"You're s**t crazy, you know that right," Raiden asked with a cruel smirk on his face, "It suits you."
Raiden and Konpaku both flew at him, once they got near though they split off to flank Kaigen. Raiden went to right of Kaigen and swung down with his zanpakuto. If Kaigen blocked his attack with his own zanpakuto, Raiden's zanpakuto would begin to draw reiatsu away from Kaigen's zanpakuto.
At the same time, Konpaku went to the right but instead of attacking. She had sent her swords to surround Kaigen and block his escape routes.
"Whether you like it or not, I'm gonna leave this place, and there's not a thing you can do to stop me Kaigen."

Once they were held in the curtain of flames surrounded them, this would be the area they would fight in. Running around like rabbits wasn't really his style. Defending and attacking was munch more it. Besides, he wanted to leave as quickly as possible from the Soul Society. Being involved in the 14th Division squad was already earning him a set of suspicious eyes, which he's soon pay Shiori, Kana, and Kazei back for. As the flames crackled and cook around above and around Tsumuro and Sayo, he cocked his head before glancing at her.
"It seems you're no different than those others. The talking phase was over with a moment ago, we're way passed that now."
Frankly he didn't care about how the girl looked at things. It was only a matter of time where she would look at things from six feet under. She wasn't going after anything, like the rest during the last incidents she stood around doing nothing but talking. The red gauntlets on his arm began shining an orange bright as the gems within each one shifted into a shade of rose red as he clutched his fists, forming a ball of flames around each one. With that he moved in melee range of Sayo for the first strike. His right fist curving direcgtly for her ribs, but opening up as if he were about to grab her. There wasn't munch room for the two to fight in and any vast movement could cost her. The only way out was to drive through Tsumuro.

[Sayo]
She had tried. She had tried really, really hard to not just hit him right away, but now he was actually asking for her to hit him. This was good enough to get a little closer to glimpsing his shadow, right? After all, it wasn't like just going ahead and pummeling him straight away; she'd even tried to settle things and make sure he wasn't an enemy first. Her blades vanished from sight as they were spun around to cut his hand off before he could get close. He was a Captain, yes, but he had made several very bad choices. The first bad choice was getting into close-range with her; Sayo was a close-combat specialist, and Lieutenant of the 11th Division, no less. His second bad choice was also getting into close-range with her; Sayo's Bankai was active, and as it was, she had channeled enough energy through it to massively increase both her strength and her speed to significantly above what most Shinigami could manage, and with his weapon only at Shikai, he definitely had nowhere near the strength or the speed to keep up with her in those areas, two of her three specializations. Dei Gratia Regina did return energy put into it exponentially, after all. And finally, the third bad choice was getting into close-combat range with her. Really, punching at someone who was not only significantly faster, but had better reach, immensely higher attack, and a one-hit-kill combat philosophy? Granted, she was still trying to avoid killing, but disabling was a completely different situation. After all, they could reattach his hand... probably... and Rednal had told her a long time ago to screw the rules and protect herself if someone attacked her, whether they were an enemy or an ally. She had tried to resolve it peacefully, not one of her strengths, and it hadn't worked. So it was now time to simply pummel him senseless and let him explain himself later.

Kikazu entered the central 46 ruins sticking to the shadows he never liked this place. He held the hilt of his zanpakuto with desecration he was only supposed to be snooping around. Even though he was allowed to be there him being the tenth squad captain. He soon saw the eleventh squad Lieutenant and the fourteenth squad's captain he stood to the side and watch the battle brewing .

[Rednal]
Rednal had wandered into the area after his little incident, as usual nothing more than a very weak Shinigami named Gilgamesh who habitually carried around a lot of writing materials. He nodded as he settled down and began to write what he saw going on. This was getting very interesting, and somebody would probably be asked about it sooner or later, so he needed to have the materials ready. Plus, the busywork would help him decide what to do next. For the first time in a long while, he had some interesting things to think about.

"You don't ******** know crazy!" Kaigen yelled, jamming the bottom of his sheath against Raiden's Wrist with such opposing force, that the huge sword he held in his hand would cause his wrist to snap. At the same time, he rammed Jakenkou into the ground, "to the stocks!" freezing him in place again. He had already released fully, so his reiatsu would be impossible to spike. However, Kaigen was at a loss as well, as Konpaku now hat the perfect opportunity to attack an unarmed Kaigen. To counter that opportunity, Kaigen swiveled behind Raiden and withdrew Jakenkou,, slashing to heave Raiden in half at the hip as he backed away, his sheath ready to block. He was walking at this point rather than using his speed, which means he was no longer ready to fight, but ready to kill.

