Stella's eyebrows crumpled in worry. It wasn't the hypochondriacs she fretted about; it was the people who were too proud to admit that they were sick. But, at least he was able to get to his feet. "Perhaps you should put on dry clothes first?" she suggested.

Zach looked over to Stella as if she had said something completely out of the blue. He then looked at his clothes and felt the rain coming down on him. Right, I'm wet, he assessed.
"We could make a quick trip back to my dorm," he smiled. "I wasn't thinking this was my color anyway."
He started to walk off to his dorm at a dramatically slower pace than his running from before. He had a slight limp from his fall, but each step he took straightened it out. After a few steps, he started walking as right as rain, which he then made the effort to avoid. He looked back over his shoulder and coaxed the girls to follow him.

Aya rolled her eyes a little, nodding to the girl. "Coming," she said to the boy, starting to walk after him. She shivered a little, drenched now. Her dress clung to her legs, the thin material doing its best to hold up against the water. It was really a summer dress, and it didn't like the water. Well, she reasoned to herself, at least I didn't wear white... she smiled wryly. There was always that.

Two more friends? This is unbelievably good luck! That makes three. Three in the first day, when I didn't have a single one out of the 200+ days last year. A blissful smile on her face, she looked dreamily between the girl and the boy. She couldn't even remember if they ahd given their names, but she was glad to know them. They hadn't called her a freak for wanting to run in a thunderstorm... they had joined her!
Too caught up in her own thoughts, Stella didn't catch the boy limping. He had managed to hide it in time, leaving her obliviously content.
"So, who are ya guys?" Stella chirped, beaming, her walk more of a hop.

Mitsie felt the rain just hit her before she ran through the doors, she didn't get very wet. "Hmmm...I might have to drop the animals off and go enjoy the rain..." She said softly. She loved rain so much, it made her feel free.
Suddenly, she felt herself being hugged. Sorow was hugging her and she hugged him back tightly, she didn't want him to let go, but when he did, she had to also. "That sounds good, and I'll remember..." She smiled at him one last time before turning on her heels and bounding up the stairs.
When she reached her dorm, she tore off her clothes, setting the animals down of course, and threw on large shirt and a bikini bottom. "You two play nicely, I will be back very soon...I love you both." After this, she ran back the way she had came, and burst through the doors into the rain.

Aya smiled, the other girl's mood contagious. "I'm Aya," She said. Maybe she could be friends with these people. Maybe she'd have someone to talk to this year, with her best friend's absence. Friends! When last year Aya had been so miserable at making them.
"I went here last year, too," She added. "Who are you guys?"

Leaning against the door to the dorms, the boy looked back to give his introduction. "I'm Zack. You might've heard of me, I really would be suprised if you didn't."
He left his introduction just at that. That was enough to say. With his popularity among the girls who had a small fan club about him and the controversial acceptance or hate from the demons from hanging out with them, word should've spread pretty easy about him. After a small bit of a daydream of both girls being utterly shocked that they've just met THE Zack, he opened the door and held it for the girls to walk through. He hadn't realized exactly how smug he looked.

Stella smiled. "Nope, sorry, I haven't heard of any Zacks. I'm going to have trouble remembering your name too. Hm..."
Not noticing his smug face, Stella walked through the door, her face scrunched in thought. There had to be some way to remember his name. She would feel really guilty if she couldn't.
"Ah ha!" Stella exclaimed, a proud grin coming over her lips. "Your name rhymes with 'gack'!" She giggled. "Your sneeze sounded like that, so now I'll remember your name. Gack Zack! Oh, and I'm Stella," she finished, her grin widening.

Mitsie noticed some people coming in, at the time she was bursting throught the doors. "Wonder if they noticed me...I did come out right next to them. Oh well..." She thought as she twirled and let the rain fall onto her face.
Rain brought out a new side of Mitsie, a truly happy side, even though she often used the rain to get some of her worst memories out, she still loved it so much. As she spun, she got dizzy and fell over, giggling softly to herself. Lifting herself up, she then lept extremely high over the wall, not many people knew, but Mitsie had amazing reflexes and acrobatic skills. This was for a reason she didn't tell anyone. She'd only told one other person before, and they called her a freak. She shook the thought from her mind and lept again, this time grabbing a balcony edge and throwing herself onto the balcony.
As she did this, she thought of something. "Maybe I should visit my new friend..." She smiled and try to remember his dorm number. It came to her and she repeated the move a few more times, leaping higher and higher each time. As she landed on the balcony, she tapped the glass softly, anticipating the look on his face and giggling to herself softly.

