"No trouble at all" He said with a small smile and looked at her, somewhat worried. "How's the kid?" He asked as he leaned back in the booth and watched her sit down. The waiter came with the menu's before she had time to answer. Taking the menu in his hand, he would look over the choices and think for a moment, then look over to Rayne and say "What're you going to have?"

Not finding anything else to do, Saitre walked into the tavern. She looked around and spotted a few of the others and waved from a distance, not wanting to disturb them. As she stood by the front desk, she looked up to the stage and her eyes focused on the piano.

Before she took the menu, she took her bag of her shoulder and placed it beside her. "I would like... Um.. May I have some water and.. hmm" she looked more close at the menu, the grilled chicken salad looking good, "The grilled chicken salad would be good. No tomatoes or sprouts please, ranch on the side." She set her menu down on the table and looked a Jay smiling. It had almost sounded like she knew from the very beginning what she was going to have.

Her eyes wandering away from the piano, she looked towards the nearby tables. Walking to the closest unoccupied table, she sat down. Leaning back in her chair a bit, her eyes once again wandered towards the piano.
((Is there supposed to be someone playing it?))

"Hmm...I'll have two crab cakes, and just a cup of tea please" He said as he looked over to Rayne and returned the smile, saying "So where did you go off to all of a sudden?" He asked as he raised a brow and handed the menu to the waiter, who, in return, put the napkins and silverware on the table.

"No where really. I thought I may go look for Ultima, but he seemed to find his way back. He told me about a makeshift that he was building off in the woods, but I didn't have time to go see it. I really never left the inn... I was, as you could say, logged out..." She smiled looking through his glasses to his hidden eyes, "How is your eye?" She asked remembering he said it was bothering him.

"It's good" He said as he removed his glasses for her and just looked at her with those pale green eyes of his ."How's...." He looked down to Rayne's stomach and back up to her, saying "The kid?" Jay was obviously concerned with the welfare of their child, as well as Rayne. "Any problems?"

"Jay.. you shouldn't worry right now. If I get any problems it will probably be further along in." She placed both her hands on the table, crossing them as if she was very delicate. Her fingers were curled in, them still a bit cold from the outside and running...

His hands reached out and gently held hers, warming them up a bit as he gve a smile. Their meal came shortly after, so he reluctantly withdrew his hand from hers. He assumed now would be as good a time as any to tell her the news.
"Rayne...if we're going to have a kid....we're going to need something bigger than an apartment...so I'm going to have to work double shifts to afford to buy a house"

"I could.. always as Aes if I could get a job as a secretary or something... I have so many questions I could see myself being there a lot anyway." She leaned in a bit then told him, "I want to do all I can to help... I really want this... us... to work." Unfolding her napkin, she placed it on her lap and slowly started to pour the dressing ontop the meal.

With a small smile, he would nod and say "Good idea...and I want our realtionship to work to...so...."
He gave a nervous swallow and then dug into his cloak and pulled out a burgandy box. He would slip out of the booth and then bow on one knee, slowly opening the box to show her a diamond ring inside
"Rayne...?" He asked as he looked up to her with a small grin
"Would you marry me?"
