Well, Lois Lane, she of the many pulitzer prizes, what do fancy print reporters do when they want to feel classy?

Personally, I like to get dressed up and attend black tie events. Those always make me feel "classy".

I can't say that I've ever attended anything black tie-er then, perhaps, a monster truck rally. So, what would it entail? What in the Nexus would be worthy of some fancy pants cotillion?

:munches on the pickle as she considers this:
I honestly cannot think of anything in the Nexus that would necessitate such an event, unfortunately. This whole place strikes me as more of a "casual chaos" rather than a "formal event" sort of realm.

Daken Howllet *Looks at X-23* There is something very familiar about you. neutral rolls her eyes. "that wouldn't be because we share blood ties." she said it sarcastically.

Wally_West You don't use the imported stuff as a chaser for a quality bloody mary. Fair enough, I still have something to learn about this whole drinking culture thing.

Hello, Roy. How are you this evening? Keeping yourself out of trouble, I hope?

I don't really do the trouble thing anymore. When I'm not here or working, I'm usually hanging out with Lian.

That sounds nice to me. I like hanging out with my men when I can. They're both so busy nowdays though that I haven't seen Chris in days and Clark in weeks. All in a typical day, though.
::smiles::
How is your daughter doing these days?

She's doing all right. She had a sleep over last night with some friends she's made from school.

I remember those fun "girls night" sleepover days. It's hard on the parents though.
Poor you!

Nah wasn't so bad on me. Manage to get some former Checkmate operatives to watch the house for me while I worked.
