Hotaru was quiet, just listening to the things that stood out as important to her, and her ear twitched at Night Shadows last comment. She still didn't quite understand what was going on, but where she was from, rituals meant deaths. "... What type of rituals are we talking about here...?" She uttered out calmly.

Night Shadow wasn't disappointed. He saw what kind of power Rodir had, and now he had a suspect on the Ritual. He was also fairly impressed with Daisuke. "As I was saying before Daisuke came it, The good news is that I can follow the trail of Spiritual Energy. The bad news, however is that this trail is at least a month old. He could be anywhere by..." Just then, something caught his eye. A bird came flying through the broken window in the Chapel, and landed on a stone block right next to Night Shadow. The bird appeared to be a falcon, and it also appeared to be a carrier bird. It had a scroll of paper on it's leg with a seal on it. as Night Shadow looked at the seal, His eyes grew wide and he immediatly picked up the bird, took off the message, and read it.
"They're calling me back." He said aloud.

"My clan." Night Shadow said. "They're calling me back to the base. Something big must've happened. They never call us back from a mission." Night Shadow then took what looked like a piece of sharpened lead from a pocket in his sidepack and wrote down something on the same piece of paper that he had recieved, and attached it back to the bird and let it fly out from where it came. "Looks like I'll be leaving this place."
