Todrias shifted his eyes to Zet as the old man spoke. "Zet, huh? Well, frankly, to me there is no diference between you Jedi and your Sith counterparts. Both interfere with with the lives of innocents, the only difference is that the Jedi do it more subtly," Todrias stated with a nod.

Asmaria started to growl louder at this. It was taking all of her willpower just to stop herself from drawing her lightsaber and slicing off the commander's bloated head. The nerve of him, lumping the Sith and the Jedi together. Asmaria began to tug at the chain that hung down from the purple velvet collar, complete with spikes, that she wore. She gave the chain a good tug and stopped growling, glaring at the commander instead as he continued.

Todrias shifted his eyes once again and they settled over Asmaria. See the look he was getting from her, he concluded that 'she' must be the non-Jedi. He matched her intense glare before looking away towards the others of the group. "So, which one of you is leading this little outing?" he asked trying to get back on topic.

"I guess that I am. Sort of, but we're all taking turns in 'leading'", Reimos said with some authority. He wanted to make it sound like he knew what they were doing. But they had yet to come up with a plan for what to do there. "So, why did you want to meet with us? Truthfully we just really want to get on with our mission", he questioned. He examined the Commander thoroughly. Although the man seemed to be a very decorated individual, Reimos had to wonder why he had been stationed on a junk planet like Ord Mantell.

Asmaria glared at the commander some more, but it was mostly just to confirm the fact that, yes, she was in fact glaring at him. Her lips curled upward a little in another growl as he glared back. She wished he would just get to the point already and let them be on their way so she could get off this planet. It literally stunk.

Todrias cleared his throat, and looked over to Reimos. "Yes, your 'mission', that is why I am here. Why would the Jedi Order send three Jedi and a Sith, to Ord Mantell. I ask because I think my being ordered to keep an eye on this sector has something to do with it, and I can do my job a whole lot better when I know the details," Todrias said as he moved a little closer to the group. He looked Reimos directly in the eye as he tried to read a response. "Now, I myself am not a fan of the Jedi Order or the Sith, and I am fairly sure you all would like me to bugger off. I think our lives will go a lot smoother if we try to cooperate."

Asmaria finally spoke up, calm enough to be rational about what she would say. "Umm... excuse me, but I don't take orders from any Jedi. The reason I'm here is because I was ordered to work with the Jedi by my Sith masters. I don't know why they ordered me to do this, I don't question my masters' orders, I only follow them." she said, stepping backwards once she had clarified the fact that she was not under the orders of the Jedi Council.

"She is correct, but we can't just go and tell you our mission", Reimos said. He had a plan to gain a small advantage that might help them out ultimately with their journey, "But if you can help us with something, then we might be able to 'fill you in' if you will". Though he knew that it wasn't the best idea, it was one that had presented itself at a good time. If he could just get the commander to find out more about the Stark group for them, then they would be able to just go in and lay siege to wherever they were.

Todrias squinted hard at Reimos with the new turn of events. "Help you? What exactly were you thinking Jedi?" he asked roughly, "And choose your words wisly. I don't like people who try to fool me."

"Ok, I have no plans to 'fool' you. We really do need your help. I hope you know of the cult that calls themselves The Stark Group?", he said in a more serious tone. Though it wasn't his style, being serious, he felt that sometimes it was necessary to do so. Squinting back at the commander, he let himself off of the seriousness for a moment. But then was sucked back to reality.

Todrias touched his chin with his hand as he thought. "Hm, Stark, Stark. Yeah, I read a report about them a few years back. It said that their supposed to be some pirate group. Why?" he asked in a slightly confused tone.

"Our intelligence believes that their rising numbers suggest an attack. An attack on the entire galaxy. Partially as revenge against the Empire, for devastating the majority of their home planet", Reimos said with some regret. Now there was no way to get out of a deal with the Commander. "Our only problem is that they have a strong resistance to the force. And a large number of stolen weapons. We need the New Republic to deal a devastating blow to this Group, then we can move in and attack. But right now, we need to find out if this cult has a base somewhere on this planet". He stuck out his hand, awaiting either an agreement or a let down, "Are you in?"

Todrias took on a slightly more solemn look as he listened to Reimos. "So that's it huh?" he said and rubbed his forehead. He then began to chuckle a little. "I knew the Empire would ruin the galaxy in more ways then one," he joked. Trying to get back on topic, Todrias cleared his throat again and crossed his arms. "It's against my duties to ignore a claim like that without looking into it, so my hands are pretty much tied," he mumbled and looked at the ground before continuing, "Tell you what, you see to finding the base, and I'll see about setting up a strike team."

((Last post for tonight))
Reimos was surprised to the commander's agreement. He thought that his offer would have been outright declined, but they still had a few kinks to work out. "Thank you. We'll relay the information to you when, or if, we find their base here", Reimos said with a chuckle. "Will your ship be staying in the same area? Or near there? Just so that it would be easier to notify you. Also, we have another group on the planet Taanab. Would there be any way for you to send someone over there to help them as well?"

((last post for me, until [sometime tomorrow afternoon]))
"The Jaspyn shall remain where it is in orbit, and I will have my comm officers await a transmission," Todrias replied, "As for Taanab, I could send one of my support cruisers to check it out. My only concern about sending it is that Taanab is not one of my patrol zones, so I'd be getting a call from command about why one of my ships is A.W.O.L." He let out a sigh, and looked up into the air. "And just for clarification, don't think I'm doing this for you. I still dislike the Jedi and the Sith equally, got it?"
