"well..." (As he says to him self)...."time to get to training." (And walks off to his room to get his walk men then heads to the training grounds with the walk men going..) (After he gets there he gets loose, When he finds the right bag. Orrin starts to go at it.)

Kia went and took her shower and put clothes off and went to the training grounds to get better getting water into the bottle. I need to get bettter to win the tournament, im not good enough to win she thought to her self
