Miaka stayed quiet while starring at the girl who answered and said "Is he allowed to do that?" In a blunt manner
Sakura took out a book from her backpack and began to read while ignoring the situation.

Miaka starred at her and said "Isn't that bad?"
Sakura nodded her head slightly as she countinued reading.
Miaka had a surprised look on her face then and said "Oo~h You're in trouble!" She said childishly.

"Ah~, well, the thing is...it's most likely you guys are going to get in trouble along with that guy who caused the explosion. Plus, as you have said, The hokage decides on the descion, did he get the Hokage's Permission?" Miaka asked.

"No,but we didn't start the explosion.Ken-Kun and I came to see what caused it. So most people would understand."Rin said.She hated it when people acted like they knew everything.

Ken was a little surprised at how fast more people arrived, and had trouble getting a word in.
"Of course we have proof." he said, looking to Zanaske.
"Actually, the best proof possible. Straight up, blunt, no strings attached confession." he said casually.
"And now that the Akatsuki have been attacked head on, with this village nearby, they are going to assume you guys..." he waved his hand around to every Konoha ninja in the area. "...did it, and will not hesitate to attack."
He shifted his eyes between everyone around him.
"Sure, I'll stick beside you guys on this, mainly because I have no choice. My whole mission is to stay here a while, so Sensei Izaki would kill me if I went back home early."
He stretched his left arm, reached into his pocket, and pulled out a small black notebook.
It was thick, and the black cover was faded and torn. He flipped to an empty page and jotted down something with the attached pencil.
He made sure no one could read it, but it said: Keep your wits about you. The girls here are nice. So far, the guys seem homicidal.
He shut his book, putting it back into his jacket pocket.

Zanaske sighed. "Wow, you're full of it. Thanks for the long explanation. And girl..." she said to Miaka. "No mean for disrespect, I dunno your name. But just don't start any problems, 'cause if you do I'm gonna have a problem." she said.

Ken shook his head. He was here as an ambassador, sort of, so he should act like one.
He stepped between Zanaske and Miaka.
"Alright, hold it. If what I'm assuming is true, and it probably is, in some sense, then it would be best if your village stopped fighting amongst yourselves. I'm here as an ambassador of sorts, so I guess I'm the third party voice of reason, no?"
He stood his ground, turning to Zanaske.
"I'm not full of it. The explanation took all of two seconds. Want a shorter one?" he asked. "Fine. One word. War. There, a simpler explanation."

"I-I wasn't trying to start any problems though~!" Miaka whined "I was just trying to warn them!" She complained and then changed her expression on her face quickly "Oh and I'm Miaka!" She said with a grin. "And the girl reading here is my twin Sakura!" She said looking at Sakura.
Sakura was still reading her book in a calm attitude, with no expression onn her face, as if there was nothing going on around her.
