Karite listened to his surroundings and noticed that Shisei was interested in the Uchia's. Knowing Shisei never did anything other than to benefit himself Karite ignored knowing he had better things to do. He had fallen behind in his studies recently and his training. Orika had become a distraction just like everyone else around him, but maybe that's what he needed. Not someone to make him stronger someone to distract him.

Trying to focus Karite placed his feet about shoulder width apart he bent down much like he did before trying to keep to a pattern. As he began to rush up he let his eyes roll into the back of his head and the wind fill his hair. While upside down Karite's legs began to separate and slow down his spin. As Karite came closer to the earth he managed to get the tip of his foot down but it wasnt enough to hold him. On a crash course with the ground the reaper tried to catch himself. That was a wasted effort in itself. Slidding into the snow Karite looked up his face covered in splotches of white powder and shivering. "I...I..I..ha...hate winter."

“Maya is powerful. Even with this Sharingan she could have won. If only she sacrificed the lion in that brawl… Other than that her fighting style is unpredictable. I don’t understand how rude-sempai could have gained the upper hand. Perhaps because he was first to attack. I’ll also have to keep in mind to use an opponent’s partner to my advantage.” Shisei thought. The essence of teamwork was still foreign to the boy although in his mind he was sure he could work with anyone when ready. While trying to analyzing the battle information in his brain and waiting for the genin to answer, the same girl from before decided to reply. In quite a rude way. Ironic how she spoke of rudeness and was just the most impolite one. The lone Orochi stared at her. The gold eyes remained on her emerald orbs. For a while the serpent was wondering why every person was trying to draw him into a confrontation. He began to consider snapping each of their necks while they slept. Starting with the intruding piss crow. Moving on to the farm girl and little imp. The snake child may let the reaper and sparkle eyes go. As annoying as they were they probably had some type of redeeming qualities. Now the this new person wanted to quickly ascend to top of the list of ‘who should die’. “I don’t see myself as a higher being, but I do see you as inferior. How can I soil your name if you’re worth is no more than the soil beneath us. I think calling you a commoner would be too much of a compliment.”. His eyes gazed over her entire body once. There didn’t seem to be anything intriguing or powerful about this one. “I doubt anything I received from you would be harmful. Although it might be putrid.”. The snake took his eyes off the girl a returned his gaze back to Sukotto. “Sempai your rude apprentice can’t keep focus. I think you’d be better teaching me jutsu.” the serpent youth stated purposely calling the girl apprentice again. It might be interesting to see just how well she could keep her focus in their little game.

So much talking... Munin's eyes dangled on each word as if they were physically flying from each person's mouth. Even though he was able to figure out the first few things the girl was saying, it was getting more and more difficult to determine what words she was using. The fact that he was trying to keep his attention on Shisei didn't help matters. he let his body stretch out a little and laid his head down. There was no reason to move around at this point, and maybe if he were spotted, people would guess that he was asleep. But... why did the rock have to be so cold? He was starting to wonder how Shisei could endure it.

Matters seemed to only be getting worse. Not only was the conversation going too quickly for him to understand, but another human was intervening. If that wasn't bad enough, Munin was starting to get the feeling that the conversation had gone grossly off topic. He'd never be able to show his face to Xyn if things kept going at this rate. The only positive thing within all the commotion was that no one was taking any notice of him. He had some concern about the older male, but he figured paying attention to a little bird lying on a rock wasn't important. The raven took in a deep breath and tried to listen, finally getting used to the cold, or maybe the spot hadn't finally warmed to his body heat.

His mind weeding past all the confusing words being exchanged between the older boy and the girl, Munin felt a growing need to stretch his wings within his hiding spot. With that fleeting urge taken care of, the raven had to refocus his attention. Even though he was pretending to fall asleep, the desire to do so was taking control. Sleep would be nice now... this spot had become comfortable... no harsh noises... ... ...

Munin nearly rolled over, which would have slid him to the ground. This wasn't a good place to sleep after all. A nest on the edge of a thin branch was probably more convenient at the moment. Tensing his muscles a little in order to itch into a better position, a familiar word came up.

Teach... jutsu... what did those mean? Jutsu was something he remembered Xyn describing using in battle, so maybe it was a weapon, but he couldn't quite figure out the first word. He knew he heard it before, but in what context? The raven squeezed his eyes tightly closed, opening them to the sky as he inched forward a little more. With all this moving around, he had to stay within an appropriate position.

Sukotto was a little surprised at how acidic the words were between Senritsu and the Orochi boy. Like always, he began to consider how this sort of attitude would affect his future squad if it was present. At first, he figured that such distaste for one another between two teammates would lead to the formation of a rivalry, pushing the two involved to work as hard as they could to surpass the other. However, in opposition to this positive instance, there were two negative instances that couldn't be ignored. One of them was the fact that it would be difficult to train such a pair to work efficiently on the same team. If they spent too much time arguing or intellectually competing, there was a possibility that they would lose sight of the squad's mission and risk putting the team in jeopardy. Additionally, there was always a chance that one of them would attempt to cause harm to the other. Since he would already be busy focusing on how to train the team and planning their mission strategy, Sukotto would have little time to babysit each of the squad members. However, he figured that many leaders had to face the same sorts of tasks and became a little eager to have an added challenge that most squad leaders wouldn't have had to deal with.

