((No, I was gonna have Sanvi reverse as soon as he attacked and give him a good telling-off))
"I'll address my questions to that bi- my daughter, sir," the man said. "Papa..." Sanvi mewled pitifully. She didn't want anything to start between Garin and her father. "Garin..."

((lol, I was just kidding, it's fine, I'll let it, but Garin will be pissed afterwards))
"You will do nothing to her!" Garin yelled at him.

((I figured as much, from your diction))
"Be more respectful to your master!" the man cried, running at Sanvi. He grabbed her hair and roughly yanked her head back, slapping her hard. He kicked her to the ground and fell over her, punching her face. As soon as he punched her, Sanvi had her hands around his throat and reversed so she was kneeling over him. She kept one hand locked around his throat and raised her other fist like she would punch him. "He's not my master, and he, Aquaria and I killed Jace!" she cried. "And I'd appreciate if you could contain your hatred for me for a few days, you miserable...!! Garin's mate was murdered and he needs somewhere safe to stay. I'd trust you to do that, considering he's effectively Jace's heir!" she screamed at him, letting the blood from her now-broken nose drip onto his shirt. The last little bit was a lie but it was good enough. The man backed down.

"Sanvi!" Garin cried and ran over to kill the man, but stopped next to her when she had him pinned.

Sanvi finally seemed to comprehend pain again and she whimpered. She collapsed over her father, releasing him. She clutched at her nose, her cheek, and her hair, curling up. The man pushed her to the side with his boot as he stood. "This way, sir," he said to Garin, trying to lead him back to his house. He intended to leave Sanvi there.

Garin couldn't help himself as he turned to the man and punched him in the face. "Touch her again and I will kill you!" he cried in outrage and then knelt next to Sanvi, gently helping her sit up. "What can I do for you?" he murmured to her, kindly.

The man staggered backwards from the punch but didn't seem to be injured. "...go with him..." Sanvi said quietly. When she sat up she felt a stabbing pain in her ribs and knew when her father had kicked her she'd broken a rib. "Leave me here. Hanyuu will come out for me..." The man laughed quietly. He knew Hanyuu had run away, and that Jake was with another demon clan.

"No," Garin said. "Sanvi, please, I've just lost Aquaria, I can't loose you too."

"I don't want to go home right now, Garin," Sanvi said. "I'll be fine, please, just go with him. I'll go in once I finish healing."

"I need you, please don't make me go by myself," Garin begged her, his voice quivering.

Sanvi caved. "Gimme a minute..." she said, wiping blood off her face. She winced as she set her bone and quickly healed it. She used magic to set her rib and heal it as well, and then stood up.

"Better than anything else," Sanvi said. "He respects you and is a little afraid of you. As long as you make sure he knows I'm with you he won't bother me either."

"He'd better not," Garin said and glared at the man. "Stay close to me." He went to follow the man.

Sanvi clung to Garin's sleeve and tagged along after him. The man had started leading the way back into the woods, where his house was.
