At the finishing-the-concert reception for Young Winds, I seized the piano and played several songs, including Journey to the Cemetery. One of the many conductors suddenly started singing "In sleep he sang to me...I love that show!!" And I phanhyperized.

Utakan ~-(A Rose of May)~- My French teacher's first name is Raoul. Interesting, no? Raoul's actually a pretty common Spanish name. I've known a few Raoul's throughout my life. And a few Christine(/a)s. Though I've known no Erik who spells their name like that. Yeah, I didn't realize this but I've been writing a bunch of things in creative writing to help work on completing fleshing out the characterization for my film and I didn't realize my teacher's name was Christine until like... 3 stories later.

*still cannot believe her own luck* Okay, anyone reading this thread knows that its near impossible to find Susan Kay's Phantom without shelling out major money. I was at a used book sale that goes to support our county's read-aloud program, and i was rummaging along the paperback fiction table, when a book literally FELL OFF THE TABLE. I knelt to pick it up and nearly inhaled my tongue. It was "Phantom", and it only cost 50 cents. My dearest Erik was looking out for me, apparently. *runs away to read*

But that is a find nonetheless.

What's better is if it was for free. :3 I got Phantom of Manhatten that way. Sadly, I hate the book with the passion of Hitler.

There's been quite a few in my classes since elementary school, considering that I live in a neighborhood full of Hispanics (including me). And speaking of Erik, I decided that if I ever had a son, that's what I'd call him. Erik. ^_^

I almost forgot!!!
My violin lesson yesterday... 1. My teacher kept trying to get me to hold my violin up (my arm always falls down), and I thought "Keep your hand at the level of your eyes!" That's my number one rule of thumb for violin now. 2. When I finally got my hand at the level of my eyes, she tried to get my bow arm up as well (what? my arms fall down!!). And then, when I put that arm up too, she said I looked like an angel with wings. Hmm...an angel playing the violin...sound familiar?

Well, I have the Phantom in my everyday life!
Sorta, anyway. I dunno if this really fits that well here, but.... My former best friend has a huge crush on this guy who I've never met, seen, or even talked to. Until yesterday, I didn't really care.
I was informed about this brand new PotP website yesterday. It had two pictures of William Finley outside of PotP. I sent one to this girl, saying basically that he was sexy as hell and that I want to squeeze him really badly.
She says the guy she has a crush on looks like him.
My reaction was something like eek scream "HE'S MINE!!!"
So we're going to be fighting over somebody who looks kinda like a young William Finley. If he ever comes back to Earth, that is. She hasn't seen him for three weeks.
*Crosses fingers*

That's 'cause you're lucky, Utakan. I just happen to be an unusually hormonal girl who gets turned on by linoleum. (Hehe. Yes. Little in-joke there. Sorry.) Just that guys who look like Winslow or are deformed in some way, etc., do it for me more.
But I luff my deformed, Winslowy guys! *Hiss* So stay back! xd

In my English lit book, there is a character named Raoul who actually sings and plays the organ. Raoul, stop stealing Erik's talents!!!

Haha... I was chatting with a Raoul bot on this website, and just out of fun, this occurred: Me: Stupid fop. Raoul: I know you are but what am I. Note, I don't really think Raoul's a stupid fop, but I wanted to see the bot's reaction anyway. XP LOL, here are a few more: Me: Butt. Raoul: That is a very original thought. Me: Erik is way better than you! Raoul: And way better than me is Erik. Me: Christine should have stayed with Erik, don't you think? Raoul: It depends on what you mean by thinking. Me: Cheese consumes all! Raoul: Are you very competetive? Me: Pinga kojones. (Note: That's a pair of Spanish bad words. XP) Raoul: Do you prefer books or TV? Me: Your mom. Raoul: Actually I do not have a mother. -- Lmao, this is really fun. If you want to try this, click here.
