Cajin nodded to Mordranna and the put on his helmet. "Alright. I'll keep up." came his radio-distorted voice.

"I wonder though...can they block grenades?" he asked.

Seals and everything were good.
He made a quick check, flicking his vision to infra-red and back, as the Jedi were jogging ahead of him.
Alright, I can see them that way...contrast isn't very good, ambient temperature is pretty high, but I can still see them for a while. he thought to himself, quickly evaluating the surrounding conditions and the capabilities of his helmet.
He pointed his gun away from the Jedi, flicked a switch on it and aimed it around, checking the computerized aim and rangefinder. Then he switched it off.
After his brief rediagnostics were complete, he said "Check." Again. But it's always nice to be able to check again in the field.

"Do you have a radio? I'll maintain radio silence, but if I need to contact you what frequency pattern and encryption do you use?" he asked.

And, as the Jedi cleared a path with their lightsabers, he commented "Uh...you're leaving a pretty clear trail, if you're worried about the Sith following you."

Mordranna merely nodded to Neb. "I'd rather not fight, unless there's no other choice," Turning her attention to Cajin, she meekly replied. "Sorry, that we do not. We weren't expecting company,"

With little incident to speak of, the trio arrived at the library. "We're going to go in," Mordranna told Cajin. "Can you keep an eye out for anything suspicious?"
She then went to the library. Mordranna noticed a figure of a young woman lying prone. She thoughtfully put her finger to her chin, as recognition dawned on her.
Fancy meeting you here, my Sith friend, She grimly mused, recognizing Darth Valycia. She gingerly put her hand to Valycia, checking her pulse. Alive, good.
Mordranna then looked about the library, seeing what took the Sith's interest. She doesn't look as fierce asleep. I wonder what possibly could have made her become a Sith to begin with,

Angel suddenly woke up to find herself staring at the face of Mordranna. Once she realized how close she was, she quickly staggered to the side, getting out of arm's reach. " This is a pretty clever trap. " she said, motioning towards the holocron. " I assume that's not even a real one, but a trap meant to knock out intruders as it did to me when I reached for it. " She paused for a moment to catch her breath, still being somewhat drained since being KOed. " I guess you came after sensing the energy that thing unleashed to take whoever was in her into Jedi custody. However... " she took out her lightsaber and activated, taking a fighting stance. " ... I can't let you do that. When you showed your skills in our duel on Kashyyk long ago, I couldn't help but respect you as a worthy opponent. Because of that, I don't want to kill you, but I can't let you take me in either. " She turned the power setting of her saber down just enough so her attacks wouldn't be fatal unless she kept hitting a vital spot over and over. " And I can't believe you Jedi would glorify one who was responsible for innocents dying. I saw the datapad of Jedi how died in recent years. One that was listed died over Korriban the very same year my family died in the cross-fire when a Jedi flew his ship kamikaze-style into the transport as I helplessly watched from an escape pod. I guess whoever logged that one was too ashamed to admit what that Jedi actually did to cause his death, and wanted to hide the fact that you Jedi are heartless cowards who don't care for others besides yourselves. " Her rage began to build as she recalled the image of her family's exploding ship. Without another word, she swung her saber at Mordranna.

Neb was in search of the library, and the vault. The corodoor which they entered was not protected by locks, traps, and a tree with a badass attitude. Neb knew that the way was correct, but something seemed amiss. Surely the spot which was guarded by Ood was still protected by his seedling? I mean, that's how he managed to survive a blast froma supernova.

He came to a t-intersection. To his left, he felt the urge, drawing him towards the tunnel. Despite what he felt, Neb studied the path carefully. The dank mouldy tunnels made of stone just didn't feel right.

"This isn't... Wait... You old fool! This one's obvious!" Neb stated, as he watched Mordranna go to the left.

"Just don't touch anything in there," He warned, as he made his way to the right. He passed the first part of the test. Sometimes, one's head is better than one's feelings. And this was no exception. He remembered that there were traps in the library, one being that of a strong force signature that lured people to false knowledge, in an attempt to guard the truth.

