If Theo was getting glomped like that, I would suggest Beo to have a phone in hand since that's just far too much for the little guy.
When Theo gets bits of fat and becomes all moody, I doubt he'd be able to glomp Beo like that. .__.;
But I still picture a family glomp with the little kid~ <3
Hmm... Saundra needs to be plotting and is Iceland staying over Latvia's for a long time? What if Theo, when Beo's not looking, ends up eating the wrong foods and stuff?

Well either way Liliya is going to try and get some countries to join her, whether or not she starts the whole mess in the first place or not. (she's plotting things with Papa!Russia... *shifty eyes*)
I was gonna get Liliya to try and get Scotland on her side by motivating her to attack Denmark and saying she'll support her on a few conditions... I love you Denmark, really! <3 (Alvaro would side with Denmark)
