Suzura watched Skye move from her to Skye, and realized that she said something she really shouldn't have. Her eyes darted back and forth, trying to find a way to make up for it, but she was still sorta angry, and she didn't want it to come out the wrong way.
'I am going for a walk. Probably just back home. Need to calm down...' she signed, then stood. 'I ate before coming anyway. I will see you later Syrus...' she paused, then looked at Skye.
'Hope to see you again soon Skye...' she said, and then turned and started heading down the hill.
Even with the argument and the fact that she had just horridly hurt his feelings, Syrus' big brother instincts kicked in as they always did.
"T...travel safe..." he called after her, before hugging Skye back.
Suzura mearly waved her hand to say that she would, and continued walking.

Skye didn't see Suzura's words and didn't realize she was leaving until Syrus bid her safe travel, and then she looked over her shoulder and saw the younger angel already heading off. Her brow furrowed with worry and she waved at her, but then she turned back to Syrus and brushed his hair away from his face.
"Are you all right?" she asked him softly, worriedly. "That was not nice, what she said ..."

Syrus sighed, removing his glasses and wiping away the few tears that had gathered up in his eyes, and then placed his glasses back on before he started to speak.
"I'll be fine. Suzura isn't a good person to get angry is all. You have to get used it, though it's kind of hard as normally she's so very hard to cross..." he stated.

Skye nodded and stroked Syrus's hair comfortingly, then pressed her lips against his forehead in an attempt to comfort him.
"Do not worry," she murmured softly. "I am sure she will be better soon."
It didn't matter if Syrus didn't think anything of his sister's temperamental outburst, or if such an outburst was rare; Suzura had hurt her brother's feelings, and that hurt Skye as well.

Syrus was about to say something, but his stomach interrupted once again with a loud grumble in complaint that it had yet to be fed. Syrus laughed a bit and put a smile back on his face, really just wanting to put this behind them for now.
"Soo, about that breakfast..."

Skye giggled and squeezed Syrus's hand softly.
"Yes, I will get it ready," she murmured softly. "You have the blanket, right?"
And she looked around for her bag once more, knowing now what food was inside of it and looking forward to sharing it with Syrus.

"I already set it out," he said before she had turned to get the food, and then sat down on it, just trying to forget what had happened between his sister and himself, hoping that Skye wasn't too angry or upset with her. After all, it would be bad if their friendship did spoil because of it, seeing as Skye was her only friend she had that wasn't related to her.

Skye looked at the ground and blushed softly in embarrassment. "Ah ... yes," she giggled. "I did not see that. Sorry."
She picked up her bag and brought it onto the blanket with them, then sat next to Syrus.
"There is lots of good food," she told him with a warm smile, pulling out wrapped dishes and setting them down in front of them. "Cold eggs and meat and bread and some dry cereal ..."
She looked up at Syrus and smiled. "What do you like to eat?"

Syrus thought for a few moments.
"I think I'd like some of the eggs, meat and bread to start off with please," he said finally, though truth be told, he could eat just about anything right now.

Skye nodded and began unwrapping the plates, setting them all out so that Syrus could take as much as he wanted of everything. She could feel the vibrations coming from his stomach, and she knew how hungry he was.
"Help yourself," she smiled warmly at him, though she was half wondering if he wanted her to prepare a sandwich or something for him.

Syrus had always been on the gentlemanly side, and thus instead of waiting for his newly found beloved to make him food like she was some maid, he was quick to help himself like she had suggested, though she seemed to be on the same wavelength as him as he began to build himself a sandwich out of the food, though he stopped to wait for Skye to help herself.

Skye smiled brightly as Syrus began to help himself, and once he had a sandwich ready she also reached to do the same. She made sure it wasn't too thick, though, because when she was eating she couldn't sense things as well, and it made her uneasy, vulnerable.
Once she had it ready, she held it up and grinned at Syrus.
"Now," she giggled, her eyes sparkling in the morning sun, "we eat."
And she took a bite of her sandwich, her wings folding tightly against her back as she did so.

Syrus nodded and began to munch on his own food with great gusto, seeing as he was indeed hungry, though he did try is best not to just scarf down the food. Always ended up with a tummy ache if he did that.

Skye watched Syrus as she ate, though she tried not to look like she was staring. She knew it was rude to stare ...
Finally she finished her breakfast, and small though it had been, her belly was full and she was wide awake and ready for another day of adventures.
"So what shall we do today?" she asked Syrus with a smile, brushing her hair away from her face. "I do not have to be home until tonight, so we have as much time as you are allowed to be here too."

Syrus thought for a moment, but all that he really could think about was how full his belly was currently, so he gave a defeted shrug.
"I myself have no ideas," he said.