Kikazu walked out of the shadows holding his zanpakuto in hand. He saw all the fighting not knowing what it was about but he saw the captain of the fourteenth attacking Sayo the lieutenant of the 11th. He walked towards Tsumaro his zanpakuto drawn and tried to help sayo as much as he could."Flow, Majestic Typhoon Dragon" Kikazu whispered His Zanpaktou was Engulfed Within a Flash of Sudden Water,It's Spiritual Pressure is Shared among the Both of Them, therefore Giving Kikazu More then Usual,His Shunpo Technique was quickly greatly enhanced..

-Ductape_Bandit- "You don't ******** know crazy!" At the same time, he rammed Jakenkou into the ground, "to the stocks!" freezing him in place again. He had already released fully, so his reiatsu would be impossible to spike. He was walking at this point rather than using his speed, which means he was no longer ready to fight, but ready to kill. ((Well Duct...don't get mad about this, but you didn't say you stabbed Raiden's shadow. You said you stabbed the ground. A mistake I'm going to take full advantage of.)) Raiden turned around quickly on Kaigen and moved to only receive a good sized cut from Kaigen's attack. Due to the close distance and Raiden's increased speed, coupled with the fact that Konpaku was still using her swords to block Kaigen's escape, there wasn't much room for Kaigen to go. This made the perfect oppurtunity for Raiden's first bankai attack. With his right shrouded in blackish reiatsu, Raiden reached forward to grab Kaigen who was only about a foot away at most.
Konpaku's blades had closed in closer together making the circle of swords that surrounded Raiden and Kaigen smaller. This restricted Kaigen's movements even more. If Kaigen tried to make an escape attempt, all eight blades would home in on him impaling him from multiple angles.

(( He does have a point, I'm afraid. XD ))
[Rednal]
Rednal's pen moved along the paper almost continuously as he wrote down the events that were occuring. As usual, nobody was paying much attention to him. And why should they? Most of them were too busy fighting, and his spiritual level was so low that most of them probably hadn't felt it through all the power they were giving off. Which was the idea, of course. There was no point in him settling matters; better to let them solve it on their own, for better or for worse. He still needed to find a way to consider his own powers and what he could do with them. Maybe a training trip; he hadn't had one of those in ages, and it couldn't hurt to stretch his muscles a little.

((You're right, but you failed at taking advantage . . . ))
Kaigen still managed to break Raiden's wrist, which meant his zanpakuto was out of the equation, that left Konpaku and that damned claw. He made full use of his sheath again as he rammed the butt of it into Raiden's clawed hand. This would make the grab dangerously close to successful, but not quite, and that's all Kaigen needed. Smirking, Kaigen jumped backwards, "to the stocks," stabbing Jakenkou into the intersecting shadows of two of Konpaku's blades, using the gap to escape the close quarters. clenching the fist that Jakenkou usually was wielded in, Kaigen smirked, "The Prince has spoken, to the dungeon with you, Nikase." Jakenkou found his way back into Kaigen's palm, as the de facto captain readied his defenses.

((Once again, your Jakenkou's ability as I've read and interpreted works on Opponent's, not objects.))
The minute Kaigen tried escaping, the nearest two swords (which were behind Kaigen) would stab him through his knees, while the next two would stab him in both shoulders, while the next two would would pierce his feet, After that, the last two would pierce his elbows. Konpaku would then appear behind Kaigen and with the blades on her arms would slice into Kaigen's back damaging his spinal chord. This could potentially remove mobility to Kaigen's lower half due to the damage to his nervous system.
"You're not gonna win this Kaigen. Just give up already. If you don't, I'm afraid I'm going to have to kill you, and I've been looking towards living a life with the least amount of blood shed on these hands of mine," Raiden said as he picked up his sword with his right hand. He wouldn't be needing to use Devoured by Darkness to win this.

((Remember Duct, you're not captain level. I'm not either, but a lieutenant is stronger than third seat.
Edit: Also, keep in mind that using shikai drains your reiatsu each time you use it. Renji could only perform Shikai like seven times in a day without rest. You're weakening yourself each time you use shikai. I'm starting to think your split personality idea for a zanpakuto wasn't actually a good idea.))

