Alex smiled when she put the mint in his mouth and waited for several minutes just listening to her hum. Finally the breathmint was gone and he grinned, making the grin a warning to her before he kissed her cheek, leaving his mark this time. Pulling out of the hug and grabbing her hand, he smiled again and said. "Let's go inside now, it's getting chilly." Walking inside the building and frowned. yet again he had forgotten his key. Flushing slightly, he looked at Maddy and then their doo. "Ummmmm..."

dragonhealer Peace rolled her eyes. "Lies can also save a lot of worry and pain.” she muttered and smiled as a sharply dressed waiter approached their table. She took up her menu and scanned it quickly before realizing that there were no prices on the menu. She tried not to look uncomfortable but she glanced up at matt with a raised eye brow. "I think I'll get the chicken." she said to the waiter and smiled. She handed him her menu.
"What are you getting?" she asked Matt changing the subject and trying to lead then down a lighter path of conversation. Small talk was her specialty. {...}

Matthew sighed and smirked. "Trust me on this one, please.." he said flatly as he glanced at the waiter. His jjaw droped. It was the hottest looking waiter he'd ever seen. He smiled and said. "Salad I'll have..I mean, I'll have the salad.." He grinned and smiled as the waiter left. "Salad..I don't really eat meat.."
Maddy smiled and reached into his back pocket, pulling out his key. "I slipped it in there when you left and brought my own, like 'd ever trust you with somethign like this.." She rolled her eye's and unlocked the door. Letting his hand go she put his key on the table then her own.

Alex was relieved as she opened the door. Running over to his bed, he jumped plopped noisily onto the pllow he had been covering himself with earlier. Taking of his jacket and his shoes, he put them on the chair next to his bed. Alex was not an organized person.

Maddy sighed and relized they had left her crutches outside. "s**t.." She whisperd as she gripped the doorway and hobbled inside. Flopping down on her own bed she smiled and started at Alex, punching her ballon in hsi direction.

it took a moment of Maddy's hobbling for him to realize what was wrong. Punching the balloon back, he grinned. 'I'll go get them, hold on." Running out barefoot, he made sure that the door was unlocked before he left. Walking outside, he found the crutches exactly where they had been before and grabbed them, rushing back inside. It was getting cold out. Opening the door, he sighed and leaned the crutches up against the chair next to Maddy's bed. 'There." Grinning, he returned to his own bed and opened a book.

Maddy smiled brightly at him. She got up and crawled onto his bed. Maddy kissed his forhead gently. "Thanks Squishy.." She smiled lightly as she laid her head beside his and read what he was reading. After a few seconds she grinned and whisperd. "Okay I'm lost, what's going on?"

Smiling as Maddy lay down next to him, he looked over at her with a playful grin. "Oh, you thought I was actually reading this?" Putting the book on his lap he put his cheek against Maddy's and put one of his arms over her. "What's up?"

Maddy smiled and shiverd at his touch. "Your cold..and yes,I thought you were actully reading it.." She whisperd gently Maddy smiled and granned hold of his hand, her's weren't in the least bti cold. "Mmmm, Squishy hair.." She smiled, refering to the fact that his hair was in her face."You?"

Maddy smiled, moving closer so he wasn't stretching so far. "MmmHmmm...Then why would you pretend to read now?" She asked smirking as she moved his arm from around her and propped herself up one one elbow. "So? Why would you be pretending?"

Smiling slightly, Alex looked at her again. "I'm an insomniac. The only way I ever get to sleep is staring at something and not focusing on anything else." Scratching his ear, he laughed again.

Maddy smiled slightly. "Oh sorry if I'm distracting. It's only like 1.pm. Why would we be sleeping?" She asked curiously. She rolled her eye's. It wasn't even dark outside. [[had to do a time change since everyones still in morning time..]] Maddy bounced from his bed to hers and took the book. Reading the title she threw it back at him.

"Yeah sorry, I kinda forgot that part." If they were animated, a small thin sweat bubble would be drawn and used to run down her face. Her cheeks insted just turned oink from embrassment. She rolled her eye's slightly. "You sure I'm not, your defnitly not sleeping now.." She smirked and jumped from her bed to his. Grinnign triumpthidly.
