here." With out waiting for Aidan to reply, Cindy ran inside and told every one she was heading home. It took her less then five minutes and she was back out side leading Aidan to her car.

Leila turned her window from the window to Zhang, "As if you could keep your eyes off if you wanted to." She gave him a sultry shrug and then turned back to the window until they parked at the house. Once there, she took the girl by the hand and brought her upstairs, grabbing a few of the maids along the way to help her with her new project. "We'll start her off with a bath. She'll need a hair cut too, god look at those split ends," -Leila picked up the ends of the girl's hair then dropped them- "then after we dress her in some comfortable clothes, we'll plan a few outfits to get her tomorrow. Her chest is smaller, but my clothes will work, for now. Oh! And once she's cleaned up I'll have to name her." Of course it didn't even cross Leila's mind that the girl might already have a name. She didn't much care for what another woman might have named the girl.

"Yessir!" The man chirped in a childish voice, "We're selling girlscout cookies to benefit troupe four six seven. We've got all kinds, most of them are laced with cyanide though."
"Cyanide and sugar." The female added. She ignored her parter's little speil though, and stepped inside, pushing her way past thing sheng fellow, not bothering to take off her shades. "Alright, since the twins are out, he's alone. We'll just take him." She turned up to him, "Alright, you're coming with us, you have the right to remain silent, and if you don't, my buddy'll shoot you dead, got that?"
The man laughed, "Dead?"
"Same s**t. Shoot him unconscious. Obviously you can't kill an immortal." She turned back to Shang, "But if you have a way, I'm dying to hear it."
The man laughed again, "Dying?"
"Shut the ******** up, now you're just being a dipshit." Her attention once more returned to Shang, "Alrighty, you gonna cooperate or am I gonna have to make you?
---
"Not a bother. There's enough here to feed a third world country." Balthazar smiled a cruel one, "So we'll glady throw it out in front of some orphans."
Ren gritted his teeth but dragged Misashi along after the girl. It wasn't worth it to even fight this guy. He wouldn't be able to kill him.

Tennotsukai knew it was late, so he didn't bother to look at the clock in his car as he pulled in to his driveway. After climbing out of his car with ease, he limped to his front door where he unlocked the door and immediately flopped on the couch to crash there.

The young girl frowned, she already had a name. She thought about telling the lady dragging her around. Then thought better of it. She tried to follow her train of thought, but couldn't keep up. "I get a bath?" she asked hearing thous word mentioned. She couldn't remember the last time she had had a bath. ~ ~ ~ ~
The twins walked up to Zhang room to bother him for a note back to their master. The door wasn't locked and the two of them were able to walk right in.
Zhang had been expecting Leila at some point so he didn't bother to look up. Big mistake. He felt the bed move and only then did he realize how big of a mistake it had been. The twins were now laying on both of his sides. He looked back and forth between the two, panicked to see the same expression on their faces.
"Zhang."they cooed "We need that note, or we can't go home," The one on his left said as she layed a hand on his chest. That one movement made him shiver. "Or would you like us to stay and play?" The one on his left asked.
Zhang typed something out on his computer so fast that the words pooped on the screen a few seconds after he typed it. "I'm printing it out over at that printer." Zhang pointed across the room.
"Good." they both said, the twin on his right was the only one that bothered to go and get it. with note safely tucked away and into a envelope the twins left and began their trip home. ~ ~ ~ ~
Shang stepped out of the way and let the women in. He was all too intrigued how they knew about him. But That didn't mean he was going to go easy. Cocking his gun he made sure to click the safety off, "so you know I can't die, should I see if it the same for you?" He took aim and pulled the trigger twice. ~ ~ ~ ~
Aidan got home just in time to see his boyfriend light up a cigarette and take a puff. "Hey didn't you hear the phone ring?" He asked a little ticked off. His only answer was a simple "Nope." "Well I called you, I needed a ride home tonight." He said walking over and taking the cig and inhaling a few deep breaths of the smoke, then give it back, His oh so great boy friend shrugged "Yeah what ever." "Don't you even care, I was outside waiting for you to come and get me?" Once again he didn't get much of a reply "Yeah sorry." Tired and feeling down Aidan walked out and into the kitchen to take a beer from the fridge then out and onto the front porch. He didn't want to go back into the house, if he had to he'd walk to his mom's to crash for the night.

" Of course you do," Leila paused, looking the girl up and down. She thought extremely hard before finally finishing, "Ophelia." She nodded, pleased with herself, "I like that name, you like it?" She was asking the women assisting her, of course they agreed, otherwise they'd get it from Zhang. "Good," Leila finished, "That's what I like. Ophelia." They reached the bathroom and Leila had one of the women start the water for a bath. The bathtub itself was huge, and the products aorund it promised it would be a relaxing and enjoyable bath. Leila knew it would be, too, until they got to the girl's hair. . .

The man, a true gentleman, stepped in front of the lady, completely unfazed by the two wounds he took to the chest. In fact, he hardly jolted. "Intense training with the lady in charge, you understand." This time he raised his gun and shot at the man before him. "Immortal tranquelizers," he explained when the bullets were dart-shaped and big enough to knock down a rhino, "Couldn't have you knowing what was going on."
"Don't fight us, dear. It'll be the last thing you ever do outside of a cage." The woman laughed a light one and tossed an arm over the man's shoulder. "Load 'im up when he's good and out. Shoot him a few more if he needs them. I'll be in the car."
