Kai replied, "Well, Rock, grandpa that is to say your dad aka Terry had sleptwalked up here then he slipped off his chair and apparently stopped breathing. Granny, that is to say, empress dee, took your dad to the South Town University Hospital to put him into a rejuvination chamber. It's the only thing that will bring him back from something that serious. Jet's in the bathroom. Link... um... not sure where he went to. Andy and Raditz are in their bedroom doing the deed again. Iori's in the kitchen doing the dishes. He has to wash this huge tank that had apple juice in it. Ha ha ha! Jet drank a glass tank filled with apple juice. It's no wonder he had to use the bathroom. I mean Link can only drink a 2L glass of apple juice before he's ill. I can't imagine what a tank sized glass will do to Jet. Ah well, some men are stronger than others. I know Andy can drink three of those tank sized containers. He does all the time."

"Do you know why he's pissed off?" Kai giggled at his use of language.
"I'll go down, but it might help me calm him if I knew why he was upset."

Kai giggled and said, "That is silly! Grandpa Terry loves Rock! It is true that Grandpa has been busy with other things, but, that doesn't mean that he doesn't love Rock. I suppose I better go talk with Rock and tell him he's being silly."

Heading downstairs, Kai leaned his ear against the door to Rock and Fallon's room and was hearing Rock relay what was bugging him in a combonation of tears and angry rage furniture throws.

Kai had to think for a moment of how to calm Rock down. But... Terry couldn't exactly prove Kai's words of honesty due to that accident. "Hmm... well, what did grandpa do recently with Rock that didn't..."

The only thing Kai could remember was the King of Fighters tournament. Kai could not blame Rock for being upset. However, Rock did need to understand that Terry is going to be busier still with the new kid on the way.

"That's it!" Kai thought, "I can tell Rock that he can be a big help while Grandpa can't do things himself at the moment, to do some of the stuff grandpa did do. Grandpa always loved shining up the instruments until they gleamed really brightly. Another thing he did was he always made sure that the chores list was divided evenly on the downstairs board by the deck. What else did Grandpa always do? He made sure that his children were happy. That included Rock, Fallon, Jet, Link, mommy, Chantelle, Dimples, Bernard, Jason, and Tiffany. Heh, I hope Rock doesn't think he'd be doing chores. Oh well, gotta let him know."

At that Kai knocked on Rock's door and said, "Uncle Rock, it's me, Kai. Could I talk with you for a minute?"

(It would have been typical of a teenager to be throwing furniture when he's upset. I would have laughed even harder if you would have said, "Throwing one last pillow at the door, Rock shouted, What the hell do you want Kai?!" That would sound like the Rock I'm familiar with.)

Meanwhile at the hospital, Dee was sitting in a chair beside the rejuvination chamber that held Terry. Her body beginning to swell with the child growing inside of her at a rapid rate. She said to Terry, "Terr, I just want you to know, sweetums, that I feel that Rock feels unloved right now. We've just been sooo busy with other matters that... well, when you get better, why don't you spend a full day with Rock and without me? I want to check up on Seto anyways. Seto's been someone that I haven't looked after lately and he needs me."

(Kai is going to be online tomorrow, Rock. And I am going to be playing Pokemon Emerald until the day is done. I am glad that I got on here tonight though. Until tomorrow guys!)

"That's just it, Kai...first of all the Terry I knew said funny stuff not do stupid things. And when it came to polishing the instruments no really asked him to and yes I did thank him. Not to mention I help out the bar by bringing in customers with my band. I also run the coffee shop near the lobby...so don't even give that "I'm not helping" crap." Rock walked completely past Kai and up to the stage area to where no onw was at the current moment. He'd avoid everyone for now like he always did. Away from everyone...it was Rock's way of blowing off steam.

"Wow that was a greatr nap...." Pickles said looking around haveing forgoten where she was.

Chantelle's warning came too late for at that moment, Kai let off the sonic tears. They were so loud that it could be heard throughout the planet. He was sooo hurt by what Rock said to him that he felt like he had no choice. If anything, this would wake Terry from the dead.
