"And, whether or not we can fight demons, we have the added bonus of not having cat ears sticking out of our skulls," Rikku added coolly, his green eyes narrowing fractionally. His eyes flicked over both newcomers, then, seeming to find them unworthy of further attention, began watching the streets for suspicious movement again.

Zolx's ears folded back into his hair. He glance down and saw a flicker of movement within Riku's shadow. He lifted his baton high and made a slamming motion directed at Riku.
"Sit. Down."
A orb of of electromagnetic energy sizzled around Riku and compressed itself to the ground, Riku was unaffected. The Shadow behind him however was now nothing more than a plume of black smoke curling around his legs.
"Don't worry, I don't do friendly fire. Some of us are to strong hearted to try to hurt- let alone try and kill- our own friends. Though I guess that can't be helped when you've taken darkness into your heart. It's by mere fluke that you still aren't tainted by it. "
Zolx face wasn't sinister or mocking. On the contrary, it was placid and calm as water. Almost as if he were simply stating a fact, which to a point was true.
Zolx hated the fact that he had the extra set of ears more than anyone else, so the backlash from any mention of them tended to be harsh. The worst part of Zolx retaliations was that they weren't ever empty insults. He always seem to know some truth that would cut deep simply at the mention of it. Most of the school avoided him for this reason.
Zolx spotted Akiko and went over to her, dismissing Riku all together. He held out his cell and raised an eyebrow, "You to answer your phone if you tell me to call you right back. So what's going on and what's with the Cosplayers?" , looking and RIkku, Kairi, Sora and the Mickey.
Zolx still wasn't sure if normal humans could see Heartless. As far has he knew their disbelief would be enough to block them out so he assumed the same about he magic since it never affected them.
"You're supposed to be Sora right? A little shorter then I would think but the look is good That's a nice replica Keyblade you got there. Kingdom right?" he asked tapping it with his index finger. On contact Zolx jumped back, a necklace sized chain now dangled from his fist. He opened his hand and in his palm was a silver Mickey Symbol, but it was to small to be a key chain.
"Um... Is this your's?"

"Hey Zolx, good to see-" Kiante started, but then noticed the girl behind him. He tilted his head, squinted, then started towards her slowly. His brows furrowed.

He came within a few feet of her, then asked, "Are you...all right?"

Will was simply astonished. "Who...what is she?"

Zolx held his baton to his chest then made an elegant upward sweaping motion.
"Heal."
Small white blossoms appeared over everyones head and released their petals. As they showered down they were absorbed and everyone felt any lost strength return.
"Just be more careful."
'Why does shy have wings?'
The back of Zolx's jacket gave a slight rustle.

((Oye, Ninja, no problem. Hope you're feeling okay))

Mickey stared for a little bit at what he knew to be an angel--albeit a strange one--thinking. Then suddenly he was on the move.

"Look guys, we'll catch up later, right now, Mika's right. We should get going."

And finally they were off, though a few things had to be left unsaid for a moment.

((we hear chipmunky voices as I press the fast-foward button))

((chipmunky voices end))

"Okay, ready, guys? Akiko called from the cockpit of the plane they'd just commandeered. "annnnndddd...liftoff!"

She grinned as the plane lifted off the ground easily. Mika had made a good point...watching was not the same as doing. Admittedly, Akiko had been a bit nervous. But it seemed this stuff wasn't as hard as it looked.

"Oh, Mika," Akiko grinned some, quickly taking her hands off the controls to reach something from the top of her bag.

"Doesn't it look scrumdiddlyumptious?" Akiko said tautingly, tossing her the chocolate bar and immediately putting her hands back where they belonged.

She loved her friend when she was sugar-high. So much fun. L-o-l.

Meanwhile, making sure everyone was safely settled in their seats, he turned to the angel.

"So why aren't you with the others?" he asked urgently. "Why weren't you fighting witht them?"

((we won't stay long on this plane before things really start happening, so get the stuff you need done!! DX lol))

((Holy crap. What is wrong with me this week??? DX Yes, you're right...oy...))

Mickey stared levelly at her, his expression saying, Really? Well...it's kind of...suspicious... "You know," he said, with fake nonchalance, "I've heard of fallen angels before."

Mickey was startled out of his stare into a laugh. This girl...she wasn't any harm.

"Nothing, never mind," he grinned. "I'm sure you do."

He had been talking about fallen angels, the angels that had been defeated in battle, and then had a choice either to simply disappear, or join the demons in their crusade. And some, death doing funny things to their pure hearts, chose an evil life over an honorable death. These were fallen angels.

But Kya, they'd learned her name was...she hardly seemed like a ruthless, cunning demon out to get them. The King relaxed.

Mickey was puzzled. "Well...I don't really come around here often...I actually haven't been here for, well, about seventy years."

He rubbed the top of his head between his giant ears, embarrassed. "I'm really old, aren't I?" he laughed.
