Scary evil as in character-wise (like the Joker of Dark Knight or Sho Minamimoto), or scary evil as in "Nope, that's it. I'm crossing over to the Dark Side. Laters" (like if Tibarn turned evil and we had to fight him when he had GUNZ in his talons)?

Suisho Tomoe (I go home for the weekend and I miss eight pages?! gonk ) Scariest characters? Vaida, Rath, FD, Tibarn, and . . . the quiet ones, cause you KNOW they're the scariest of all!
