well it works for me , and I've read it in more than one place, (However I would be a little more skeptical if I'd only seen it the one time in Seventeen magazine..) Lol I unno is it good sleep? Or do you just lie there listening to your i-pod? (Hey I do that too..._~_ <<<<< Upside down face!!)
