lol hosting a gameshow was new to me when i started but i did just fine
i mean i was the 3rd person to join mydis's guild so everything was new and i did just fine

well if the guild was new when you got a job then everyone would of been getting used to it so it wasnt awkward. i get on everyday and i check it everyday i just dont really know what im supposed to do.

all u have to do is create a thread if there isnt one already for the contest then wait like 3 days or so(basically when the polls stop moving like right now, they havent moved in like a day) and then change the title to closed winner is_____ then post who the winners were for the betting and contact the person that handles the acual bets(the gold) and tell him/her who won and have him/her send the trade to the betting winners and also the avi winner

Okay first, set up a thread for entries, when there are enough entries or when the week is over, close it and set up the bidding for the entires. After that, close the bidding and open the voting. So you focus on one thing at a time.