He came to a stone door. Putting his hand on it, he saw tendrils come from the cracks in the wall. He did not draw his saber, and watched as the tendrils wrapped his hand. Almost as fast as they came, they left, as the great door split open wide, revealing the prize: The lightsaber Vault.

It was a beautiful sight to see. Two stories tall, there were racks and racks of datadisks, almost like a new york city library. Holocrons, he guessed were further in the back, but what struck him most was that in the middle of this all, a tree, planted in the center of the building, throbbed with life energy, and stood just as tall as the roof.

"My god. It's full of knowledge..."

"Roger." confirmed Cajin, as he heard Mordranna's command. He walked further into the temple and took position.
The Jedi went on deeper into the temple as Cajin remained behind as a sentry, his vision regularly flicking into other spectrums.

Guard duty. he thought to himself. Reminds me of being a Stormtrooper...

As the wicked red blade lunged towards Mordranna, her own blue blade snapped to life. "Give it up." Mordranna calmly commanded. "I still can not believe that a Jedi did as you claim." Another lunge from Valycia came to her, which Mordranna reposted. "Of course, your claim will be investigated when this is over," As the fight continued Mordranna was intent on knocking away the blade.

"It is because I have a heart, is my reason for becoming a Jedi," Mordranna stated, batting away another strike almost effortlessly.

Neb staggered forward in the library. To him, it was the knowledge of a thousand eras come and gone, a trove of information. It was a shame that so few jedi even knew of its existance. He himself believed that besides the man standing outside the door watching and guarding, nobody knew the location even.

He had passed Ood's test, demonstrating the use of the light side of the force and non-agression, and he believed his strength as a master helped to identify him quicker than most jedi.

He began walking on the ground floor, until he reached the tree planted in the middle. A trembling hand outstretched, touchign the bark, before quickly snapping back. Neb remembered a story once told to him, and grinned. Memories were not all bad.

He searched through the datafiles, wondering partially where the holocrons resided. While this was a library, it contained more than just jedi information. Lesser important files did not require such effort to hold information. Disks lined up like books do on our shelves.

Skywalker must have updated this a bit.

Neb stared, and found himself in a section dedicated to biographies. He saw a terminal nearby, no doubt used to read the disks. He looked, and brought out a copy of one, watching as his fingers left marks in the dust. Quickly, he put it back, remembering he had other things to do rather than read about history, though the subject intrigued him.

"Where would the holocrons be?" Neb stated, staring at the tree. Suddenly it hit him, harder than pangalactic gargleblaster.

"Silly old wizard!" He exclaimed to himself, as he felt around the base of the stone that encased the tree and its roots. Sure enough, a button was hidden, as he pressed it and watched...

Imperius watched Valycia leave and glanced at the gapng mountain side.

"The Holocron is here...somewhere..."

Imperius opened himself to the Force, ebbing and weaving through it. From his standpoint, he could feel Valycia, a warm, dark yet pleasant feeling in the Force. The feeling was good, and Imperius had to concentrate harder to open further. He could feel bright lights in the Force, presences he assumed to be Jedi investigating.
Valycia will take care of them..

He opened up even further, and he felt a sudden blackness, a deathly presence that mean Drako Prime, the rogue Dark Jedi.

"Drako...he will pay for his failure at Kothlis.."

Opening the tendrils of the Force further, he felt a Force envelope like the one on Korriban and Ruusan.

"The Force is strong here...only Bane can help me."

