Grace was right. I didn't have self-cleaning products.
"I might have to break in to someone's place real quick," I muttered to myself. "As far as the water thing goes, well... they'll probably just wanna leave it alone. Haven't you ever seen the movie Dark Water? I wouldn't wanna investigate mysterious water noises after that. Granted, I doubt everyone has seen that movie... Oh, whatever. They can just bask in my glory." I winked at her. "Maybe it'll be a hot guy desperate for some action." With that, I stepped off the rooftop and began peeking in apartment windows. Most lights were off for the night. I must've lost track of time. I was lucky - there was one that someone was living in, with no person in sight. And the window was unlocked. I guess being high up, you wouldn't need to lock your window. I flew in and located the bathroom, stealing shower gel and shampoo. I then flew back out the window and proceeded to find a completely empty apartment, in which I bathed uneventfully. When I finished cleaning my nooks and crannies, I returned the self-cleaning products to their rightful owner and flew back up to the roof.
"Nothing to it," I said, sitting down and crossing my legs.

I watch the winged person fly back in my window with my shampoo and stuff and fly back out. "Hm, I should tell him to ask permission next time.' I heeved my self up from the corner I had been hiding in when I saw them fly to these parts in my bowl. 'To show my self with wings or no wings... Let's go with no wings.' I hide my wings back into my flesh and climbed out my window, on to the roof top.
"Yo, you really shouldn't take stuff without asking the person first. Even if your an angel or something." I said cooly as I set my self on the roof top. "It's no fair you can fly up here while I had to climb."

((we're going to pretend i took my bag with me, I don't feel like making her fly back to the other building, plus it defeats the purpose of being alone sweatdrop )))
I circled the city a couple of times and found another tall appartment building. I went to the 3rd to top floor and began looking for an empty appartment. upon finding one, I tried the windows. They were all locked. I tried the balcony and BINGO!! it was open. I walked in on brand new carpet. I didn't want to dirty the place up too much so I quickly took off my shoes. I went to the bathroom and turned the water on to hot. the steam filling up the tiny area. I went into my bag and oulled out shampoo, conditioner, aqnd shower gel. I grabbed a clean pair of jeans and a gray tank top, with the necesary underwear. I pulled out a couple of candles and lit them, turning off the light and letting the glow warm the bathroom. I stepped into the hot shower and let it turn my chest bright red. I sat down and let the hot water and steam incase me. the water rolliing like tiny rivers over my body.
I finished with my shower and used a towel from my bag to dry off. I dressed and decided to get out my bibel and do some reading, gather my strength, something. I began looking through my bag, but I couldn't find it. "No, no!" I looked frantically all around, even in the rooms of the appartment I hadn't been in. I grabbed my bag and took off quickly from the balcony. I flew straight to the building with the others and landed kind of hard. I'll regret that later, I probably just sprained my ankle.
"My bibel is missing. Do any of you have it?!" I demanded, practically having a panic attack. "Please, it was my mothers..."

Just before Crista reappeared, someone was heaving their way up onto the rooftop. They informed me that they had been home while I broke into their apartment and stole their shower stuff.
"Y-you saw that?" I asked. "s**t..." But the realization of how aerodynamically tough it is to climb up an apartment building - not to mention the toll it would take on one's upper body - was not lost on me. "How'd you get up here, anyway?" I asked, unintentionally changing the subject.

I couldn't help but realize, though, that the young man might have enough upper body strength after all. His arms looked nicely toned - not too big. Overall, really, he was beautiful. Naturally, my gaydar wasn't going off.
"All the good ones are straight," I murmered. Then Crista landed on the rooftop, asking about her Bible.
"Sorry, peaches, haven't seen it," I told her. "Pig... I mean, Aaflac is hungry, by the way."
"Quack," Aaflac said in agreement.

Hensen, who had been reading the Bible, sighed. When his Father walked he frowned and looked at him. He quickly stowed the Bible in his pocket and looked up. "Yes?" He asked.
"I just wanted to check up on you, I know you have had difficulties with your missions lately." He sighed and left the room.
Right after he left, Hensen went back to reading the Bible.

"Food... that is a bit of a necesity isn't it?" I asked, realizing my own hunger. I dove off the uilding backwards again and flew to get some more pizza, then changed my mind and got a bunch of burgers and fires and waters off the dolar menu at micky dees. I came back up and gave Aflac a couple of fires, I looked to Harrow, "Told you he eats like a pig..."

Artemis watched the pale blue sky above her. She laid on a flat roof top in yet another new town. Her bulky coat lay abandoned a few feet away, and the sun danced on her light grey wings. She sighed and sat up. The summer sun warmed her skin and she stretched her arms and small wings above her head. "Time to work.” She whispered and stood up. She grabbed her coat and walked to the edge of the high rise building.

I snatched two burgers and ate them hungrily. I hated eating in front of people - especially beautiful people like the boy that had just climbed onto the roof - so I turned away from him and ate, trying to slow myself down so I could actually taste the food.

i started thinking of possible locations of my bibel and realized the last place i had seen it was at the cave. I placed a couple of fries into my mouth and took out the picture of my mother. I traced my finger over her picture and looked up. "I have to get it back, and I think it's at the cave..." it wasn't until then that I realized there was someone else standing on the rooftop with us. I paused,"Hi..." I said kind of awkwardly. "uhm, who are you?"

Grace had rolled her eyes as the boy went and started stealing stuff, then went to take a shower. She sighed; she either had to break in or smell like a hog. Then she remembered that around this time, the church was empty; she could bathe there. It wouldn't really be breaking in; she just couldn't get caught.
Flying off while the others were still gone, she went back to the church; sure enough, everyone was out at dinner and therefore it was completely empty. She was able to take her time using her shower, and not have anyone open the door on her.
Finally feeling clean and refreshed, she grabbed a couple items they might need and some money, cleaned the bathroom of any evidence, she took her carry bag and flew off again.
By the time she returned to the roof, she noticed now that the other two were back; Crista looked panic, Harrow was eating a burger, and there was a new face......oops.

"I climbed, names Dwain by the way." As another girl arrived, I took a seat on the floor next to the guy that asked how I got here. I looked at the girl and she looked back in shock. "You don't think that everyone would be shock just because they saw you with wings now, do you?"

"Wait," I intervened, before Grace could answer. "You're not surprised?" I asked. "I mean, we have wings," I said, incredulous. This boy was beautiful, but that didn't mean he knew about us... right?

I smirked at his question and just nodded my head to the side cutely. "Why do I have to be surprise?" I looked at everyone and my curiosity got the better of me when I saw a duck running around. 'Hm?' I grab the duck by the back and placed it in my palm, holding it still by patting it lightly on the back. "Can I eat this?"
