*MK, now entirely unsure of what to do, had to give in to a few solid facts. Lella fell asleep on him, and he didn't want to wake her. The office was locked up for the night... So he did what came natural. He leaned over slightly, until he and Lella were both laying down in the bed. To a point, he knew it might be wrong, but... He just couldn't do anything else. Calmed by her purring, he himself began to drift off, Lella's head now upon his chest and he on his back. His tail peeked out form the side, and it brushed up against Lella's leg, until it found her tail, and intertwined them.
They would both sleep better that night than either had in a long while*~DMK

*MK finally awoke, and moved slowly out from under Lella. His tail released, and was silent. He looked upon Lella just a moment longer, before getting up and leaving his office, leaving the door open a crack.*~DMK

Lella wakes up for a second when she hears him walk out, watches him leave and sighs a little. She has nothing to say and curls up into herself and falls back into a considerably worse sleep.

Nalini precariously kicked the door to MK's office open and stumbled in, the unconscious form of the Captain still in her arms. She nudged at his desk chair with her foot, pulling it out from the desk and slumped him down in it.
With a heavy sigh, she sat on the desk, unsure of whether she ought to stay with him until he awoke, or let him be.