The Uchiha was happy to feel only the cold winter air as he reached out for Senritsu. It was clear that the girl had merely been distracted before, as she had claimed; Sukotto only hoped that she would have learned her lesson from this instance, since such a distraction could be fatal if it had been a weapon-brandishing shinobi coming to tag her with a blade instead of her training partner. The genin squinted his eyes against the white field, trying to distinguish the blurry objects from it, but failing to do so. During his previous attempt to dodge the girl's sneak attack, he had attempted to rely on his other senses and had failed miserably. This time around, he would close his eyes and completely rely on these alternative senses, hoping that by cutting off his vision completely, he would manage to heighten the awareness of them. He spoke to the Orochi boy in a soft tone so that he wouldn't throw off his hearing while trying to avoid Senritsu's assault, ignoring the claims of the Orochi about Senritsu being his apprentice. After all, she was free to come and go as she pleased, an apprentice would have to have more formal commitment.
"I will teach you the Body Replacement jutsu. First, I want you to practice memorizing and executing the following sequence of hand seals." Sukotto wouldn't be able to show the Orochi boy the hand seals directly, as had been the case with Senritsu, so it would be slightly more difficult for him at first. "Ram, Boar, Ox, Dog, Snake."

Getting up from the snow the young boy brushed himself off removing the cold slush from his clothes and face. He hated when he missed up a tumble like that but the cold sting of the snow made it even worse. As Karite readied himself to try again he was to cold to try. He really hated winter. He tried to resist but couldn't bring himself to. As he moved on with his maneuver the boy managed to get airborne but as as gravity caught up with him he slowed and hit the ground like a lump. Rolling off his back Karite stood and become angry. The weather was the problem, but he knew where to go to fix that.
Running in the direction of the academy the boy had forgotten his sentence and would more than likely be punished. He could not train here and he knew that that is all his mind cared about.

(I have no idea what to do and you went offline so if this is wrong then I can edit and ignore the rolls. ^_^ )

Senritsu scuffed as her tackle backfired and she missed him. He was a lot better at dodging her than she'd thought at first. Her next little attack on him should be something extremely simple to throw him off. Perhaps to not even hide would be her best bet. He had his eyes closed as he figured a way around her coming after him. He payed attention to sounds she made as she ran to him, or in the last case, leaped. She'd need to keep close physical contact with him to throw him off yet again. Now, where was some place he'd never think her to be? He'd be coming after her again soon and Senritsu needed to think of something quickly before she was caught yet again.

"Inferior? I beg to differ dear." Her hand raised to her hips as he then continued his little assault on her. This one was fun. A little smile appeared on her lips as her irritation dissipated. Being heated up was annoying, not to mention useless. She couldn't waste her time with this little episode while she was supposed to be completing this infernal tag game with Sukotto. "Think what you will I have no time for you. We'll continue this a little later on." Smiling to him, she turned and faced Sukotto for yet another try at what she wanted desperately to finally be finished with. Chakra was something she dispised and wanted to be through with as quickly as possible, but this darn Jutsu was taking too long! Her fingers did as they were supposed to and she prepared once again to get the show on the road. Hopefully her plan would work this time without slip ups. Senritsu had it planned out, she'd use the same boring log from before, with just enough time to slip right behind him she'd be able to tag him without him noticing. Hopefully nothing messed up this time.

“Feh… figures you’d back down. I’m not surprised.”. The Orochi child stated his eyes returning to the eldest of the three. Such a little twit. The snake child should have strangled her when she was centimeters away and nearly bumped into him. Fortunately for her his mind was elsewhere.. From the corners of his eyes he could see Karite disappearing off from the grounds. Shisei was curious as to why he would go. The boy was just talking to the nuisance of a girl and started doing his exercises, yet decided to just go. This also brought up another point. That Orika was alone and tied up. Now would be the best time to avenge his defeat. With extreme persecution. The thought lingered at the back of his mind. Perhaps there could be a way he could extinguish two birds with one stone. Well that would have to wait for another time. The serpent youth would have to think of and try to remember all the hand seals he had seen. Shisei only knew one hand seal and that did not help him with any jutsu. Once again the farmer who had no passion for jutsu succeeded there before anyone else.

