Slowly writing with the brush his lines were fine and graceful. Kazumei was taking his time copying the information until his arm hit the ink and ruined his scroll completely. Dripping with ink Kazumei jumped back to avoid ink getting on his clothes he carefully grabbed the scroll with two fingers and carried it to the trash can. Going into the cart and getting another blank scroll he knew he had to be more careful this time. Kazumei also grabbed a second ink cup since he spilled the last one. Wiping off the table with some paper he found laying around he cleaned it up and set it back on the table. Pushing the ink cup farther back so he doesn't knock it over he restarted all over again. Unrolling the blank scroll across the table he was ready to start again. Softly dabbing in the ink he made sure this time his arm or elbow were no where near the ink. He carefully make his strokes with fine lines and curves. But as he concentrated on the scroll he seen Rhaim roaming about the library halls in search of some knowledge too. "What are you doing here Rhaim?" Kazumei said as he redirected his focus back on copying the scroll correctly.

A high-speed movement technique. It is described as 'appearing with the wind and disappearing like the wind.' A very basic jutsu, it appears that most shinobi above Genin-rank know it. Right as Kazumei lifted up hsi head to say something he made the wrong stroke of the brush. Looking down as his mistake a small flare of fire and mouth began to leak out of his nose and mouth. "DAMN IT!!!!" Kazumei echoed off into his head shouting in his mind as loud as he could but instead he didn't show that much emotion in the face. Grabbing the scroll and tearing it up into pieces on the table was one way to display his anger. After that he then crumbled up all the pieces and tossed them away in the trash. "...How troublesome.." Kazumei said as he went and got another blank scroll from the cart. Staring at the scroll for a minute he was examining every possible detail. Grabbing his brush gently he dabbed some ink and began copying once again. Focusing on his strokes more Kazumei was really taking his time. Kazumei much more calm down he can concentrate more on lines and curves. Sleek and clean Kazumei was not about to mess up again as he is a perfectionist like always.

Rhaim quickly found the pages that he was looking for on the Touei technique. When he had been looking for the bomb tag technique he had seen this one and felt that it would be another good one to have to give himself the edge in an otherwise evenly matched conflict. What was truly awkward about it however was the fact that it was technically a taijutsu technique, a field that the young Nara did not exactly excel in. What was even more strange was the fact that this ability required a greater understanding of chakra control rather than taijutsu itself. This wasn't a bad thing by any means since Rhaim leant himself more to chakra intensive tasks instead of physically intensive ones. Another good point of the technique was that it was useful at medium to long range, which is where he was already finding a tendacy to hang out at.

Rhaim was a bit let down by himself when he discovered that he had been daydreaming about researching the technique instead of actually researching it for real. Thus he was no closer to finding out what it took to do the jutsu and where and how it had developed. Though the history lesson wasn't as important to learning it, the small child found that it was just as interesting for him to read up on. However unless he would put his nose to the grindstone and apply himself to the book he wouldn't see any of that knowledge first hand. He brushed his left hand through his hair as he lowered himself closer to the book. With his right hand he began tapping on the corner of the page in a sad attempt to drown out other noises in the area that might distract him. So far there hadn't been any such sounds, however he didn't want to take the chance.

Rhaim watched his finger tapping out a little rythem on the corner of his book and started humming a tune to himself. The overall effect of the one man band that he was creating was that he completely forgot that he was supposed to be researching the justu at the moment. Once again the boy had proven that he could not be trusted to keep himself focused on a boring task at all. For a quick moment he considered finding the librarian and having her force him to focus on the task and maybe even mentor him in what it said. He dismissed the idea as he realised that he didn't know the older girl and he didn't have the motivation to get up and seek her out. If she were to happen to walk by he might ask her for a hand though that too was an unlikely course of events. Rhaim was not about to ask a girl for help since it would end being as if he had to ask one of his sisters.

Rhaim again found himself pulling out of a mental conversation that had nothing to do with his task at hand. If anything the more he tried to convince himself of unrelated things the less of a chance he would have of finishing his research in a timely manner. He thought back to how his sisters had always seemed to be getting stronger and more skilled by the hour without having to push themselves so hard. They did have the advantage of always having each other to help out the others, while Rhaim was left alone being the only boy in the family. The fact that his father hadn't ever been a ninja while his mother had was not a helpful point either. In fact that just meant that he had almost no one that he could go to once he got home. That would of course drive him to completing everything he could during his time at the academy since it's the only time he could work with someone. And instead of taking advantage of that he was sitting alone in the library with his face in a book.

Rhaim looked down at the book before him and realised after staring at the book for several seconds that he had in no way once again read the words. He was actually beginning to be concerned with how bad he was failing at simply reading a research book. To have a family name that implied that he was fairly intelligent he certainly wasn't exactly living up to it at all. In fact if anyone were to find out how unable he was to stay focused on reading he might get kicked out his house. Well until his mother found out. The young Nara boy cracked his neck and stretched his arms high above his head in order to chase away the impending sleep that was clawing at him. With a sigh and a yawn he brought his attention back to the book in hopes of actually reading something this time.