Cale slowly came around for the second time. This time he had a good idea of exactly where he was.
The air was hot and humid, the sounds of a dozen birds echoed in the air,and the ground was moist and porous.
The outlaw cracked an eye open and saw blankets of Green surround him.
"Figures." He muttered as he staggered to his feet. He dusted himself off and took stock of the situation.
He was trapped in a hostile alien enviroment with no supplies, no ammo, no guns and no gadgets. He was being hunted by an angry woman from a race of bounty hunters and trackers. He had no idea where he was and any civilized area he would stumble across would likely be hostile as well. his only equipment were his clothes and his vibroknife. Odds for his survival were rather slim.
"Then again, what does a Corellian care about odds?" He said to himself. He pondered on his situation for a few minutes before deciding upon a plan of action.
He stamped his way to a tree, making clear visible bootprints in the soil. arriving at the tree, he drew his vibroknife and carved a series of strange markings on the tree.
"heh. Time to make mass communication work for me for a change." he said as he finished carving. The outlaw stepped back to admire his handywork and then, moving more cautiosly, snuck into the foliage and tried to make himself scarce.

An hour later, the Hunter Nyalisk crept through the forest, garbed in cammo with her long barreled hunting blaster in hand. over her shoulder was a small hovering cambot that recorded the hunt and transmitted it for broadcast.
Nyalisk paused at the Outlaw's footprints and knelt down to examine them. she looked up to the tree and walked over to examine them as well. the prints and the markings were recent by her estimations. But what was the purpose of the carvings? she wondered. His Basic is unreadable. Either poor handwriting, or an accent or language Im unfamiliar with. But what is he trying to- she looked over her shoulder at the floating cambot and figured it out imediately. it was some form of S.O.S. Crafty human slime. very crafty. she stepped back and discharged her rifle full at the markings. the Tree toppled over as its trunk was reduced to ashes.

Aways away, Cale was trying to remember the camo lessons he learned in his mercenary days when he heard the bolt discharge and the tree collapse.
"Didn't think it would last long. But at least I know she doesnt have a silencer." he muttered as he finished masking his face.
He gripped his knife and looked back in Nyalisk's direction, his jaw set resolutely. "If you think im gonna make this easy for you, you Rodians are in for a bit of a shock. Im pretty good at this survival crap."

Angel merely got angrier at Modranna's comments. " Fool! I know how the battle over Kothlis concluded. The Dark Lord and I both could both feel the losses through the Force. I'll admit though, it took me longer to realize it since I'm not as strong in the Force as he is. Regardless, it would seem to me that you and everyone else were all too eager to shoot to kill first rather than attempt disabling or capturing as many as you could. That doesn't seem very Jedi to me. In fact, I'm more Jedi than you. There has not been a single life that ended by my hand, only a few droids, and those can be replaced. " She continued swinging wildly, though her attacks became more and more sluggish as she became more drained in her faitgued state. " You... cannot fool... me... " she said, out of breath. " ... If you truly... became a Jedi... because ou have... a heart... You'd have tried to... resolve the battle on Kashyyk... more peacefully.. rather than attack and destroy anything... you came across... " Her attacks becoming utterly futile now, Mordranna's counters soon knocked the saber from her hand. Watching it be sent across the room, she turned back to face her opponent. " Heh... I learned from our duel back then... My saber... won't be as easily destroyed... as it was... last time... " She then gave a sly smirk. " That's not to say... I haven't learned another new trick... I've trained in the Force and... become more powerful as of late... " She held out her hand towards Mordranna, and put all her strength into using the Force. Her hand began to sparkle, and with all her might, used her Force Storm power. Unfortunately, she was too drained at this point, and her attack fell just short of her target, dissipating harmlessly, and it also drained her of what remained of her energy. " That thing's blast... must've taken more outta me... than I thought... " were her last words, as she fell back and collapsed.

Mordranna sighed as she extinguished her blade, easily evading the Force Storm. "And, for that, I do admire you," she merely stated. "But, war isn't choosy about how it is resolved, and it is indeed a shame. I will not take a life if it can be avoided," Mordranna set to heave Valycia over her shoulder. Still, she couldn't take any chances, hooking Valycia's saber to her belt next to hers. This must be her new blade, she reflected, taking but a moment to admire her handiwork. She then used the handcuffs that were on her belt, and placed her hands in front of her, and then hoisted the young woman on her shoulder. "I'll take you to Master Neb. Hopefully, we can redeem you. So far, it does seem that you are on the right track, and I wish to awaken the goodness within you,"
