(( ninja Yes! You have vroken your cycle!))
Fillup nodded as he left Serg to go back to sleep. He sat back down near the fire, thinking again What will we do if the place is filled with dead-heads? We coudn't escape the valley fast enough, and we wouldn't be able to carry enough fire power for that long..... he mused as he stared into the flames. Popping his gum he shook his head Leave the details when we come to it. Fillup looked past the fire, out to the desert. Something caught his eye. It looked like someone wheeling a bike away. Why in God's name is someone leaving camp for? he asked himself. He popped his gum and his mind jumped to Kay "Oh..." he said quietly, a frown on his face.

Fillup looked at Loan across the fire "You don't know the half of it" he sighed, spiting his gum into the fire. He turned his eyes back to the fire "Hey, been alright?" he asked, the group's morale was his first concern, his thoughts cold stay in waiting area.

Fillup smiled "Well, learn to stay more alert, saved me a few times early in the infestation" he glanced at Loan, he looked like he'd been humored with a particularly bad, yet funny, joke.

Kimmi shivered slightly. "Come on it's cold out here and I left my blanket by the fire." She grabbed his arm and hauled him to his feet. Walking up the fire she nudged Fillup with her foot. "That's my blanket thank you." She pouted and pointed at what he was sitting on. Once he moved she yawned, shook out her blanket, and returned to laying down. Only this time she was a little farther from the children, still a little freaked out by her dream.

By now Kay had walked a good distance from camp, far enough where even if her bike was heard starting up they would be to far away to do anything. Kay put down the bikes kick stands and leaned against it. She took out a cigarette and lit it, thinking. Trying to remember everything that had happened in her dream. Trying to decide if leaving or staying was the best desicion. Sure she could help them fight if she stayed... maybe even keep most of them alive long enough for this whole nightmare to end. But they had been attacked today because of her... They didn't need to say, they might even deny it. But she knew deep down in her gut that if she had been in another city far away, then that is where the attack would have happened. Kay finshed off her cigarette and took out another one. Looking up at the stars she decided she would just wait here and smoke until she made her choice. But whatever her choice would be it would be made before dawn. She lit her cigarette and thought...

Khana woke up again near dawn, though it was still dark and the stars were bright in the sky. She shivered though she was not cold and made her way out of the tent, keeping both Desert Eagles at her sides. She saw Kimmi Mr. Bubbles, and a couple others around a fire and headed over to them. However after coming close she surveyed their faces in silence and sat down on the far side, furthest away from them. She pulled her knees up close, wrapping her arms around them, and resting her chin on her knees, she stared into the flames.

Satori left the fire to get a blanket. "Now what are you doing waking up in the middle of the night?" Satori asked Khana sitting down near her. "And why are you still gripping your guns? If zombies are coming we're sure to find out from Kay or someone else."

The dancing flames could be seen reflecting in Khana's eyes as she stared blankly at the fire. Now when awake, and even surrounded by people, she was still dreaming. The thoughts and flashes of memory that had haunted her sleep had followed her into consciousness and became even more real and far too clear. She saw it, in the flames. First, it was at her old home. A small, peaceful town out in the open country, surrounded by tall trees and rolling hills which would be covered in wild flowers during mid spring and throughout summer. And she saw it burning. The disturbance that the infestation had caused, the chaos that it had brought. In an attempt to save those not infected the dead and the walking dead had been burned, but the walking dead did not stop, though they burned, and kept going as long as they could walk or until their head was burned to a crisp. She saw them walking into houses, and through the surrounding forest and peaceful hills. And set it and them ablaze as well. She remembers coughing, pushing her way out of her own home as it burned to the ground... to find that her parents and little brother had not made it out, but when trying to go back other townspeople had pulled her away, not allowing her near the wreckage again. Then she was , crawling through the ash that was once forest and over dirt that had been fertile grass, with nothing but a sniper on her back. When Satori had come the next memory had begun, and lost in her despair she did not even notice him. Khana saw reflecting in the flames, the only one she had ever loved after the loss of her family. It was years later, the tattoos that now marked her arms were present, and she and him were the last living people within a 50 mile radius at least... They were in a basement, the silence was heavy as they waitedin the dim light. "They won't find us down here" the man said, and Khana only nodded her head slowly, one of her Desert eagles held tightly in her hands, with the bulletless Uzi strapped to her back . After a breif moment she herd him gasp, and turning quickly she found him trying to hide his arm and there was a great sadness in his eyes. "Go now Khana, they got me, GO! before its to late and I turn on you!" he yelled desperately, she shook her head and said "No, I... I will stay with you as long as you are you.." tears began forming in her eyes and she came closer to him but he backed away. A grayness was traveling slowly up his arm and spreading for his legs and once it reached his head, the light in his eyes went out. Right before it happened he let out a choked "I love you" and he was all but gone. Khana backed away, tears streaming fiercely from her eyes and she ran to the basement door, but it wouldn't open. As he followed her up the small flight of stairs she fell and right before he was on her, she brought the Desert eagle up and without looking pulled the trigger, and herd the thumping as his body tumbled down the stairs... Khana's face held a pained expression, but her eyes were still blank and her unblinking gaze was locked on the dancing fire before her.

Kimmi's eyes shot open and she bit her lip. Eyes focusing on camp she slowed her breathing. Dammit. I'll have to ask Doc for something to help me sleep. She yawned and sat up looking at the others by the fire. She frowned at the look on Khana's face. Getting up she dropped her blanket over the girl and sat on the other side of her. She wrapped Khana in a hug and rested her head against the girls shoulder. "They're always with us as long as we remember them and the reasons we loved them." She whispered.

Kay walked over and joined the fire and sat down. Her choice was made. She didn't say a word just sat down and lit another cigarette. She'd stay here until she got them somewhere safe. Somewhere easily defendable, and then she'd leave. Leave to hunt down the b*****d that started this all. Kay's jaw clenched as she remembered the dream from last night.

Fillup smiled at Sator and Kim, Good kids he thought she needs the company he stared at the three of them for a moment, trying to identify their emotions. Satori looked curious, if not tired, while Skie and Khana had similar expressios of pained memory or uneasiness. "Hero" Fillup motioned for Satori to come sit next to him. He patted the rookie on his back when he sat next to him "Alright Hero, I've changed my mind, you're not as stupid as I thought you were at first" Fillup smiled widely, holding out his pack of gum "Wanna piece?" he asked.
