Nolaa giggled a bit and winked at Jahan. "U kalle rah doe kankee Jeday." She replied as she pulled the slab into the center of the docking bay.
Roth looked at Jahan with noted annoyance as he unsuccessfully patched his own wound. "We both got shot and you're asking if we need a medic. Do those spikes on your head jut out from the empty space in your skull where most beings keep their brains? Of course we need a medic!" Wincing as he worked his arm, he closed his medkit and slipped it on his belt. "Too bad for us we have neither the ability nor the time to do so. Since we shot the representatives of the ruling galactic government, we really cant seek medical aid, and if we could we wouldnt be able to make our extraction."
The roar of a hotrod ship's engines soon drowned out Roth's voice and a Baudo class Star yacht, painted red and silver with an image of a ghostly woman decorating the starboard side of the nose under the cockpit canopy, floated in on its repulsors with its Ion Engine running hot. Settling down on landing legs for stabilization, the ship's boarding ramp lowered invitingly.
"Hey there, Star hoppers!" A cheery, female voice declared over the ship's speakers. "Maya sent me to give you guys a lift. Climb aboard and we'll scoot!"

“Thank you Roth.” Ember said and stood up, looking at the ship as it slid through the magnetic shield and settle down on it’s landing legs. “Let’s get this cargo loaded and get out of here first, we can tend to our wounds after we make the jump out of system.”

"Right." Roth replied. Glancing at the other two, he gestured to the ship. "Jahan, Nolaa, get that cargo onboard. We're shipping out before more trouble arrives."
"Stop that ship! Blast them!" Came a shout from the Docking bay door. Roth wheeled about, drawing his pistol as a squad of six stormtroopers took up position near the door.
"Verre d'n Nocka!" Roth cursed. "Everyone get on the ship!"

Jahan was a bit confused at what Nolaa said, only catching the last word, which sounded something like 'Jedi'. She smiled back, nodding and then all hell broke loose. The ship arrived and so did Stormtrooper reinforcements. She bit back a snarky reply to Roth's annoyed comment and, whirling around, she let loose a no-nonsense blast out of the carbine. Satisfied with the hit she then helped Nolaa load the cargo onto the sprightly ship.

The Bolt struck one of the troopers and dropped him.
Still wounded, Roth shot at one of the stormies himself and then moved to the ramp of the ship.
"Get on the ship!" He shouted. "We dont have time for this!!"
Roth's bolt missed, hitting a wall with a shower of sparks.

“Gorram it! Knew this was going to happen.” Ember cursed, running towards the ships ramp she drew out her blaster and let loose with a return shot before following Nolaa and Jahan up into the ship.

Despite having lost two of their men, the troopers were unfazed. One of them shot Jahan in retaliation for downing their comrade with another one hitting the speeder with the other two bolts stiking the ship. The troopes advanced, getting closer as they tried to pick off targets.
Getting shot at, Nolaa reved up the speeder and scooted aboard with the carbonite slab, dismounting it when inside and moving to provide covering fire for her allies.

The blaster wound burned badly and Jahan staggered onto the ship and dropped behind the sled for cover, taking deep, calming breaths. "Get this rig in the air!" she shouted in the direction of the bridge, hoping the captain would hear her. "And shut the cargo door! We're all in!" Her message given she went back to trying to stop the burn from worsening, leaning her head back against the sled's metal side and closing her amber eyes.

"Girl, call my ship a rig one more time and I'm shoving you out an airlock!" the captain's voice said on the intercomn. "These white hats are already marking up my hull just so I can save your butts, so you'd think you'd be more gracious!"
Roth was the last one not on the ship. Providing covering fire for his allies he gunned down one of the troopers and then dove onboard. "We're all on!" He said, casting a brief glance at Jahan. "All of us!"
The ramp on the ship finally closed and, with stormie fire still spraying around them, the ship pulled out and rocketed away. Soon it had safely made the jump to hyperspace.
"We'll you can all thank me for the swift rescue!" The captain said cheerily. "Next stop, Alderaan! You all can make your way to the med bay and patch yourselves up and take it easy. Nothing but smooth sailing from here on out."
Standing up from where he had lept aboard, Roth took off his hat and staredout the window briefly. Then, without a word, he started walking towards the medbay of the ship.
Nolaa slipped off the speeder, glancing at her master with some concern but not following after him. She clicked her tongue and shrugged, tugging at her outfit but saying nothing more.

“Much obliged for the lift out of there pilot.” Ember picked herself up and looked at her companions before replying to the pilot. “I think we’ll retire to the med-bay first to lick our wounds.” Turning to the others she said. “I’ll join you as soon as I’ve secured the cargo.”

"Well at least someone apprieciates my flying." The voice on the intercom wryly responded. "If you star hoppers need anything else, just let me or the droid know."

Jahan gingerly picked herself up off the floor from behind the sled as Roth left. She hadn't realized he was *that* far from the cargo door when she'd spoken earlier; mentally the Jedi made a note to apologize as soon as possible. "Thanks for the quick pickup, Captain." Jahan said outloud, assuming the captain was still listening. "I'm sorry if I insulted your ship; I don't know a lot of vessel terminology. " Under her breath she added "I hope it's smooth sailing from here on out. At least we're all alive." After a moment she decided to follow Roth to the medbay and get her wound looked at; the time she had spent concentrating on it had helped but it still hurt and she didn't want it to fester.

"Hon, lesson number one about free-traders," The woman said over the speaker. "Dont insult their ships. I'll let it slide this time, but next tim the Banshee might not be so forgiving. Now like I said, if you need me, just come up to the cockpit. I have to run some coordinates on the navi computer." The comm shut off.
In the medbay, Roth was getting his arm treated by the med droid, a dour, column like automoton. Not even wincing as the droid applied bacta and burn ointment as well as frafting some swift healing synthflesh, Roth just stared at his officer's cap in his hands, a distant look in his eyes. He didnt even bother to acknowledge Jahan's arrival.

Ember secured the create of liquor and he block of carbonite in the cargo bay she made her way up the ships bridge, sparing a quick glance into the med-bay to make sure everyone was still alive. The emotional state in the room was a sour one indeed and she made mental note to check back with them sooner rather than latter. She quick-steeped it up to the cockpit, taking an empty seat as she entered and buckling herself in as she waited for the pilot to finish with the Nav-computer. “Is there anything I can do to help out?” She asked once the pilot was done.

The pilot of the ship is an attractive middle aged woman with platinum blond hair, dressed in a red spacer's jacket and pants and a scarlet bandanna around her neck. Turning to look at Ember her eyes go wide all though a humored smirk slides onto her face. "Hon, what on Brentaal are you wearing?!"
