Frost walked to the back and sat next to Jasna. The teacher didn't bother with bugging out about it. Frost was a grade A icecaster. He got off easy with any of the water/air teachers. "What'd you want to talk about?"

Blaze walked to his dorm and pushed open the door. A bucketful of water fell where he would have been standing if he'd entered the room. a note was attached to the bucket. 'You and you're girlfriend are going to pay!!"
Blaze recognized the handwriting. "Crap. Dammit Natalie!" He kicked the bucket, sending it under his bed. He closed the door and locked it. "How the hell did she even get in?!"

Kaen sat at her desk, while Rikka sat in the middle of her bed. Rikka was picking at her fingers again. Kaen sighed and cleared her throat. "Ok. I wnt to learn how to be nicer. You want to learn how to be braver. We're going to teach each other."
Rikka nodded. Kaen looked at the mirror on the back of her door. Reflecting the room backwards, Kaen saw just how much more similar the two really looked. "If I dyed the blue in my hair red, and you dyed the red in your hair blue, we'd be able to pass off as each other." She pulled a lock of her hair up out of her face and pushed it behind her ear. "We look like twins. Identical twins."
Rikka looked in the mirror and nodded. Then she smiled. "Why don't we?!" Kaen gave her a confused look. "Huh?" Rikka turned and smiled at Kaen. "Why don't we dye our hair and pretend to be each other?! We look alike except for the color in hair streaks and the way we dress, but we'd be able to change that. Plus, it would give us some experience, being in each other's shoes!" She was practically glowing with excitement.
Kaen waved her hand in front of Rikka's face. "Hello? Earth to Rikka! We may have the same looking face, but I doubt we'd fool our friends into thinking we're each other!" She really didn't think this was such a good idea. "Besides, I made a few enemies already. If you have to face them off, you wouldn't be ableto fight with fire. You're an ice user, right?"
Rikka nodded, but was still excited. "We both use air though! We just won't use water or fire! We'll use air if it comes to blows." Kaen had to admit, though crazy, Rikka was getting braver. "And fooling Jasna, Blaze, Burner, and Frost? I doubt it. It'll never work. They'd see through us in a second."
Rikka almost bounced on the bed. "That's why we'll ask them to pay along if they find out!" Kaen sighed, there was just no way it was to work in her mind. "Ok. Fine. If we do though, we have to learn each other's personalities. We can't hang out with the same people, like Burner and Jasna will probably catch on easily. I'm sure Frost will too. Blaze... Well, I guess that's a throw for fate to make. We can't screw up each other's reps either. I made myself into the tough witch everyone loves to hate. You made yourself into the snowangel everyone likes to talk to." Rikka blushed. "Ok. I get it. Bad idea right now..." Her face lit up again. "But we could learn to be like each other, then take each other's place!"

Frost looked confused. "Kaen wants to be nicer and Rikka wants to be... Braver?" He seemed to be really confused. "Well, I guess we should just see how they plan to go about this change? Maybe they'll realize they're just fine on their own..." He sounded uncertain.

Blaze just felt angrier that Natalie had managed to get into his room, let alone set a trap. He opened his door, stepped outside and slammed it behind him. He checked the lock before walking down the hall. He spotted Burner running down the hall. "Yo, Burner. Ditching after all?"

Kaen stared at Rikka with disbelief. "Wow." She didn't know what to say. She could say any number of things, but most of them would probably have made Rikka burst into tears. "Listen, we'll just bookmark that idea for now. That's not a no, but not a yes either. We'll just stick to learning more about each other, ok?"

Frost laughed. "If they do something stupid, it'll probably be Kaen trying to make Rikka into a fire starter. Or Kaen trying to learn ice casting. I doubt it though. They're probably going to learn what each other's likes and dislikes are."

Blaze smirked at Burner's explanation. When Burner noticed Blaze's room, he scowled. "Some ghost, she's more like a poltergiest. Damn Natalie. She's still making my life a living hell, and it's only gotten worse since-" He clamped his mouth shut as he realized he almost told Burner about Kaen kissing him.
He blushed slightly and turned to look at his room. "Wonder if I should get the janitor, or clean it up myself..."

Frost smiled and nodded. "Probably. Maybe Rikka will dye Kaen's hair pink."

Blaze nodded. "Right I'll just get some towels or something..." He looked at Burner and turned back toward his room. Crap. He noticed. "Well... I'm not really sure, I was debating that when I ran into you." Blaze sighed. "Natalie's not just pissed at me now though... Remember when I told you that Natalie met Kaen?"
Blaze waited for Burner's response before continuing. "Well, Kaen got pissed off, because Nat started acting like Nat. Uh... Kaen sorta... kissed me... And Nat tried to attack me later, so Kaen saved my a** before Nat could burn me." He tried to rush through the explanation, trying to skip through the whole 'Kaen's Kiss' part. "I'm guessing Nat's going to go after Kaen too now..."

