Nightshade received both JLA alerts. Experience allowed the old vigilante to decipher the cryptography on many signals.
"A little girl being threatened by that maniac? That's in Gotham.... Wait, I can teleport...," with that statement, Nightshade quickly dons the rest of his costume, "After I port to Gotham, help me triangulate the location of that bus!"
"Acknowledged."
After completing his costume with donning his gasmask and fedora, Nightshade teleports to Gotham.

[Enter Nightshade from Gotham City]  Wlaking out from a shadow in the sub-basement, Nightshade plopped himself down in the nearest chair, "After a short rest, I resume my search..." Unidentified mutant on grounds. Repeat. Unidentified...Des snapped fully alert and looked on the screen next to him, "What the... Computer, identify." Mutant subject can not be identified.
Facial recognition failed.
Subject: Female, late teens to early twenties.
Powers Detected: Pyrokinesis, Energy Form - Fire.
What are your instruction, Sir?Des thought for a moment, "Maintain entrance seals and internal security. I'll check on this girl. She may be looking for help. If she starts blasting me, fire all stun gun emplacements in range. Stand by for further instructions." Yes Sir, systems standing by as instructed.Des made sure his mask was still in place, then he strode back in the same shadow he entered the room from. The following instant, Nightshade walked out from a shadow within sight of the young woman, "Can I help you, Miss?"
