Rafe lifted his head nad nipped kc . "huh....oh yah rafe your right! guesss i went down i a chopper crash..the chopper should be still on the island not to far in land from the beach it should have tis gps ...it wasnt working when we went down but im sure i couple mess with it ...and if the whole choppers gone we know they have large machenery here and you cant jsut ide shipping large amount of gass to desert islands. Thanks rafe" kcl eaned down and scratched rafes ear as he gave every one a "well that was obviouse" look.

Nathan nodded and said "That's a good idea!" he glanced out the window at the sunlight playing in the trees. "I wonder what time it is... You think we'd have time to start looking today?"

kc stood up and grinned as rafe jumped to his feet next to her. "i dont know how late you like to stay out but rafe and i can find it with in a solide 24 hours surching period ...any one wanna come?

Nathan nodded. "Well, it's not even mid-afternoon yet, and I would feel a lot better if I just knew where we were. I'll come for a bit." He glanced at Kenzie and added, "But I'll be back every now and again to see how you're doing. You think you'll be ok?"

Nathan stood up and stretched. "Awesome, let's get moving," he said, heading for the door. "So... Do you remember anything about the crash? Something that might give a clue or three?

"Well, the door we came in is right over there, unless they've moved it on us," Nathan said as they exited the hospital wing. "Hey, out of curiosity, was it just you and Rafe in that helicopter?"

Kc looked over her shoulder to stare at nathen for a moment. "I may be young but i have all the experiences of an adult its perfectly legal for me to fly by myself. For once im glad that was the case other wise im guessing there would have been at least 3 other people with me in the chopper." The first bit of her speech she seamed to be defending her self from some unknown evil but the end of her sentacne had kc looking at her shoes and trudging after rafe who was padding on ahead of them.

Nathan shrugged at KC. "Hey, I didn't mean it like that. I was just curious if there were any passengers on that helicopter that hadn't turned up yet. Glad to hear there weren't." He walked on in silence for a few moments. "You get a lot of people looking down on you because you're young, huh?" he ventured.

kc stiffend as they walked down the halland suddenly yipped as rafe bit into her leg. SHe lookat him then at nather and sighed heavly. "Yah i do..im one of those rare....bring anything one kids and you would think people would be like cool..you know like they do with the bmx champs or somthing but to tell the truth the instructors think because i can wlak in and hand them cash that im some spoild brat and older kids hate me becasue i pick things up so much faster. " She looked up at the cealing as they walked and took a deep breath. "when i was a kid i worked all the time...i had to so our family could make it when i ran off on my own i just kept working becasue its all i know ...it took me years to get the money i do have and peopel think im so spoil child that has nothing better than to show them up." She looked at nathen to see his opinion

Nathan's face remained neutral as he listened to KC. He nodded to acknowledge the points she made, but stayed silent until she was done speaking.
"Well, if they don't know your story, then they probably just get caught up in bad assumptions," he said thoughtfully. "After all, most people your age who walk in and pay for helicopter lessons in cash probably are spoiled brats burning money from their folks. Then you walk in and they figure it's more of the same. People are lazy, they usually don't try to understand something if an assumption they already have seems to fit." He walked in silence for a bit, seemingly lost in thought.

Kc looked down at rafe and sighed as she petted his head then turned her gaze to nathen. "your a real good guy you know that? And yah when i stop to think about it your more than likly absolutly right." She moved hook her arms around her neck as rafe landed on her shoulders out of no where...she didnt even look suprised as she kept walking her arms looped around rafes sides helping hold him on her shoulders as they reached the front doors.
