Rowena nodded "Yes... peckish. I'm hungry... " She glanced at some of the snacks and hord'vours going around "Ooo they all look good! Hey look Azy... tea!" She grinned teasingly at him

Atar's eyes widened "babies too? I've missed a lot." He smiled "Well I heard there was to be a ball for princes so I decided I MUST attend. Not for the princes of course but to socialize with others who may not be in the princes future.."

"What?" Delilah looked around in confusion but found the teenager was already gone. She turned a questioning gaze on Meridian, "What is going on here? Poor Aidan seemed so panicked..."

"I was meant to be escorting a young lady," Delilah found herself explaining. "Though it seems I've lost her. And of course I wanted to check on Aidan when I heard he was involved in all..." she waved her hoof to encompass the grandiose room. "This. Which, I must admit, is very beautiful. How did you manage it?"

Ro sighed and patted his shoulder softly "You don't have to stay with me. Go... torture others with magic. If I don't see it, I can't get upset about it... and I don't see why you would care if I did." She frowned at him "I just want you to have a good time... all that melancholy can't be good for you.."

"Then quit talking and follow me.!" She led the boy out one of the doors and down to the gardens. She went in deep, where little light penetrated. "We should be safe here." Aquaria said as she bent to catch her breath.

"Melancholy suits me," Azaroth protested frowning back at her. "And I told you back when you first got that invitation that I would come but I would not enjoy myself." He smirked. "I'm not about to break my word."

The old Dragon caves we used to live in were filled with precious stones and metals. When we went off on our adventure I merely had hired help put it all together. I could give you a tour of the house - I promise you'll love the bedroom. He winked at her.

Ro shook her head "Yes you said you weren't going to enjoy yourself... are you going to let me enjoy MYSELF? Because I did say I wanted you to have a good time..." She blinked and watched the crowd "I think Helga is here... I thought I saw her. Odd. She didn't say she was attending..."
