Eve laughed, slowly circling the Poke'mon shouting at her with his shadow ball. She quietly put up a shield and began collecting power for a Hyper Beam, just in as she had underestimated him.
"I'm Eve. You are?" He obviously didn't know what she had been, things she had done. After all, she was an ex-rocket. Annie had always been good to her, and Eve had always obeyed her, no matter what the task was. Her sister, Oakley, did freak her out a bit, but not enough to concern her. But, she had been released after Annie passed away. She wasn't sure where to go from there, but she was ready for a fight.

"If it a fight you want, you'll get it!" Miu used metronome, preparing to punch through the protect, knowing very well it wouldn't work. As soon as she touched the protect, she used feint*. It sent the pokemon flying into the bushes. Miu then put up a protect on her and her friends.
*For those of you that don't know, feint is a move that only hits when the pokemon being attacked is using protect or detect.

Eve laughed, picking herself up out of the bushes. She noted the protect around the others and smirked. What would Annie have done? She knew. She padded forth, circling the orb in which they resided, waiting for this little darling's power to run out. By then she would have enough power to KO at least two of them with her Hyper Beam. They didn't know who they where trying to play with. They where messing with flame now.

Miu noticed the hyper beam that was being charged, and put down her protect. She used metronome again, too focused on stopping the hyper beam to concentrate. It let out a confuse ray that hit the Espeon.

Eve stumbled only slightly and laughed, she had saved the power she had stored, only losing a tiny bit. She released it at...Miu? It hit, and Eve let out a cold chuckle. She made a note to learn Metronome. She stayed still for a moment, using Morning Sun and turned to face them.

The attack hit Miu's tail, making it hurt badly. She made herself become invisible, before sneaking behind the Espeon. Knowing it would be super effective, she used shadow force on it.

Eve had felt the girl sneak behind her and had prepared herself for what was about to come. She let out a small gasp and fell. She stood again, shaking her head. She knew this one was strong. She hadn't eaten in a while, and Annie wasn't here to tel her what to do. Black was ebbing in soft waves over her vision, as she crumpled on the ground, fainted. The last thought to pass through her mind before giving in to the dark was of Annie, and hopes that when she gained consciousness it wasn't night.

"That'll teach ya!" Miu shouted, revealing herself to her friends. She suddenly regretted hurting her fellow pokemon. She layed her hands onto the Espeon, closed her eyes, and used metronome. She began to glow in seven colors, as she had before. Then she stopped glowing, and the Espeon began to glow instead. She had used recover. She stood up and turned to the Empoleon. "You looking for trouble too?!" She cried.

Eve walked in complete darkness, slowly making her way to a pin-p***k of light. She knew where she was. She was it the strange part of her mind she reverted to when she was knocked out. That must mean she had lost.
"Dammit!" She muttered. She would see Annie here. She always did. She sighed as her deceased trainer stepped in front of her, kneeling down and petting her head. Eve pured, pushing into the touch, wishing it could be like it once was. She knew she had to be strong, had to keep going, for Annie's sake. She and Annie walked to the light, her master smiling and whispering to her, "I love you Eve." as she walked through the light. She opened a wet eye, reliseing she had been crying. "No." she thought to herself. Crying was weak. She didn't do weak. She saw Miu still standing by her, yelling something at an Empoleon.

"Yay! You came to!" Miu clapped in joy. "You looked like you were done for! Lucky I was there and recovered you! Of course, that's the power of a Mew!" Miu said happily, showing off.

Eve groaned. She remembered why she hated Mews. "Yah, whatever. Look I have to go. I'm not interested in getting KO'd again." She snapped at Miu. She rose to her feet, glaring at her but falling back to the ground, still a bit dizzy.

Eve sighed. She had nowhere better to go. Besides, they could help her get stronger. "Eve. And your Miu, right?" She asked slowly. She knew they would shun her if they knew she was a Rocket's Poke'mon. She knew there would be no hiding it, after all this Mew could get in her head, an she feared what they would do.

The Blaziken could only stare at the events in shock. What in the world had just taken place? Was she petrified from fear of getting hurt again? Kirby shook her head and remembered what was going on, then walked over to the Espeon and put a gentle talon on her head. "It's ok, we won't hurt you...." she said soothingly.

Eve snarled at the Blaziken, and with a sneer shook her head. "Of course not. You don't want me here, though. You may now, but not once you know who I was, what I've done." She said, her tone flat. She stood, and with a small sigh looked the Blaziken in the eye. "I hate what I've done, but....but I need it to go on. I can't be here and live under hateful eyes." She turned, and began to walk towards the door.
