A slightly smoking figure lands with a large splash just a few feet off the end of the dock. She comes up coughing and sputtering, and quickly makes her way to the dock and pulls herself out of the water. She sits on the edge, panting for a minute.
"Dammit...." she mutters to herself, shaking her hair out. "Stupid freaking....of all the elements I could have been gifted with...and of course I have to land in water..."
She glares as her hands begin to emit sparks. She sighs, just before there is a small explosion, and she's gone.

A tall, thin figure stepped off of the large yaht and onto the dock amidst the several Lycans and Mercenarys that made up his small fighting force. The light of the moon reflected off of his long hair accenting the blue shades contained within it, and off of his pale skin. He was bare-foot yet still wore long white robes that flowed around him as he moved and several pieces of jewelery that appeared to be diamonds and sapphires.
"Where is she?" the man said with a whisper. One of the lackey's walked up tentatively "I'm s-s-s-s-sorry." he stammered as the crowd around them whispered. "It seems that s-s-shes run off with the s-s-second subject you want'ed watched." The man quivered tentatively and raised his hands up as if to shield himself. "Really?" the figure said with a bemused expression. "It seems that she loved screwing him so much she needs to do it again."
A man in the crowd snickered and the tall figure turned to him. Extending his arm, he twisted his fingers very quickly and pointed toward the doomed man. There was a sudden rush of cold air and a brief, piercing scream shot through the docks before being cut off. "I agree, it was amusing." said the figure as he walked past the bloody spikes of ice protruding were a man once stood. "I think I'll make the next move." he said as if to himself. He turned back to the group. "Clean up that mess and send for my new acquantince. After that await my word." As the crews shuffled off the figure turned back to the city. It really was beatiful here at night, such a pity it wouldn't last. With a rustling of a cloak the Lycan elder with the dark heart of ice swept off alone into the city.

"GOD ILL FIND THE b*****d." A strange pulse is launched from my body knocking out a few lights around us. "WTF an emp how did i do that?" I look at my hands that are fully charged with energy now. "THat EMP recharged me."
