If I remember right, that wasn't One's TARDIS, it was a different one the Valeyard stuck him in.
I agree with a lot of the posters on this comic page--Rich is gonna have to explain why 9 is able to just go bopping around rescuing everybody so accurately. How does he know where & exactly when to arrive over & over?
