Try reading murder mysteries at 2 in the morning after watching a bunch of murder shows about crimes that took place in you town. It’s fracking terrifying if you have a morbid imagination.

Umm... I'm waiting... we're planning to go drive people crazy, specifically the caps and vc's, but when my peps aren't responding that's kind of difficult... *sweat* Oh, you're fighting? I need new entertainment, Frost lost my interest for the night, Narutard is laying on my floor under my boots, Orson Scott Card's stuff takes too long, The Host is pissing me off, I don't know why I even bought MAX today (yes... the title is MAX), and the Illiad is long and impossible... I'm not going downstairs for Oliver, ain't no way... I needs me some good, old fashion,12:45 pm reading... gots that?

Terrifying can be fun. Novels can be fun.
30 pages of "If A is B because of C, but G is not-C because H is not-B, therefore A cannot be B"... at 7 in the morning... is not fun. XD It's educational.

rosemonster555 Try reading murder mysteries at 2 in the morning after watching a bunch of murder shows about crimes that took place in you town. It’s fracking terrifying if you have a morbid imagination. That's nothing. Try something more like... watching Clockwork Orange at a sleepover before one of your friends disappears for three hours at two in the morning... movie, filled with rape, kidnapping, murder...
And Red... if there's one thing I've learned from AP euro history, it's that Aristotle knew nothing. He was brilliant because he got everything wrong *nods* thank you Newton.

xd I haven't gotten to the stuff on the natural world yet. This is more of rhetoric stuff, which he WAS pretty good at. The style, anyway.
Of course, all thing considered, I think Newton probably had a lot of stuff wrong, too. ^^ But I think he did pretty darn good for the available evidence. We need more people like him to explain what else we see happening.

You know what I think would be funny? If Newton were all wrong. The world would crash and burn and I'd just sit there laughing saying, "I told you so." XD If you know me, you know I would too. And yet I'm taking Physics...

Read Agatha Christie’s or Sir. Arthur Conan Doyle’s books, if you’re ok with mystery there pretty good books. But then again this is coming from a seventh grader.

I hate Agatha Christie... don't get me wrong, I just think she's really annoying... I didn't like her in seventh grade and I don't like her now... that's not changing. I'm a classics girl, and she's far too recent for my liking. Bring on the Romanticism!
Anyone ever read Lord Byron stuff? He's next on my list when I finish the Dickens and Frost I've got sitting around...

Agatha Christie’s not my favorite author. I don’t think I’ve ever read past the 2ed chapter in any of her books, I have like 10 books that she wrote. I ether get bored with them or the next volume of case closed comes out in English.

No offense to any fans of the classics, but ye olde english gets really boring really fast. There are more contemporary authors who blow people like Dickens out of the water.
OK, here's a really random yet ******** hilarious story I heard. Stephen King trashed the hell out of Stephanie Meyer's writing, and people on twilight boards posted things like, "OMG, who the hell is this stephen king guy, he wouldn't know good writing it if hit him in the face" I luled . . . a lot.
Of course, King shouldn't talk anyways. His specialty is in a completely separate genre, so his opinion in the matter of modern teen fiction is really extraneous. King is amazing, but he wrote "It" for christ's sake . . . wrong era/world to be talking about Twilight.
