Ummmz that was the Mikuo Hatsune cosplay I brought to Katsucon... the pigtails magically grew out of Mikuo's head and the skirt poofed itself into existence.
....in all seriousness though, looking back I have no clue when/why I converted my Mikuo cosplay to a Miku cosplay. I guess... I was just bored? 8D
