November stayed on the horse and looked down at D, she shook her head no, she had some other things that she could use to buy it. "No, I told you they were for you so you are going to accept them. Don't you know how rude it is to deny someone the pleasure of giving you a gift? Besides I have other things I can use to buy them. Worse come to worse, I can always work it off."
She stroked the horses mane before getting off the horse. She stepped up beside D and looked at the shop. "I've seen shops like these before but they always look closed." She turned her head over to him, "Do you have to be special to get inside?"

Eve's blood pounded in her ears. How could she have mistaken this vampire for a human? She knew that it was her thirst. She glared at the vampire. How dare she know what she was! All her life she had been trying to hide it from people, although people had said for years that she was far to pretty to be human. Eve gripped her dagger tigter and stood still, braced for what was to come. "Yes I am a dhampir. How clever of you to notice." Eve growled through clenched teeth. " It was probably you who did this to this town. Although I guess it doesn't matter now." A lock of Eve's golden blonde hair brushed across her face and she took a deep breath. In the blink of an eye she trew four throwing daggers straight for the vampire womans heart.

Gina, with a blink or two, fell to the ground, almost innocently, as all the daggers missed. she got back up and then looked at the woman with deep eyes. "if i were the cold-blooded killer here, then why do i shed tears? surely you leap before you think about things. the vampire who stained the blood here has gone, along with a survivor of this village." she thought about the human boy, almost ready to cry again. "he is just a human boy, his mother gone and family dead. i was one to tended to him, and the vampire master saw this and used it against me. he was sent by my father, and now im being timed." she raised up almost all her fingers except her thumb. "four days to find him, or else hes another experiment by a ruthless vampire out for a war." she had spilled just about everything to this woman, but she didnt care. she needed to know, or else she would be as stubborn as the rest of them

Eve stood there and couldn't beleive that her daggers missed. She never missed. She listened to the vampire's story though and her heart clenched. Her hands left her weapons completly. Obviously this was a big problem. For some reason though excitment filled her and she forgot her hunger. " Is there anything I can do to help you with this?" She asked not really beleiving the words were coming from her mouth.

"I wouldnt know." D said before knocking lightly on the door. The wind blew suddenly picking up more than usual. "Its me..." D said gently when he heard commotion inside and an inquiry of to whom it was. Though only such sensitive ears as his would be able to pick out the voice inside. A moment later the door opened up and D slipped inside. The door shut just behind November if the girl decided to slip inside with him.
Inside the place was dark and filled with trinkets from all around the frontier. It smelled of wonderful incense probably a bit too pungent for most mortals though. D walked up to a long counter where a few candles were lit and a old woman sat behind in a comfy chair.

Gina looked at her, hiding the suprise of her change. "i need help. there is a femal human huntress, and a vampire hunter, who the killer requests to see. he taunts me with the human boy, but i dont know if i can scrifice the boy for anything. i dont......i dont really know what to do." she admitted to her weakness. if the vampire hunter were around, itd be different. it the human huntress were next to her, shed know what to do if anything. but neither of them are there, and shes alone, and she met someone who attempted to kill her. she had no clue what to do. the only thing she thought about was to find D and the huntress. and then her eyes widened as she realized the truth. she turned around greatly, yelling behind her shoulder. "we have to find them NOW! they are heading towards the vampire, and my father!"

November turned her head as the door shut immediatly behind her. She looked around curiously and started glancing over the strange looking trinkets. She had never seen anything like this place before. Atleast not the inside. It always said the store was closed when she had gone to other villages.
She turned her head and walked up beside D, looking curiously at the old woman. She wondered why she was running this place alone. Normally, older people had young ones to take care of the store while they worked the counter, but this woman didn't seem to have anyone.