Rhaim had barely been able to keep his attention on the book enough to find that the technique had more or less been created on accident by a ninja that was simply using his dagger to block an oncoming attack that would have certainly killed him. The save was made when the ninja released his chakra in total fear and caught a glint of sunlight in the metal of his dagger, which unintentionally blinded the opponent. Thus giving the losing shinobi the chance to escape and live to perfect the technique to be used in future fleeing attempts. The young Nara boy was more than alittle surprised to find that the technique that he wanted to learn was created by more or less a pansy that simply wanted to run away. He had assumed that the technique would only be used as either a signalling method or as a set up to lead into a deadly follow on attack. This however did not mean that he would count out using it as a means to get away from someone that was too strong for him. He dove right back into the book in order to find out some more about the jutsus history.

Rhaim was glad that he was finally to concentrate enough to research the technique that he had come into the library to for in the first place. He would need to keep it up however for a bit longer since he wasn't even into how the jutsu worked yet. What he was learning was that the technique had evolved to require very little light to still work, as opposed to the original version that needed a constant supply of direct sunlight. This was an important point to know so that he didn't feel limited in when he would be able to use this ability. Knowing ones options in a fight was just as important as being able to perform them adaquately. Thus far the young Nara was quite pleased with his decision to learn this technique next. Hopefully however it wouldn't go in the same manner as the Jibaku Fuda: Kassei. Though even if it did he would just have to try even harder to learn it again and again until it stuck.

Rhaim got a tad bit caught up in the possibilities of how he could use the jutsu when he released that several minutes had passed leaving him no closer to his goal. With a violent shake of his head he stood up and decided to take a quick walk around the library in order to clear his head and get a better feel for the place. After all he was actually seriously considering volunteering to work there once he graduated if his team wasn't very active. And even if it was he could use what little down time he had to loan his time free of charge. However that was far into the future and he needed to focus back on his task of researching this next technique. If nothing else he needed to get back to the meadows to ensure that he wasn't needed for some sort of class exercise. The young Nara took his seat again and began thumbing through the next couple of pages.

Rhaim was not at all shocked to learn that the only tool he would need to learn this technique was some sort of metallic object. In his case it would most likely end up being his kunai since those tended to be his weapon of choice for ranged combat. Not to mention that he would probably run into more problems if he tried to use a shuriken for the technique since it naturally had a hole in the center of most of them. At any rate he was glad to have completed finding out what was needed in order to begin training for the ability to conduct the Touei. However before he could do any of that he had to carry on his search for how the technique was actually done and then copying the scroll over. If all went well he should be done within a fairly short amount of time, though by then he was certain that most of the other students would have surpassed him in sheer power.

Rhaim was much too concentrated on how much stronger he thought the other kids were getting to notice that he had completely forgotten about the research assignment that he was supposed to be doing. He closed his left eye and cocked his head to the right and then proceeded to do the opposite on the other side of himself. The boy placed his hands outspread on the table next to the open ends of the book, with the palms faceing downward. He opened his eyes wide, which looked like normal width to most people, and looked them onto the book before him. Though he knew that he could be staring straight at something and still not realise when catches on fire, he still felt the compelling need to at least go through the motions of researching harder. There was no way that it took people this long to study something so seemingly simple.

Rhaim looked over the pages and came to the understanding that the technique required the flow of chakra into and across the object being used, and not simlpy through it or around it. He was truly glad that he had stuck with it for this far since he would have probably failed to grasp a hold of how to manipulate his chakra. Either way though it was going to be a brand new way for him to utilize his chakra since he hadn't done anything like that yet before. Actually after thinking about it he realised that in a way he had with the tree walking technique since it required him to to coat his feet with chakra. The direct coating some more similar to the tree walking than to the even distrobutaion of the water walking ability. However in the end both of those events had aided in getting him to where he currently was in his combat prowness, which wasn't exceptionally high.

As made his strokes apon the scroll he noticed that he had been making serveal mistakes with the scroll. Dabbing even more ink on the brush he tried to correct it by just changing them but it was no use the scroll was ruined. Furious by another mistake he crumbled the scroll up and threw it in the trash. Even tho he was in a library Kazumei wanted to shout as loud as he could but instead he just exhaled alittle bit of smoke from his nose like a dragon. Deciding to take a break on the scroll he decided to just research on it completely. Cleaning up the mess on the table Kazumei walked back down the ilse where he found the Shunshin scroll and too his surpirse Rhaim was in the same isle too. "So he's trying to learn that jutsu too...." Kazumei said to himself as he grabbed the Jibaku Fuda: Kassei prints on the top shelf. Quickly returning back to his desk Kazumei decided to work on the Shunshin scroll first as he been working on it anyways. Unrolling the scroll he began to read about the jutsu but he needed a book about it not a scroll. Tying the scroll back up he went into the ilse again but grabbed the book on D-ranked jutsus instead. Flipping through the book it contained alot of information about jutsus and technique. Finally reaching the Shunshin no Jutsu section he focused in on the text and began reading silently.