The smug face washed from Zack's face. "You really... never heard of me?" he asked with a bit of shock in his voice. Stella's quick onomonopeaic memory device left Zack to leave his jaw hanging after Stella passed through the door. His eyes were momentarily glazed with disbelief. He quickly dismissed, She either must be really good at joking or she'll get to find out for herself.
He held the door for the next girl, there was still hope that one of them might've heard of him.
((Basically, Zack just made the gonk face, for reference as to what I was trying to go for his expression.))

Aya walked through the door Zack was courteously holding open for her and Stella. "sorry, haven't heard of you..." she said dubiously, a little smile on her face. "Last year, I was in this tiny world basically concerning me and my best friend.
Although...I wouldn't be surprised it you'd heard of me?" she said teasingly, adopting Zack's smug expression and putting on a lofty tone of voice. "The great Aya of course, known all around campus, anyone who's anyone has heard of me,"
She giggled, her small frame shaking a little as she did so. Aya liked this feeling of friends, the idea of being completely comfortable around people again. She'd really forgotten how much fun it was. Aya had definitely spent a long time alone this summer, and it was probably time to make up for that.

What? How can they not know about me? he thought as he tapped his head against the door. Quickly, he lifted his head up and turned himself inside, letting the door close itself as he walked up to the other girls.
He rolled his eyes a bit. Great, the first two girls I talk to this year know don't even know about me. As Aya introduced herself almost patronizingly, he smiled wide with a slight frown. "Right, Aya. I might've heard something," he spoke with a slight bit of spite.
Sighing, he soon let it go. There really wasn't so much of a need to make a big deal about it. Plus, if these girls never heard of him, they hadn't heard anything bad about him. And maybe they'd be his friends for who he is and not just to be another part of his fan club. Even with that, it stilled bothered him. "Are you sure? Nothing? Either of you?"

"Just wondering, but why are you so sure someone must know you?" Aya asked, ignoring the other comment he'd made. "I just...don't think that stuff really matters." She shrugged, hoping he wouldn't take it offensively. She wasn't trying to be rude, but it puzzled her that Zack cared so much about whether she and Stella knew of him. Was it that important?

Suki was feeling a bit lonely, she didn't want to put her things away, she was feeling rather lazy. When she opened the door to her dorm, she looked through her room and started to set things into place. The rain was coming down hard, playing a beautiful melody in her mind. She stood there, watching the rain pour onto the streets, puddles forming, and remembered the time she had first met sorrow.

Suki looked everywhere for her ring she had dropped. The rain was unforgiving and the winds threatened to knock her back on her feet. People called her foolish, and even daring for braving the storm over a ring. She was on her knees, soaked to the bone and digging through the grass to find that special band which held her mother's name on it. Hope seemed futile, and there didn't look to be a single chance that she would find her piece of jewelry.
"Lose something?" A sweet voice came from above her. Suki didn't bother to look up at the holder of such an angelic tone.
"Yes, my mother's ring! I can't find it anywhere, and I'm going insane." The young man leaned down, sliding the ring into her hand. Suki was astonished, she was shock that he found it, and was glad that it was returned back to her. "Oh Thank you!" She said with a big smile and clasped her hand around the jewel. The man strung a necklace around the ring, and tied it behind her back so she would not lose it again. Suki hugged him, in thanks, staring up into his welcoming and warm orbs. "My name Suki, what's yours?"
"Sorow."

Suki stared at herself in the mirror, holding the ring tightly to her and gave a happy smile. "It was on a day like this that we met Sorow," she said and turned around to look at some of the poetry she had gotten from him. Slowly, she moved about her room, putting her things back away.

"Why am I sure someone must know me? I'm a major contender to the demons on the swim team. I'm living proof of what humans can accomplish," he stated as he flexed a bit. "Plus, I've got to say that I'm probably the most attractive human guy in this place. I would've thought word about me would spread quicker."
The only way Zack's head would've gotten bigger would be if he'd heard this from someone else. Indeed, he had, but it was always the same old thing. Honestly, he never got tired of it, but he never gave chance to anything new. However, his proud stance was taken off early as his wet body was hit by the air conditioner inside, sending him to grab his elbows and shiver.