"Oh! Its you! I havent seen you in a long time." The old woman smiled a wrinkled smiled as she slowly got up from her chair. Her bones creaked as she came out from behind the counter and came up to the hunter. She shook as she walked, every movement the old woman made seemed like she was going to fall apart at any moment. But truth be told the old woman had much more too her despite her fragile looks and squinted eyes.
The old womans frail hand took hold of the youths hand and pulled him down to her level, for she was a very short woman. The old woman brought her face close to Ds her eyes opening wide to get a good look at the youth. It was a long moment before the old lady cackled and released D. "Still the same as ever, you havent aged a day!" The old woman said as she straightened her clothing. "I on the other hand... well you can see time has taken its toll on me." The old woman said with a smile.
"I dont have much time." D said gently to the old woman.
"Now now, dont give me that. You have enough time for some tea yes?" The old woman pointed to a corner of the room where a table was set up with three chairs. "Go sit, you can have some tea with Grannie May." The old woman shooed D towards the table. "You go sit as well miss. Ill get the tea." The old woman said as she shuffled off to the backroom. _
D took a seat where the old lady had pointed to. Soon he was joined by the old woman who sat across from him. She poured the tea for all three of them and then sat down herself. "Now i know what you came for, but i want you to introduce your little girlfriend here first." The old coot smiled warmly as she looked to November.

November nodded to the old woman and bowed her head gently to show her thanks. She took a seat in one of the chairs. She hadn't had a good cup of tea in so long, it was going to be nice.
She picked up the small cup after the tea had been poured and took the liquid into her mouth, only to choak on it when she caught the word girlfriend. She quickly set the cup down and put her hand over her mouth before turning her head away. The tea made it's way down the wrong side of her throat, causing her to cough and heeve for a few moments before she got herself under control.
"G-girlfriend? I appologize Ma'am, but I doubt this one here has any emotion at all. He's a hunter, and most of us carry only two emotions at best. I haven't seen a single smile or frown cross his face since I met him a few days ago." She hit her chest and gave out one last cough before sighing.

Eve was shocked at the vampire womans sudden change in demeaner and her heart clenched as she started to feel guilty about attacking her. After all she was entirly ve a horse. It will get us sensitive about her vampire side. She came back to earth as the woman vampire told her that they had to leave. "Hey wait I have a horse. It will get us there faster." Eve said as she went to get her steed. " By the way my name is Eve."

"Are you so sure about that?" The old woman smiled all knowingly. "Trust me if you stick around him long enough you'll see him smile." The old woman laughed. "Isnt that right my handsome hunter? Besides dont think you can figure out this one right away, he's a toughy."
"I dont have time for this." D said as he started to rise from his seat.
"Oh sit. Mr. impatient. You wouldnt begrudge a old woman some chit chat and tea time now would you? He certaintly wouldnt." The old woman said as she urged D to sit down again. With a air of reluctance the youth sat down again and was silent.
"Now drink your tea and well get to business." The old woman said as she pulled out a small bag from a pocket on her skirt. "Here, i have what you wanted, payment is the usual price. These where hard to come by, but they'll be worth your money pure virgin blood given not taken so you have no fret there." The old woman said with a smile to D as she handed over the small bag of blood capsules. D too out the hefty bag the old man had given him as payment for taking the job. He handed over a large handful of money it was hard to tell just how much it was but it was alot for such a small bag of the blood capsules.
The goods were exchanged and D secured his things to his belt while the old woman put her payment in a separate bag she pulled out of her pockets. "Alright now. One is easy enough to take care of but two may be a bit more than even you can chew. Especially with the army he's gathering." The old woman said in a serious tone for she had all foreseen this before D and November even met.
"Your taking a gamble with this girl here." The old woman pointed to November. "But i can see why." The old woman smiled.
"Your advice?" D inquired, already knowing it was coming.
"Find the young female noble and have her take you to her father. There everything should fall into place." The old woman said honestly.
D nodded and stood up he hadnt touched the tea at all in front of him despite the old woman ordering him to do so.
"Watch out D, you've got a price on your head this time. The nobles arent happy with you one bit. But then again who would when death comes knocking on their door?" The old woman cackled as D made his way out of the little shop. He slipped outside and mounted his steed, his senses picking up alot of activity around him.
