Gurrin looke at the man he just shocked. "Oh please, lighten up! As for your weapons, put them anywhere in this house, as long as their out of the way." He turned his attention back to Balon, "You don't say much, do you?"

"i just haven't been addressed yet. i'm not the leader of this group." Balon replied as he put his pike, bow, and arrows in the house.
Kray tapped Gurrin on the shoulder. "are you sure this is where you want us to keep our weapons because once the location is choosen, no one else will be able to use the room."

Alexa chuckled as she took the carrot. "Thanks," she said casually. "Skipped out on dinner earlier."

Vix knocked on her son's door. "Alex," she called softly. "Alex, wake up. I need to speak with you."
She was seized with a sudden, irrational fear that when she opened the door, Alex wouldn't be there. Both her children would be gone. She'd always suspected that someday, Alexa would fly the coop, but Alex...

Kirra chuckled at her words and said, "I kind of figured that, but we have a giant headstart on any pursuit. They were now one-hundred miles from the town, and rapidly approaching two-hundred.

Alexa's smile became more pronounced. "Perfect," she said lightly. "Not that I really expect any - except perhaps a collective sigh of relief from the whole town - but it's best to be sure."
How were they going to work this? she wondered. She wasn't sure yet, but she knew it would be fun. Much too much fun.

Alexa chuckled. "Waaaay," she drawled. "Although," she added thoughtfully, "I suppose it could be despair. I mean, now they're stuck with the perfect sibling. However will they manage without me to bring a little discord and insanity into their days?"

Alexa smiled lazily, about ready to be put down now, but not quite sure how to phrase it. "So I tell them," she said agreeably. "And tell them. But they never will listen."

((well there are the two empires and then Alex's side thats just boring i mean gosh!!)) Alex leaped out of bed in a flash when he heard his mom say that he got dressed quickly and came out of his room "ready when you are" he said

Alexa looked over Kirra's shoulder. She couldn't see the town any more, but still was uncomfortable. She wanted to be further away.
But Kirra was doing all the work here, and it seemed only fair that if she wanted to stop, they stop. "Whatever you want," she said with a shrug. "It doesn't really matter to me."

Kirra smiled and said, "IF they somehow catch up, I'll grab you and run, I have yet to meet someone who can run as fast as I." She suddenly halted, her hair flying forward from inertia and set Lexi down, before pulling off her backpack and searching through it. She pulled out bread, cheese, and an uncooked steak, as well as a multitude of spices. Then she grabbed wood from nearby and started a fire, striking flint on stone rapidly until sparks flew out and ignited the wood.
