Abilities: can manipulate fire, such as throwing fire, making a fire sword, etc.
Weaknesses: obviously, it would be getting hit by water, as it would temporarily fizzle out his powers until he dried off.
Appearance: spiky blue hair with a mask covering his eyes and the side of his face, and he wears a blue flack jacket, and blue combat boots with spikes coming out of the back, as with the gloves, and his whole outfit has a white fire stripe going up his outfit.
History(optional): As a kid, he fell into a pit of toxic waste, giving him power over fire, and permanently changing his hair color to blue. He conflicts with himself over whether he should join good or evil, so, in the end, he decided to be neutral and whichever side appealed to him the most at any point in time, he would then help that side in whatever they were doing, and finish it out with them.
Side(good/bad/neutral): neutral, he'll join whatever side he wishes to join as he goes along.

Name: Rose Wilson Worth Alias: The Ravager

Abilities: Rose's powers include limited precognitive abilities which may blossom into much more. She is sometimes able to use her precognitive abilities to 'see' her opponent's next moves, although her visions come and go. In one instance, was able to have an extensive precognitive vision where she saw her father's (Slade) future. During this jaunt, Rose was able to project her astral form and inhabit the body of someone in the future (similar to her brother Jericho's ability). Rose is a skilled martial arts expert, with enhanced agility, speed, strength and endurance. She is also very skilled in the use of a bo staff.
Siblings: Jericho (real name: Joe Wilson) (I know what you're thinking, yes Jericho is Slade's son.) The Ravager 1 (real name: Grant Wilson)
Weaknesses(must have at least one-and make it legit): not sure at the moment. I guess whatever Slade's weakness is.
Appearance:
History(optional): The long-lost daughter of Deathstroke the Terminator (Slade), Rose Wilson joined the Titans after her mother was killed and her precognitive meta-human abilities began to manifest. Despite Rose's cynical attitude, she did find some solace in her time as a Titan. But Deathstroke shattered any chance of happiness when he kidnapped Rose and brainwashed her to become the new Ravager at his side.
Extra Info.: To show her loyalty, Rose gouged out her left eye to prove she is just like her father.

History(optional): Recently a young woman has surfaced, claiming to be the daughter of Madame Rouge. Calling herself Gemini, the unstable girl tried to frame Gar Logan (Beastboy) for murder and completely discredit him. She blamed Logan for the death of her mother.
According to Gemini, Laura De Mille (Madame Rouge) had a daughter during a time when she was reformed. Gemini has inherited her mother's shape shifting abilities. After a pitched battle with Gar Logan, Gemini was defeated and Gar Logan cleared his name. Since that time, Gemini has allied herself with The Brain and Monsieur Mallah as a member of the Brotherhood of Evil.

Occupation: Theif, Mercenary, Adventurer. He has no real job or position in the City of "Jump" but he gets by through stealing.

Appearance: Dressed up in black ninja gear and equipped with magazines of acupunture needles around his waist. He also carries around a dagger by his side and will sometimes carry a dark heavy blade on his back.
Special Ablities: With superstrength built in his legs, nobody could catch him in his speed. His most powerful and effective weapons are his needles that each cause different things to happen once they hit their target. He is also capable of teleporting but only a couple of times a day.
Weakness: If at any time his powers were able to backfire at him, he would be in major trouble. Also, any light shot into his eye that are as blinding as the afternon sun, he would be weakened.
History: Met grew up in a planet where dark sorcerers were capable of speeding up the child's life so that they would grow up at an age suitable enough to go to school and learn how to fight. Unlike many others, Met grew very quickly in both knowledge and strength, and soon after, he'd be one of the most powerful assasins in the universe. After he graduated from his academy he joined the Shadow Gaurd, an evil organization created to far more superior than many other clans.
When encountered with a dark magician in the near future, Met was sent to the planet Earth and he now spends his time, lurking into the dark valleys of Jump City.

