(you can have a 'ice princess/queen' sort of thing. I thought outside the box and chosed to be a Vamp-nin where i feed off chakra and manipulate shadows like Shikamaru does, kinda)

"...little girl i'm not, and besides keiji knew i was working on this project. i decided to take my time to make sure she was perfect again. Izzy's right you try to to act way too old. not doing a really good job at it either." she yawned, and looked at izzy. "izzy..you have a horrible diet..how about a salad for once in your life?"
(or for your blood line you can have something like ghostly. like mental manipulation. I always fancied mental manipulation.)

[[I'll look into it. I have ll the other elements for my other RPC's, and Arka is my first water/ice element. And I already have a metal RPC.]]

[ cool because me personally when i think ice, or water i think ghostly like a blizzard's breeze. Oh yeah crusade is tough on everyone until the two find a similarity to start a friendship on. she hates everyone in the beginning. you should of been here when bella was here. izzy can explain how mean crusade was then.]
Crusade yawned. "...what ever little pansy." she looked at izzy. "what if i made you a salad full of chakra coated meat..remeber your eating for two."..."..playful.....there's no time to play around. it's a waste of time playing does not change anything."

Arka smacked his hand away, and jumped up from his chair. She opened her mouth to speak, but couldn't muster the words she needed. Gritting her teeth, Arka made her way past Izzy and Crusade, out to the balcony where she jumped off.
There was officially no reason for her to stay in that room.

Izzy raises her eyebrow at such a odd exit but she turns back to keiji "Sorry for being so rude but the Queen never bows to a Princess" she holds her arms out and smiles, "does this zombie get a hug or did your feelings die when i did? Promise not to eat your brains" :]

By now Arka was deep in the Village. She went to the tallest building and made her way to the top. She used to stay here a lot as a child, so she was used to the view. She could see the mountains in the distance and clouds. Rain?

Keiji sighed as he scrathed his head "what a mess I could give you an welcome back hug it wouldnt be fair to her best go after her" Keiji made several clones as they scatter in search groups to go find her. While Keiji got up from his seat along with the other rinnegan bodies as they head out for something important.