Frost laughed quietly. "Who knows. Maybe it'll just be a sleepover then they'll go back to normal?"

Blaze felt his face heat up. "No! Kaen kissed the side of my face..." He grit his teeth as his blush grew brighter. "I'm not kidding!! She did!!!" He realized he was shouting in the hall. Anyone in the nearest classes would be able to hear him. "She gave me a note beforehand. I'm confused as hell. If you want to check about the kiss, just ask Nat, she saw the whole thing. I guess you could also ask Kaen, but she'll probably deny it..." He felt his face cool down again. "Nat was ready to set me aflame. She had her group ready to ambush me when I walked out of class. Kaen threw a fireball and made them scatter before grabbing me and making a run for it..."

'I'm not a girl who can take a guy and make him a friend. I'm too violent for that. It takes me a long time to trust, but I just shut everyone out if I get too annoyed. I'll relent when I know someone better, or if they start off on a good note.
You didn't though. That's why I couldn't stand your attempts. If you let it go for a while, I might see you as a friend. If you don't, I'll just treat you like any other annoyance I come across.

Rikka pointed at one of the clocks in Kaen's room. "Class?"
Kaen looked. "Eh, why not? Better than sitting here doing nothing. How about we just act like normal, then adjust tomorrow?"
Rikka nodded. "Sounds good."
Kaen locked the door after they both got out of her room. "Let's go check on Jasna. I think we pretty much left her with Frost and a pissed off brat who seemed like a wannabe princess."

Blaze sighed. "Dude, I'm just seriously confused. I don't know what to do about Nat. It's been a year, she should've given up already. Now Kaen and her are probably going to start a fire war. I'm more afraid that someone's going to get hurt because of Nat's bitchiness or Kaen's readiness to fight..." He shook his head. "I'm sure Kaen and I are friends, but I don't want her to have to act in front of Nat just to prove something..."

Frost froze up. Aw crap! Not Cron. Not today... "Uh, hey Jasna? I think Rikka and Kaen went that way, maybe they'll just calm down if we-"
A guy behind Cron snapped his fingers loudly, summoning a green flame. He had green streaked spikes in his blonde hair and a lip piercing. "Hey, King? Who's the shrimp?"
Frost backed up, trying to drag Jasna away. Double crap!! Jay too?!
Jay sneered as he recognized Frost. "Well, well! Hey, King. Looks like little Frosty got himself another girlfriend!!" His smile was slightly repulsive. "Hey there, sweets. Name's Jay. Shouldn't talk like that to Cron. He's the king on campus, you should show him some respect." He stepped out from behind Cron. He wasn't nearly as big as Cron, but he was taller than Frost.

Frost glared at Cron. "Don't call Jasna a b***h. She's my friend." It took a lot of restraint to not throw a snowball into Cron's face.
Kaen and Rikka walked into the hall, Kaen looked surprised to see the two thugs, Amelie, and her two friends, Rikka looked confused. Kaen marched up to Jasna. "Hey, What's up?" She ignored the three others. Frost filled her in.
Kaen smirked. "A challenge? They must not know Jasna in the slightest."
Jay whistled at Kaen, looking at him hungrily. "Hey, hotstuff. Ditch the wimp and join a real fighter."
Kaen glanced at Jay, looking mildly repulsed. "Wow. I thought Chivalry was dead. Guess I'd better set it back on fire."
Jay chuckled, even though Kaen had clearly threatened him. "Listen, sweetheart. I'm second best, and Cron's the king. You should be showing us some respect."
Kaen snorted. "Respect? For you two slugs? Not gonna happen."
Jay twitched. "No need to be nervous, sweety."
Kaen scoffed. "Who says I'm nervous? I just know the difference between real fighters and slugs."
Jay summoned a green fireball. "You better appologize. If you be my gal, maybe I'll forget that little snub."
Kaen grimaced. "Ew. I'd rather eat a coal."
Jay glared at her. Kaen just smirked evilly. "Let's see who's flame is hotter, shall we?" She summoned and threw a bright bluish-white fireball at Jay, making him jump to the side to avoid it.
The fireball burned a hole in the ground. Jay grit his teeth. "You're gonna regret that."
Kaen brushed a stray lock of hair out of her face. "Not really."
Jay looked ready to snarl. He glanced at Cron and calmed down. "We'll settle this like Fire weilders. I win, you have to be Cron's, Amelie's, and my personal servant for a month."
Kaen laughed, it was short but loud. "I win, I get to ruin you, Cron the slug king, and that little prat hanging on his arm. No changes after this, Slug." Kaen summoned a second fireball, this time it glowed a pure white.

Blaze sighed. "Yeah, maybe Frost could help me out. I think Jasna will just laugh her a** off at me. Rikka's that ice girl, right? She'll probably do the same." He looked depressed.
