I would move to Germany in a HEART BEAT if Mums and Pops didn't "own" me!

Come now. You're fifteen years old. In a few years, the mystique of alcohol is going to diminish.

I'm just joking, its really not all that special to me. I just like Europe better than America...xD

Heh; Europe is fun. I think it's the cobblestone roads.

True, Europe is nice for the most part (except 50% taxes for a number of countries there...)

Oh jeez...I still wanna move there* though! Oh and yeah higher taxes could also mean high pay!

Um no, higher taxes doesn't mean higher pay. After taxes the typical American makes more than the typical European, but that is a general statement. Higher taxes there just means more money for the governments over there, hence the socialist systems that they use typically. Nearly free healthcare, yay! High retarded gas prices, yay! Somewhat decent public education, yay! There are ups and downs everywhere.

And holy crap, K 19, you are a beast when it comes to your posts. The character depth, description, content is all very impressive. It just makes me want to take my posts up to the next level that much more. cool

Well, in Europe public schools actually have higher standards. I know someone from Germany, hes an exchange student and says my school is a complete blow off! And in Italy most Italians work half the year and vacation the other half, or thats how it used to be.

K's post are...PHENOMINAL...*tears*

You can't exactly say that they have higher standards for public education there. The entire system is different there (lived in germany for three years). They track the students and seperate the "smart" ones from the not so smart and after a certain young age it is nearly impossible to change the track the kid is on. (Family social standing is also applied to the "smart" rating so that is why the quotes are there...)

Anyway, I am really looking forward to seeing more character development from everyone. So many decent characters and so much potential here.

Awh, Guys, you're making me blush.

WTH DID YOU ONLY START READING MY WORKS NOW WHAT TOOK SO LONG WITH THE COMPLIMENTS? I'VE BEEN WAITING FOR WORSHIP SINCE POST ONE. mad heart

No, but really, I expect everyone to know my character as well as I do. If I don't cram information like that, my character's persona dries up and she becomes two-dimensional, which isn't fun at all. Besides, if someone's actions have an effect on her, I want them to know exactly what happened!

Personally, I'm looking forward to a lot of interaction.

And on the subject of German education, I can vouch for DE; my German professor was having a great time trying to explain the sixteen different methods of schooling in Bayern, failing miserably. He ended up drawing a flow-chart. Sans the fact he only pays Like a hundred-fifty Euro for a university education, I much prefer the US system.

That is true. Putting the info out there so we all know about your character is important. I try to do the same, but even I have a hard time getting THAT much info out, lol. I'm slowly showing more of my character as I go. I have tons planned for her AND her brother but I'll need time to make it all happen.

So K 19 what is your take on my playing Clare so far? (Always good to have a lady's opinion on how my skills are at portraying one, especially without being cliche about everything)
