"Gotta work on that a bit more.." And continuted to do squats as fast as he could he could feel his legs getting a bit tired.

When he was done he stood there reading a scroll on the wall about taijtusu and nodded to himself and was done with the warm up.

After what seemed to be like and eternaty he found the gate, the small limiter on the chakra in him brain.

He probed it causiouly and remembered the strain associated with the use of the eight chakra gates he had to be careful.

He felt around it then slowly gained control of it and began to open it alowing more of his chakra to pour into his brain.

He quickly felt himself being supercharged with power, he kept opening the gate and his power kept increasing.

Finaly the gate was completely open and he opened his eye and he dashed to one side of the gym with greater speed.

Then he punched at a dummy and he could tell all his attacks were much stronger and faster, this gate had made him five times the fighter.

Using this oppertunity he got an idea and began to run at a training dummb far away from him his new speed felt awesome.

When he reached the target he made a hard turn to the left and began to run around it in a tight circle.

He continued to run around it watching it thinking the best place to attack and then he saw it and moved inside the circle.
