No, and where you got that impression I have no idea.
The OFA thing was in regards to your statement about only having two strong ninja when you have 3 (4).
I taught Tsubasa and Tensa one or two jutsu, and Cobra spoke to me about letting the students have an actual student experience instead of "Hey I need training. *is trained in an hour* Yes genin!" That's why I wanted Mon and Tensa to learn one a day. Shay and Emo were going to be taught the daidomyakou, one or two jutsu, and then learn one a day the same way. But they stopped posting. Havik.. well we never came in contact and it seemed he was squared away with you guys. Martin, as I said, was going to be trained, but I couldn't post in the last few days because I got sick.
So we have inactive Mon, Shay, and Emo, three other students being cared for. Anything I missed cause if so I'll just go take care of it now.

From your being upset...
There's not much difference between a teacher teaching a student a bunch of jutsu in one sitting, thus trained in an hour, and a student self teaching one jutsu a day, but doing so practically instantly, thus trained in an hour.
If you want to improve the learning experience, tell them they can't make all of their posts in one post, and have to wait for everyone around them to post before continuing. Then simply have your RPC critique their work each post and fix it up. The only reason training is so ungodly fast around here is because we let people put all of their training posts in a single post. Which rather kills the point, when instead of posts, it ends up being paragraphs. And in some cases, sentences.
The point is, no matter how the training is done, you should at the very least have your RPC with them. (And his Michael Jackson act really needs to end, cause there's no reason for him to assume every little kid he runs into plans on being a ninja. Just let them go to the academy or dojo.)
@Aeden: Mind telling the names of these four Konaga? I'm aware of only three. Whoever you're calling a fourth might just not have been removed from whatever list you're looking at yet. We seem to be quite bad at that.