Appearance:
Special Ablities: Because he is not an exact clone of Superman, Superboy's abilities differ. His primary power is a limited form of telekinesis that mimics super-strength and flight. He is also able to disassemble objects with a touch. As he's aged, Superboy has manifested a certain amount of non-psychically derived super-strength. He later developed heat vision, X-Ray vision and super-hearing, similar to his mentor's abilities.
Weakness: I don't know the details at the moment. Probably Kryptonite since he is a clone of Superman but I'm not sure.
Synopsis of History: In an attempt to clone Superman, Cadmus Labs combined the Kryptonian DNA of Superman with the human DNA of Lex Luthor. The impetuous clone escaped the lab and later became known as the hero, Superboy. The Teen of Steel later was welcomed to live in Smallville as "Conner Kent" and joined the Teen Titans while he came to grips with his true lineage.

Synopsis of History: A troubled teenager, Mia Dearden left home after being abused by her father. With her mother deceased, she took to the mean streets of Star City until a sleazebag named Richard took her in, forcing her into a life of prostitution in return for shelter. Mia was rescued from one of her clients by Oliver Queen (The Green Arrow), who had just recently returned from the dead. Mia continued to work with Oliver, who was busy trying to reconstruct his own life, and began to train at an archery under his tutelage. Mia continually petitioned Green Arrow to allow her to serve as his sidekick, but Oliver continually demurred, not wanting to put another youngster at risk. After discovering she is HIV positive, Mia redoubled her efforts and Green Arrow finally allowed her to become the new Speedy. Shortly thereafter, she joins the Teen Titans.

History: She was born without parents but later became adopted by a teacher of a private school. She was a straight A student and all the teachers loved her, except kids would often make fun of her because she she was so different from the others. One day, a bully picked on her and, out of anger, her power of ice and water were revealed. When her adopted parent realized this, he sent her to the Titan's Academy to learn how to control her powers and be with others who have the same superhuman abilities.

Name:Meena (she hates her name, goes by Meen, usually.)
Age:Close to fourteen, but she doesn't know her birthdate.
Abilities:An insanely weak geomancer, her main power is inherrited. Any thing she looks at becomes solid stone, all the way through. Some think she is related to a gorgon in some way.
Weaknesses:Her stone-vision power is uncontrollable, except for a single heavy black cloth she keeps over her eyes. She is basically blind because of this, and doesn't know what different colors look like.
Appearance:Slightly tan, but sunburns fairly easily. Her hair is kind of wavy and a medium length brown. No one knows her eye color. Wears blue a lot, just sturdy clothes and giant black boots. (Art Pending)
History:I wasn't terribly tragic, and she is fairly positive about the here and now, even if she seems quiet. Just travels a lot, scrounging money where she can. It's easy to find her if you need her.
Side:Generally good, but really just looks out for herself. She enjoys a good fight when she can help out Terra, they'd met before]

Abilities: Summon any army of any nation from any time period
Limitations on power: Can only summon the restless souls of warriors who have died in battle, mixing technologies and armies of different time periods doesn't work, nor does summoning enemy armies to work together (ie. not WWII American & German troops, but American & Soviet troops).
Other weaknesses: Tends to rush into things, has a long fuse but violent temper.
Weapons: Those that her soldiers carry are enough. Rome herself is in excellent physical condition, and is a good woman in a fight.
Appearance: Brown hair just above shoulder length, a few strands of which tend to reflect a gold light under the light of dusk and the setting sun. It is tied back in a French braid. She wears a deep midnight black jumpsuit with a red sash at her waist, the slack of which hangs over her right leg, ending at the knee. Rumor has it she got this sash off a Soviet flag after the Union fell. Her eyes are of a dark sea green tint, and her figure petite. Don't be fooled by this, though, she's stronger than she looks.
Hitory: To make a sort of long (by long, I mean detailed) story short, Rome got her powers after taking a family trip. Her parents are photogrophers, and took her to the city of Rome when she was young. Her birth name is Elde, and on a dare, she decided to explore the labyrinths of the colloseum at dusk.
It was here that the spirit of an ancient Roman officer entered her body, and she discovered her powers soon afterward.
