Dementors. Seriously. I'd just get rid of them by thinking of Umbridge falling off the face of the earth. Makes my patronus work every time. ;D
Would you rather...not get into the class you want because you failed its O.W.L., or get into a class that turned out to be horrible? >_<

By the way, I love the question Stylish Nihilist just asked! I could probably write a compare and contrast essay about it. Yes, I sometimes write things like that for "fun." sweatdrop
Anyway, remember the servant Wormtail was to Snape? Okay. Would you rather be that to Umbridge or Bellatrix? question

@ Minerva - Ha. I do that too. My friends tend to give me weird glances when I start writing essays in math class. XD

I would go to Azkaban, if I did what Peter did, I wouldn't be able to live with my self.

Merlin, that's a difficult question...Geez...I suppose dead because if they were so mentally damaged it would be as if the person that they were died anyway. After such a morbid thought I'd better ask something light-hearted to cheer myself up:
Would you rather hear Snape sing the "milkshake" song, or see Lucius in a PowerPuff Girl outfit?

OHMERLINSPANTS I WANT TO SEE BOTH.
I bet Lucuis would wear green and look like a molecular fuse of Bubbles and Buttercup. xd
I pick the first one though. Snape would say it with such a serious face, I'd die. And muggle milkshakes + Potions master + singing = HILARIOUS.
Would you rather have to kill someone (self-defense, let's say) or be under the constant threat of death yourself?

I want to see both too, but I also would've chosen Snape. It would be too funny! lol
For my question... Meaning like the situation Harry was in? Definitely kill in self defense because it wouldn't just save me; it would spare many other people.
Would you rather that JKR write a new series about Albus Severus' and Scorpius' generation, or one about the Marauder's and Snape's era?