((I've used the ability for like a total of 10 seconds, and I never really defined it's usefulness against objects, said objects are made of the same stuff Shinigami is made of though . . .))
Kaigen jumped, moving parallel to the flying words and let go of Jakenkou, letting the blade stick into the ground. From this position, he pressed his palms against the first two swords and handspringed off of them straight up, pushing the next set upwards with his palms as well. The third set plunged straight into the ground, and as Kaigen landed, he pressed down and to th sides, changing the path of the last two blades. Kaigen hit the ground running, tapping the two blades that pierced the floor. His forward motion caused Konpaku's attack to just skim him. "To the dungeon with you, Nikase!" Kaigen exclaimed, slamming all of Konpaku's blades into each other in no time at all, likely smushing Konpaku in the middle of the compactor of swords. That done, Kaigen slowed to a walk, pulling Jakenkou from the floor as he walked slowly once more towards Raiden. "Do you think I'm ******** WITH YOU?!" Kaigen screamed, walking with a mission.
The battle was thus, Kaigen had hardly even begun to expell a significant portion of his reiatsu save for the useage of Nikase. Raiden had little time left of Bankai, and it showed. He had a broken wrist, and a partially disabled zanpakutou spirit. He wasn't kidding himself though, he would have to use a lot of his willpower in the remainder of the fight, but if Raiden pressed the right button, it would be all over.
((I don't have to be stronger, just fight smarter. Notice we haven't clashed directly but once . . . and don;'t call my split persona into question here, Zenaku, it's irrelevant in your argument.))

((I'm going to let you in on a little secret. What you're doing wouldn't have worked. You think these swords are working with a five second pause of each other's movements. Hardly. Try one second. Secondly only the ones aiming for your feet would've landed in the ground. If Konpaku controls the swords by thought, then in reality, you can't push them and assume their destination. You can push them out of your path so to speak, but that's it. They don't make noise as they fly through the air, so you can't hear them coming, and if they come from behind, you can't see them coming either.))
Two of Konpaku's blades were inserted in the ground. She stopped the other six in mid-flight and turned them around to face the back of Kaigen. She sent them towards Kaigen from behind. There wouldn't be any detection of the swords movements at all. But fortunately, they were all aimed for areas that wouldn't deal any vital injury. Just the shoulders, knees, and elbows.
"No. I can tell you're serious, but so am I. Just leave and forget everything you've seen. Say I knocked you out, whatever it takes to not get you in trouble. Then maybe later, we can have a fair duel," Raiden said as he stood there. After this, he'd be weakened from using Black Onslaught, but it wouldn't matter. Konpaku would help him until he was ready to fight again.
((I will bring your split personality in if it means that your reiatsu is being drained cuz of it. It makes a difference, you need enough reiatsu to perform bankai I believe, and if it's getting drained from your shikais, then I'll call in a mod to oversee this fight.))

((I actually realized what you meant by talking about the split shikai when I woke up this morning, XP My bad. And I didn't assume that there was a huge time delay between swords, and I only said two went into the ground. ))
"Off with his head," Kaigen muttered as he disappeared from view, and reappeared in triplicate behind Raiden with Jakenkou coming in for the kill. One moved to decapitate, the other to cleave in half, and the third to pierce straight through Raiden's heart. Only one would actually hit Raiden, but which one was it? Kaigen believed that Raiden was only talking him out of the fight because he knew he was weakening, but that was just stupid. Kaigen was weakening as well, but not quite at the same rate just yet. He was very conservative, which is why he was able to stay on par with a captain. He didn't have to me strong . . . anyone was capable of such. All he had to do was be smarter, and he was up there with the big leagues.

((Oh. I misread that part then. I thought it said you pushed more into the ground.))
Konpaku's blades immediately dispersed into aiming at the three Kaigen's. If the real one didn't move, then he would receive a blade through his neck and heart. The other four blades were aimed in the similar places as well for the fakes, "I will not let you hurt Raiden-kun," Konpaku said with venom in her voice as her and her last two blades came speeding towards the area Kaigen and Raiden were at.
"Heh. May he who has screwed over your day have his crotch infested with the fleas of a thousand camels, and may his arms be too short to scratch it. Amen," Raiden said bemusedly to himself as he collapsed down only being held up by his sword that he stabbed into the ground. Maybe using Black Onslaught wasn't the best idea at the moment. Now he'd haev to rely on Konpaku to fight Kaigen until he was ready. She should be able to handle Kaigen. After all, she was a woman, and women were scary.