Shisei could finally sense himself getting off course. The purpose at the moment was to learn jutsu. Everyone else was just superfluous. At least for jutsu, Sukotto would suffice. His strength was up to standards in what the serpent youth wanted. Stronger than the other genin, Kane. Although his appearance now wasn’t all too fabulous. It was his eye technique that made up. The snake child deduced it had to have given him extra speed or some type of extrasensory ability. To what depth it did, the serpent youth was not sure. Just how did it help perceive Maya’s movements? Also did it also just augment his skills just by knowing the technique? Does he not need to activate it to feel some of its effects? There was something important about the technique. As much as Shisei despised the look of those eyes they had an allure. Like when Adam picked the fruit off of that forbidden tree. If it could boost his strength, Shisei would have to learn the same technique.

The two students finally ceased their dispute and Sukotto's mind was allowed to rest. He was happy to see that it wasn't the sort of thing that would continue as long as the pair were in contact with each other. The Uchiha wondered if this would be true of most disputes that his squad would face. While he was still unsure of who he wanted to recruit, observing others would definitely help his decision and allow him to prepare for conflicts that would occur inside of the group. After concluding his thoughts, Sukotto prepared for Senritsu's next attempt. Since she had began concentrating, it had been much easier for her to avoid his tags. He was happy that she already had such a good idea of how to perform the technique. If she continued to train for just a little longer, she would be able to successfully execute the jutsu in battle, heightening her chances of dodging attacks. Since she had managed to move out of the way of his tag, Sukotto knew that she would be attempting a sneak attack. His tactic of completely relying on every sense besides sight had previously worked when trying to avoid the girl's last attack, so he figured that it would be a good idea to do the same thing once again.

Rokugi had gotten totally distracted by the sudden movements in the direction of the spar. He had been so focused on playing that he had missed totally the oucome of the battle. Taking up what he could see he figured that the Red eyed boy had claimed victory. THis fact only burned his eagerness to talk with him. He lifted from the ground where he landed trying to stop the ball and dusted off his shirt with a smile. He picked up the ball and walked to his kicking position as he prepared to kick he decided to ask Kane "Kane-san, who is the red eyed boy? He seems pretty strong and seems to know a lot about Jutsus." To him is was getting a bit easier to ask Kane anything because he was too excited to actually notice he was still among strangers.THis would be a good oportunity to play , he had made conversation so Kane would probably be focused on the conversation and make a mistake...or so Rokugi hoped, else there was no way he could make a goal like the first time. He aimed, and kicked waiting for Kane to answer first before kicking ofcourse

Kane watched Rokugi curiously as the kid watched the battle. Well, to be fair, it was quite the interesting spar. It confirmed the strength of the two... no, the three, and made Kane never want to piss Sukotto off, ever. He berated himself for not considering Baki part of it, even though it had only been for an instant. He'd been in a team with Maya after all, even if nothing much had amounted to it. Speaking of which, her reaction after the spar had confirmed yet another thing. Despite the time they'd spent together, Kane knew nothing about her at all. He wondered if he should try to find out.

He was brought back to reality by Rokugi's question, and smiled inwardly. Of course it would be natural that someone with special-looking eyes would be curious about the Sharingan. "That's Uchiha..." Kane paused. He couldn't remember the name off hand, but damn, he did know it. They'd been on the same mission for Kami's sake! Well, it started with an S. After another small moment of deliberation, it came to him. "Uchiha Sukotto," he repeated. Kane continued thoughtfully, remembering the spar and the flashy things he'd done. "He comes from the same clan as our former Kage," he finished, with a slightly subdued tone. "His eyes aren't red normally. What you're seeing now is the Sharingan, the Uchiha clan ability." His mind was still on Ichi when Rokugi aimed, but Kane still saw it through the haze. He immediately got ready and saved the ball. Had the question been Rokugi's way of distracting him? Well, it had almost worked. Kane was quite impressed and decided to compliment him.

"Try something else like that next time you kick," he said easily as he picked up the ball and moved to the kicking line. "I'll be trying to distract you too, so you should just stay focused."

The genin had wanted him to create the seals of Ram, Boar, Ox, Dog, Snake. There was one thing that could greatly put a wrench in this plan. That was the fact that Shisei had not been taught any of the other seals. Was this some type of test? “Rude-sempai. I have only been taught the ram seal.” the boy stated with no waver in his voice although this fact made him annoyed. Why was it that this rude shinobi was paying this much attention to some snappy mouthed dull girl? Why did ero-sensei continue to teach some ordinary farm girl jutsu over someone who had wanted to learn? Was their distaste overriding their common sense? Had to be. “This boy is undoubtedly be a prodigy.” the snake’s mind taught back to one of the first sentences he remembered in his decade old memory. The word that had inflated his confidence and self assurance to the size of a whale was also the same motivation that kept him to excel. With everything against him, threatening to engulf the snake in blackness, his light would shine the brightest. The boy closed his eyes trying to remember from every instant in his life where he had seen a hand seal. He was 83.76% sure there were twelve hand signs. The boy was 89.45% sure he had seen them all sometime in his life. Now he had to remember which was which and see if he could bring them to the surface of his mind to perform in front of the genin. Shisei was 100% sure he could do this. That is why they called him prodigy back then.
