Willow followed Finn, and as they walked inside, she looked around, her mouth nearly watering from the smells that came from the kitchen. She took a seat beside Finn, and continued staring around, before her attention snapped back to Finn as she greeted some human from behind the counter. She hadn't met many immortals in this city yet, but she had figured that Finn might be a bit more careful...you never knew who had connections with hunters, or something worse. "I see you've been here on more than the odd occasion..." Willow remarked coolly, keeping her head down so the bartender didn't get that good of a look at her face. Then again, her haircolor was enough to stand out to most people, since it appeared both natural and...unnatural at the same time.

Aiden quickly grew tired of waiting for an order, so he set off on his own. He siftly followed the blood trail, though there were only mere droplets to give him his trail.

He swiftly geared up, putting on his knuckle claws, and continued to follow the alternate blood trail. Why had there been two? Perhaps they wanted the Hunters separated, if so, Aiden was more than ready for an ambush.

Aiden was slow to reply, partially thinking about something else. Then he finally turned to face Amber. "Yes, I do sense them and smell them. Why do you ask? I thought you were able to sense them as well were you not?" His tone was still the same cold metallic sound. The only difference when he spoke to Amber was that there was not a hint of a mocking voice.

He then went straight back to the trail, Amber was right, it was going to rain soon and if that happened he wouldn't be able to follow the trail. But it didn't matter now, he had the culprit's scents. Even if he lost them now, he'd remember the scent and be able to instantly recall it. As he continued on, he turned down a dark alleyway. There, he saw three vampires waiting to ambush him and catch him off guard.

Unfortunately for the vampires, Aiden was much quicker and much more experienced and he quickly slit all three throats; not a sound to be heard except for their bodies hitting the pavement. Abviously an ambush was here, he knew he had gotten himself into this and intended for it to be that way, however, Amber was not supposed to follow. Knowing he didn't have much time before they sprung him, Aiden quickly said to Amber through his mind: Go back to the Haven and wait for me there. I can handle this. There's going to be an ambush and i don't want you in the way. Suddenly his contact broke.

Aiden had been ambushed while contacting Amber and was forced to break his contact. There were only ten at first, but suddenly two dozen more appeared. Abviously they were waiting for a hunter to stray off from the group. He smiled viciously and his attack followed immediately after. He was able to fell five more before the others started to retaliate.

Sady swung around the curve and noticed Aiden and Amber down and alley and pulled up behind them.

Get in. We have to go back to the haven now.

Aiden, being surrounded by vampires had no possible way to get into the car. He simply turned his cold yellow eyes upon Sadyena for a few seconds while rasping softly but loudly enough for her to hear, "You fool get out of here, can't you see that they're swarming us? Take Amber and leave, I can handle this. Now leave before they surround you!"

Integra heard Krii-Ouse's warning, but she was locked in a struggle with a vampire in what seemed like an impossible fight; he was much larger than her and faster. It would take her more than the thirty seconds the hunter gave her to escape from the vampire's clutches, most likely. Yet she was near a window, she just had to find an opening to break it and jump out, and soon.

But Integra never got the opportunity; instead, the bomb went off, sending the vampire flying into her even as he burned. She flew through the window, feeling shards of glass slice through her back and legs. Her last thought was that her clothing had probably been destroyed before she passed out amidst glass, the vampire's ashes clinging to her, as the humvees drove off. She could only hope someone found her soon.
